Good afternoon!

At the encouragement of a very close personal friend of mine, @~Vision~, with Purity Source Labs (PSL) I signed up to be a part of the Evolutionary forum. I’m really liking what I see so far.

A little about myself. I’m an older bodybuilder, mid 50’s, and have been re-creating myself after letting myself go and becoming morbidly obese. In January of 2023, I had a wake up call and it was time to take my life back. I was 416 pounds at my highest weight and today about 2.5 years later I’m sitting right at 200 pounds. Communities like this have been invaluable learning grounds that have helped me achieve this. Including meeting folks like @~Vision~, who have helped me become healthy and fit. I am proud to say that I am now a PSL Sponsored Athlete and happy to be a part of Team PSL. Currently, I have a coach I’m working with and am reversing out of an aggressive cut since January of this year. Going ti transition into a growth cycle within the very near future.

I’m looking g forward to getting plugged in here at Evolutionary and continuing to learn more about this lifestyle and what others are doing. Glad to be here. 😁

Nice still getting it! I turn 50 Aug 11th. Glad your here posting. You will get lots of help and encouragement here. I love this forum it's helped me a lot in learning better ways to do things to reach my health and fitness goals. I hope it does the same for you.

  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

there is no 'norm' on here. there are plenty of guys on here of all ages. we even had a guy on here who was in his 70's

Of course I'm still around, simply just getting back to the grind of things, there's so much work I had to do behind the scenes, but I'll be posting more regularly gentlemen, with or WITHOUT some of my appendages.
And my brother BigD can vouch for you the I went back to work just about 3 days after I had the operation and amputee..
But I was so far behind on schedule that it kept me offline for a minute.
But I'm back babies back and bigger better than ever...
 
Gentlemen, let’s get one thing straight: I have high standards, but I’m going to lower the bar just this once to introduce you to a truly remarkable individual. This isn’t just any friend; this is a personal confidant of mine. I know him from our various communities, but more importantly, I know him in real life. They simply don’t make people like him anymore. He’s one of the kindest and most genuine souls you’ll ever encounter—he’d literally give you the shirt off his back, and I’m not exaggerating.

Now, I often witness the chaos and drama that unfolds in our communities, with people acting like they’ve lost their minds. But this gentleman? He’s the epitome of class. It’s been nothing short of an honor to have him in my life.

So, let’s roll out the red carpet, shall we? Please welcome him as if he’s an extension of me—because he is. Trust me, you’re going to love him. He’s a conservative with PEDS, much like myself, and he’s all about putting in the effort. So, let’s show him the warmth and respect he deserves!

STUD!!! Taking care of business and kicking butt while doing so. I’m fixing to age myself here, but @~Vision~ reminds me of the Monty Python Knights of the Round Table scene where Kimg Arthur fights the Black Knight. The Black Knight keeps getting appendages cut off and he just keeps saying “tis but a scratch”!!! Yep. That’s my brother @~Vision~ !!!

bro after my tanker accident i was back in gym after 2 days.

bro you should have came back sooner. i fell off tanker and broke my back and they said i had to take year off from training, but i was back in 2 days doing deadlifts even with broken back. NO EXCUSES

At the encouragement of a very close personal friend of mine, @~Vision~, with Purity Source Labs (PSL) I signed up to be a part of the Evolutionary forum. I’m really liking what I see so far.

A little about myself. I’m an older bodybuilder, mid 50’s, and have been re-creating myself after letting myself go and becoming morbidly obese. In January of 2023, I had a wake up call and it was time to take my life back. I was 416 pounds at my highest weight and today about 2.5 years later I’m sitting right at 200 pounds. Communities like this have been invaluable learning grounds that have helped me achieve this. Including meeting folks like @~Vision~, who have helped me become healthy and fit. I am proud to say that I am now a PSL Sponsored Athlete and happy to be a part of Team PSL. Currently, I have a coach I’m working with and am reversing out of an aggressive cut since January of this year. Going ti transition into a growth cycle within the very near future.

I’m looking g forward to getting plugged in here at Evolutionary and continuing to learn more about this lifestyle and what others are doing. Glad to be here. 😁
