Alright, clearly this has now gone out of proportion where @KAOS Anabolics is saying I asked for a full refund on the order. This is a complete lie and secondly, I already was happy with the situation being rectified as mentioned in my first review. The problem I have is where I was personally messaged by your ‘rep’ who just abused my review. I was only upset with that bit and wanted an apology and the rep themselves said that they were mistaken and assumed that I had said something else in the review.

To be honest, seeing how you replied on here making false comments about what I said, saying that I ‘demanded a full refund’ and calling me a ‘Karen’ just shows your immaturity frankly. Also, for everyone, here is the rest of the screenshots of my conversation with the threema rep I also will put up screenshots of when I first messaged the vendor regarding the floaters.

Kaos Brother, all I did was post my experience, I even complimented your good communication and rectification of the situation in my first initial reviews. Just upset with this situation where your rep felt the need to personally dm and attack me. Don’t think there’s was a need for you to make up false stories about what I said or not, but not to worry, here are all the messages anyway.

Just wanted to share my recent experience with Kaos, initially placed an order of some primobolan, communication was super good and Kaos even threw in a bit of discount. When the vials arrived however, one vial was fine but the other vial was filled to the brim but had ‘floaters’ in the vial which moved around when I shook the vial. Contacted Kaos to which they immediately apologised and said it was from the plastic writing on syringes that ‘wore off’ in the process or something. They immediately sent a replacement which I received yesterday and this one seemed fine. It did seem like he was right but I’m not entirely sure. Communication was overall good but just a little bit skeptical of the sterility of the brewing process now but then again Kaos could be right about the floaters or it could be something completely different.

It can happen sadly as MCT oil dissolves syringe ink especially when hot, this indicates potentially using syringe filters like I do not the bottle top filter. There is a 100 different ways to skin a cat but often I end up with ink on my hands after a homebrew if not using gloves

The rep did mention that anyone with outstanding orders would be sorted out. But reaching out to threema handles when part of the team is compromised is a bit of a risk within itself I would say..
