bros here in south cali. every other person in gym got a physique better then me. but when i visit family in Bama everyone look like shit. it depend what part of country you at. i think NY and Cali got the best physiques in north america fo show
It's funny cuz it's the same up here in Canada. When you're in the heart of downtown Toronto the people are mostly in good shape. Head out to the suburbs tho and suddenly everyone is fat lol.

I used to bounce back and forth to LA for a few years. I did see some very fit people but I wasn’t going into gyms. You still would have stood out to me👍

It happened @BeMe 😂 I went over the jump last night after basing like 5 four high pyramids (I was always a three high base) and I flew out on my back. The smack was intense. Woke up this morning rethinking my life lmao.

bros that sweet :P
Hahaha I really though. You’re like 240 pounds? Way leaner than me, and out here in the boonies I’m practically a freak. I get comments all the time, like everyday.

I don’t have the eyes of a body building judge, I don’t really know what I’m talking about but I see lots of pictures of pro body builders that don’t have a chest like yours, or they have awkwardly shaped abs. Idk what I’m missing. Seems like you could compete and win in your age group easily

Yeah I loved that! I dated two chicks that lived in LA, back to back. I would fly out every month or two and they would fly to wherever I was working or my house sometimes. I was seriously considering setting myself up with a sick sprinter van that I could store near an airport and just living at the beach in between work projects. Things got crazy with my ex wife and the kids needed to live with me, so those girls fizzled off and I haven’t been out west but for one surfing trip in Santa Barbara ever since.

All the beautiful people, it’s really a trip. Out here a lot of people receive negativity for being fit, especially girls. It’s no wonder when they go out there and never leave. Or New York, but especially Chicago or Madison if they are from where I’m from. That’s where people go to thrive

Guy I work with sometimes lives on 100 acres somewhere in Alabama. He grew up there. Absolutely nothing out there whatsoever. He fishes and poaches deer and grows food, but he always gets antsy and comes and does cable jobs

Ahhh shit. Hopefully you just tweaked it and it's nothing. A lot of back stuff feels really bad but clears up in a couple days. Try and take it easy and slowly start stretching it out a bit.

I’m actually fine hahahaha! It was just a spanking. No spasms, no tweaking.

I was talking with a buddy who saw it, there’s a 14 yo girl on the team who’s jumping too. She hasn’t made it yet, and she’s had some NASTY falls, like skis tipped on off the jump and smack! to the face, all the way out of the skis and halfway out of her wetsuit, and she does it again! She’s being raised by her grandparents because both of her parents are dead 😕. Kid got demons

So I’m super ok, lol. Feels like I got paddled on the back

Glad you walked away. How big is the ramp you guys hit?

Yeah it’s beautiful too. His dad was an OG lineman. They are real Cajuns from m New Orleans. Their whole family traveled together with the line crews and my buddy and his brother have been working hardcore since they were children. They’re beasts. His brother actually became a body builder and was something like 300 pounds. He blames that on his prostate cancer 😕

Holy shit. A 6 foot ramp is no joke. I used to hit a 6 ft jump on my dirt bike and you get seriously high.

24 ft long sounds like a fun ride
Just like this one

Usually prostate issues are due to digestive issues. Thats why psyllium husk ED with probiotics and digestive enzymes are a must. @toddthelineman
