try swimming against a current
I do that. There’s a river in my backyard and I hang a rope off my dock to swim next to because the current will gas you out and then you can’t make it back to the dock😂. Then you have to climb up the slippery rocks in the neighbors yard and do the walk of shame through the goose poop. There was a big ass beaver earlier this year

Really happy with where things are at. Can't thank @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep enough 🙏
Apart from the elbow flare up, my strength, fullness, vascularity have all been on the increase. Currently not doing any pressing/pushing movements so as not to aggravate it, so I've cut back on chest and Tri's and will aim to replace with either another leg session or cardio.

Today was back and rear delts and went a touch lighter on some exercises with a bit less volume.

@Eveflorence you're doing well on the training, but with the flare ups I would get an infrared lamp and put it on the site as well.

Also what @Raptor Rep said is right try curcumin, it works.
Have you ever tried curcumin with bioperin or super curcumin for the inflammation bro? works wonders
I haven't brother but I'll give that a crack. What sort of dosage do you run that at?
Best to run around 500 to 1000 mg of curcumin daily with 5 to 10 mg of Bioperine for absorption. Split it into two doses, morning and evening with food to reduce stomach upset. Go for 8 to 12 weeks consistently to really notice the anti-inflammatory effects.

I haven't brother but I'll give that a crack. What sort of dosage do you run that at?
Generally I just rock the recommended dose if its the super curcumin/hydrocurc or bcm-95 it has 3 names, it's better than just curcumin with bioperin
 
I’m not sure… maybe 75+. Feels warm when you’re in it every day. It gets cold after rains
yeah the lakes where i am at get into the high 80's during the summer especially if they are shallow. but the springs stay cool year round

Training going from strength to strength, endurance and energy all on the increase as well. Feel like things have really kicked in and motivation is sky high.
Pinned 125mg test, 100 mast and 150 EQ from the legends @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep and hit back and delts. Still no pressing so just did a heap of laterals and rear delts for shoulders.

Cardio was 15 minutes on the elliptical and 8 minutes on the assault bike- 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 16 work intervals and I was cooked.

Will get a physique pic update by week's end and bloods will be done on Monday.

Yeah usually attach a 10 or 15kg plate but since the elbow injury I've just started doing bodyweight only

Haemoglobin just above reference range but I tend to have consistently elevated haemoglobin so this wasn't a surprise.
Hormonally, nothing out of the ordinary.
So far 8 weeks in on 375mg test, 300mg EQ, 200mg Mast E.

Don’t worry about the creatinine - if a doc takes one look at your level of muscular development they should realise that’s it’s normal for you. Urea level can also be from high protein intake and protein and nitrogen breakdown

even with your test high looks good overall. run some kidney support and you will be fine IMO @Eveflorence also donate blood as often as possible
Just went and donated this morning. Haemo was 182 which wasn't ideal but just fell in range to be able to donate

Yeah the cut off to donate here in Australia is 185. Anything above that and they'll send you home
Australia got some serious rules lol :P
