Incline bench rear raises to failure 15lbs x3 sets
Flat bench press 40lbs dumbells 2 sets to failure

Blueberries
Salad
Handful of Macadamia nuts
work day schedule 10hours shift.. So gonna float in the cardio later!
Cardio:
25 minutes of Burpees
#2 Meal
If it ain't broke don't fix it..
