10mg Winstrol trianing days only
12.5mg Aromasin a week
Coach also said we extend the light bulk out another 24 weeks and that we should run some light HGH pre bed at 2IU, i said just so happens i found 4 Beligas beltropin vials i had stashed away in my fridge for later use. I know 4 vials isn't alot, should be enough at 2IU to stretch out for some notable improvements with sleep quality and recovery.
Im glad i decided to save those, i got the HGH from Domestic Supply as i always do, so it is a perfect fit to add it in to my DS log while i got it.

I was looking back on when i first came back into the evo community and officially began my very late jounery into bodybuilding and my goal of competing one day in the mens physique class.
Ive absorbed and soaked in so much understanding and knowledge over these past 3 years while working on my craft and trying to help others along the way. I can say if it wasn't for evo and the people in our community, non of what im working towards would have been possible.
I only found a few photos of when i first began and came back into lifting and ran my first official cycle, i wanted to share them with my current photos to show how far ive come since returning and putting the work in.
I was pretty out of shape and fat when i first came back into the fold compared to where i am at now, hopefully the photos will show that and do me some justice lol.

It is super hot a humid today along with the haze in the air from the wildfires reaching my location, definitely tested my breathing today during my workout.
I went higher in reps today overall and did made improvements across the board today, very pleased with my intensity and effort today, man that gym was hot and humid, i kind of like that though another metal battle to overcome and win.
Did some different things with biceps today which was fun and challenging towards the end of my workout today
Seated Cable Curl is one i have pulled put the bag of tricks in a while so i did them today, easiest way to explain them is this.
a)Seated position back straight no lean
b)Arms straight out infront of the body
c)Contract your biceps to curl the handles towards your head.
d) Squeeze your biceps hard at the top and slowly return to the starting position.
Along with standing cable curls utilizing 3 different grip variations, no break between sets besides changing weight and different grip position, then right in the movement.

At first, I was trying to not buy a squat track or a gym membership, so I was doing all my lifts old timey strongman style. And my traps looked visibly more developed. Then I hurt myself a few times as the weight got higher, so I gave in and joined a gym. Hated it. Bought a squat rack. My delts were noticeable when I was natty, so now they just swell with the milligrams. At 135mg I look plausibly deniable, at 350 and up, yeah right hahaha. My delts were noticeable when I was natty, so now they just swell with the milligrams. At 135mg I look plausibly deniable, at 350 and up, yeah right hahaha. Coach also said we extend the light bulk out another 24 weeks and that we should run some light HGH pre bed at 2IU, i said just so happens i found 4 Beligas beltropin vials i had stashed away in my fridge for later use. I know 4 vials isn't alot, should be enough at 2IU to stretch out for some notable improvements with sleep quality and recovery.
Im glad i decided to save those, i got the HGH from Domestic Supply as i always do, so it is a perfect fit to add it in to my DS log while i got it.

Summer is quickly coming into a close with August being here which also reminds me at the end of the month i will officially turn 37.
I was looking back on when i first came back into the evo community and officially began my very late jounery into bodybuilding and my goal of competing one day in the mens physique class.
Ive absorbed and soaked in so much understanding and knowledge over these past 3 years while working on my craft and trying to help others along the way. I can say if it wasn't for evo and the people in our community, non of what im working towards would have been possible.
I only found a few photos of when i first began and came back into lifting and ran my first official cycle, i wanted to share them with my current photos to show how far ive come since returning and putting the work in.
I was pretty out of shape and fat when i first came back into the fold compared to where i am at now, hopefully the photos will show that and do me some justice lol.

It is super hot a humid today along with the haze in the air from the wildfires reaching my location, definitely tested my breathing today during my workout.
I went higher in reps today overall and did made improvements across the board today, very pleased with my intensity and effort today, man that gym was hot and humid, i kind of like that though another metal battle to overcome and win.
Did some different things with biceps today which was fun and challenging towards the end of my workout today
Seated Cable Curl is one i have pulled put the bag of tricks in a while so i did them today, easiest way to explain them is this.
a)Seated position back straight no lean
b)Arms straight out infront of the body
c)Contract your biceps to curl the handles towards your head.
d) Squeeze your biceps hard at the top and slowly return to the starting position.
Along with standing cable curls utilizing 3 different grip variations, no break between sets besides changing weight and different grip position, then right in the movement.

I have to get more details from him when he gets back to me about his full plan, obviously i wont be on cycle for 24 weeks, its just what he sees and feels we should do, i personally want to cap out at 255-260 and wait for the cutting phase, i got to see what his vison is for a light bulk, if he feels we have gone far enough he will dial it back and change course.What is a light bulk? I am beyond fucking stoked right now all my hard work and starting to believe in myself has fully paid off. I never thought in my life time would i hit the biggest dumbbell PR of my life. Last week i did 90s for 10 reps, today i officially joined the 100lb dumbbell club!! I hit 10 clean and challenging reps, the feeling i felt i cant even describe it, no assistance no spotter, laid back on the bench and put those 100s up by myself, even when done, i had the weights resting on my chest kicked my legs and sat up with the DBs and racked them, everything i did i was in control of, no tossing or dropping the weights.
Having acess to the gym i switched into going on a year now, that was the best decision ive made for my progression, looking at myself now and reflecting back on everything, i wouldn't be anywhere near the place i am now with how im able to train and lock completely in.
This current point in time is the strongest ive evee been and have ever felt, things are just clicking and im constantly finding ways mentally and physically forward with my jounery, it has taken me a long time reaching this point, i can say with confidence it sure feels really damn good, i spent so long putting myself inside of a box and limiting myself and doubting myself, ive worked extremely hard to just go for it and have fun and tell myself i got this i can achieve this because i believe in my heart and in my mind i can.
@ROIDDERS on evolutionary today pointed out my biggest setback would be myself and my personality to be extremely hard on myself, i needed to work around that, i took his advice to heart because i fully agree with him, he is constantly reminding me about my potential and sees things i typically dont see, it is a very humbling experience to read his words and see his advice, i take advice and criticism well because i understand it can and will help me i never view it negatively, i understand in this process especially the guys who have achieved a body like him, when he says something you pay attention and you absorb the knowledge and use it as fuel and apply it on your jounery, i wanted to give praises and a thank you brother
This goes for everyone who is always supporting me and helping me and pushing me to become my very best, i appreciate everyone for having my back and wanting to see me compete and become something i never had the courage to do on my own, im late into this and i understand it is an uphill battle, i believe it is a winnable one and a achievable one, the support i get on every single log is truly humbling and helps keep me grounded, as im not really a flashy cocky person, i am super introverted, so having this community and all the people i consider friends for life, it has helped me see what i am capable of and how i can contiune to be hopefully inspiring for others who see my logs and view them
I treat my logs more like my life story as i contiune to write nee chapters and i believe opening up and be fully transparent lets people see we are human we make mistakes we arent machines 24/7 i hope my story my triumphs and failures can help the next person and the person after that who reads my story with my logs.
Alright now that i got that out of the way, onto my push day i went up across the board on every life today, i just couldn't be stopped today! Firing on all cylinders as they say. Overall excellent work today!
I also cant fit in the shoulder press machine now loli have to slide into side ways because i put so much width on that my side delts are a little wider than the handles on each side, which is a weird fucking feeling lol.
Also will be dropping the GH down into 1U so i can stretch it out into 40 total days of GH use, since im limited on vials and it just kind of happened, coach suggested it i happened to have some i needed to use, so it got tossed into the cycle briefly, i can say took my first shot last night pre bed and with in 45 minutes i was out like a light, best sleep i got in a very long time, i slept deeply and for a longer duration and didn't wake up one time last nightz its helping already.

I thought about weighted dips today but i was fatigued pretty good by the time i got to them, so i played it safe and did BW ive done weighted dips alot, the most i added was 60lbs ontop of my bw for reps, im sure i could still do it, im weird like that i stick with some things for a while master them then switch the movement out for something else or i do BW instead of weighted, i really do enjoy adding bodyweight movements in.@Noah Wixx the short hgh add is a nice burst!will give you that extra push during this growth phase, your coach is right.

Yeah it was funny because he just causally mentioned hgh would be nice play here... and i happened to have atleast 40 days worth of hgh chilling in ny fridge lol. Work out nicelyjust for the sleep aspect alone, like first shot was last night and i was sleeping like a rock it felt so good to get sleep like that for once.
Yeah i didn't realize how wide i got in the shoulder area till today when i went to sit in the machine and felt the handles touching bith my side delts lol.
My shoulder is able to handle anything i toss at it, im still mindful of how i do thing's and foucs heavy on good techniques and execution, if i feel the shoulder couldnt go i back off, ive learned since having that injury many years ago how to work around it and use it to my advantage.
