How much you pinning before bed?

Subq in the stomach just a regular U100 insulin syringe. 10 mark since it s a 10IU vial 1ml of bac water would be 1U of GH for every 10 mark on the syringe.

Within 30-40 minutes i can physically feel myself getting sleepy before passing out, it has help alot in 2 days time already.

I've done a lot of subq on my stomach for bpc and tbh and I've noticed what kinda looks like a little scare tissue or something going on there. When I'm really lean and my skin is tight I can see some bumpiness over one of my abs where I pin.

Is it better to pin subq away from the abs? I'm starting to think that.

U can pin subq anywhere brother its not a one size fits all application, majority just do stomach, i thought about going different areas as well, as sometimes i have to push pretty hard to get thise stupid insulin syringes to pierce through my stomach, ive had those bumps you sre taking about as well, feels like a little knot or marble under the skin. I get em as well.
 
Way i see it whats the point of my running a log, if im going to lay it all on the line in the gym and give it my all, my log deserves the same, also i figured you would mention it lol, i thought that as i typed it all out lol, hey i dont fully expect everyone to read the whole post, i figured most would skip to the trianing and photo part which is fine i know some are pressed for time.

I will start this update off with a few things.

current protocol via coach of the last few weeks, this might be subject to change just depends what coach wants or sees.

300 Test E a week
100 Mast E a week
2IU HGH ( new addition )
10mg Winstrol trianing days only
12.5mg Aromasin a week

Coach also said we extend the light bulk out another 24 weeks and that we should run some light HGH pre bed at 2IU, i said just so happens i found 4 Beligas beltropin vials i had stashed away in my fridge for later use. I know 4 vials isn't alot, should be enough at 2IU to stretch out for some notable improvements with sleep quality and recovery.

Im glad i decided to save those, i got the HGH from Domestic Supply as i always do, so it is a perfect fit to add it in to my DS log while i got it.

Summer is quickly coming into a close with August being here which also reminds me at the end of the month i will officially turn 37.

I was looking back on when i first came back into the evo community and officially began my very late jounery into bodybuilding and my goal of competing one day in the mens physique class.

Ive absorbed and soaked in so much understanding and knowledge over these past 3 years while working on my craft and trying to help others along the way. I can say if it wasn't for evo and the people in our community, non of what im working towards would have been possible.

I only found a few photos of when i first began and came back into lifting and ran my first official cycle, i wanted to share them with my current photos to show how far ive come since returning and putting the work in.

I was pretty out of shape and fat when i first came back into the fold compared to where i am at now, hopefully the photos will show that and do me some justice lol.

I have pretty limited runs with GH as it stands just lite use here and there never really long periods of time.

Yeah i was kind of thinking the same, i suspect if i ask my coach as an option, he is going to tell me GH is the better choice, i will ask him see what he thinks and report back when i get an answer.

No BS I like it better and will save thousands of dollars. Just like gh I really didn’t think much was happening at first. Upped the dose, whoa! So hungry lmao. Got the numb hands, went back to just 12.5 mg at night. Now I have my same normal high appetite, but work and stuff has royally screwed my routine, I’m not even lifting right now and my diet is chaos but I’m still looking and feeling great and really strong. I know my recovery is good because I had a ridiculous emergency night job and I had to climb poles for hours straight on basically no sleep and I’m barely sore. I really like the mk and I think anyone who is planning long term hgh should see if they like it. I can see how some people wouldn’t tolerate the intense hunger, but for me, the more I eat the faster my metabolism is and I just have more energy so it’s working great!

This update will be focusing on the diet switch up, coach said extended bulk before we go into a hard cut, so this is what i came up with, i must admit im very pleased with what i came up with after calculating 8 meals, for a bulk i believe i hit some pretty sweet macros on this one.

I keep it simplistic by design so i can maximize my Protein and carb ratio and keep fat right where i need it to be.

Just going to keep it simple and add low sodium taco seasoning with the chicken and beef.

Fyi Aldis for the win 🏆

Side note as far as current cycle goes im just cruising on 300 test a week 100 mast a week and 10mg winny on trianing days only with 12.5mg aromasin, my coach wants to keep me here for the foreseeable future with current cycle.

We spoke last night and ive got some surprises for everyone with what my coach and i will be running and doing for my cut when we reach that point, i got to keep it under wraps till the right time and everything is finalized and laid out, untill then something fun for everything to think about where im heading next in my jounery.

I expect big changes and things to happen when i start the cutting phase! Hopefully i will come out looking like a totally different person long term goal.

Going to be starting out this week's trianing with legs, will post that session when i get it completed.

Still around the 244lb weight mark right now.

New diet and macros listed below.

( 5 meals ) 93/7 Beef/Rice/Green Beans
( 8oz ) Beef
( 1/2 cup ) White Rice
( 1/2 cup ) Green Beans

Break down for this meal
Calories = 530
Fat = 16g

I enjoy whatever is on sale cheap and fits my nutrition goals lol, do i want to always eat them no, but its a means into the ends, to grow and progress i just try and do the things that are required.

Naw man never feel like you are pressing i enjoy our conversations and in general people @ me all the time i really dont mind.

Sometimes i dont have much to update on since i only work out 3 days a week and dont switch my diet for long stretches or change my ppl split, i only have 3 days worth of updates most days, depending on if i choose to workout closer to the weekend you guys dont see much updated posts because i dont have any updates lol.

Might be worth a try just too see if it works for you. I know you're serious about the 3 day so maybe split the difference and try a 4 day to see how it goes?

I think when you hit your cutting phase a 5 day split could really help with the process. Who knows tho, everyone is different. If there was one thing that worked for everyone life would be so easy lol

I used to do 5 & 6 day splits alot and do way more volume than i do now, ive actually toned it down alot over the years.

I did bring up the idea with my coach about a possible 4 or 5 day split just waiting for him to get back with me see what he thinks and says.

They have worked incredibly well for me in the past combined with cardio 1 hr a session for 5 hours a week.

As far as the meals go to grow u got to eat so much its either split into 8 meals or do 4 really large meals a day and triple the portion size of all foods.

Personally i prefer eating less and dtst around the 2000 calorie mark, got to do what is needed to build my best looking possible physique, i just want to hit the cut already Personally im ready to shed this weight, cosch has a vison and plan so gotta roll with that and trust the process and what he sees.

I sure hope your words is what comes into reality for my physique once i cut for a long time, like even now, with mast i can feel i have a nice set of abs underneath the fluff lol, i can feel them rock hard when im sitting down i know whats underneath it all, just need to relieve it all with hard work.

Yeah man i gotta build up suspense so people tune in for my next upcoming run and log, i am a man of the people as they say 😃 definitely learned alot about smart trianing and listening and being in tune with my body. The hard part is i can go harder because the gear and with more strength, so its been good for me to learn my pacing timing and my limits

I was the opposite my 20s i was shredded all the time covid happened 3 years away i got fat and out of shape, i am currently entering my revenge arc to take back what i made myself lose.

This update will be focusing on the diet switch up, coach said extended bulk before we go into a hard cut, so this is what i came up with, i must admit im very pleased with what i came up with after calculating 8 meals, for a bulk i believe i hit some pretty sweet macros on this one.

I keep it simplistic by design so i can maximize my Protein and carb ratio and keep fat right where i need it to be.

Just going to keep it simple and add low sodium taco seasoning with the chicken and beef.

My coach is pretty flexible with my diet he will give me an outline and leave it up to me to figure out, which i like because he isn't holding my hand, he is forcing me to learn the knowledge the in and out of everything we do, i will give him something and he will criticize it and say nope try again or to far one way, alot of coaches just design everything for u, he lets me do my own movements and workout routines if he doesn't like something he will tell me replace with this and this the rest i like, so he doesn't baby me, we work well together in alot of ways because he gives me the ability to learn because he knows i want to learn everything and apply it.

Yeah when looking at that chicken i was surprised it was 25g of protein for a 4 oz serving its why i doubled it, same with the ground beef 23g doubled it, i was able to get over 400g of protein keeping it simple like this.

I can't stand white people white rice lol. Long grain white rice in a non Asian rice cooker....brutal.

Gotta be a bag of rice with no English on it and the rice cooker has to come from Asia to get it right. Good rice is why everyone loves sushi so much.

Well atleast you dont have people butting into your conversation at work, my co worker is asking me to help him newer gym goer, customer butts in and goes you guys use creatine and protein powder lol, then i mentioned the 10g creatine study for 🧠 health and cognitive function.. this fucking guy goes yeah i tried 10g and went to the doctor because i had to stop doctor said the dose was making me high 🤣 🤣 i bit my tounge on that one because it contains no psycho active compounds in it 😑 wtf is wrong with people lol.

Same guy goes to Tim Hortons every morning for a French vanilla and a hash brown. Then eats nothing but those little kids lunch box marshmallows chocolate chip granola bars for lunch, and tells me how healthy he eats lol. Talk about biting my tonge...
