V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Hi everyone,

I only joined last night but have already beem welcomed by several people and got some chats going on. I feel this is the place I've been looking for. I read through a out 50 complete journals and went through the Aus/NZ and recovery sections. Couldn't have asked for more really.

I just turned 40 and am form New Zealand.

This will be my first time logging and I have to figure out a nice way to do it. I'm sorry if this is too much text but I wanted to try detail where I am currently and what lead me here as a baseline.
For weekly updates I hope to get a nice clean format for laying out what I ate and lifted and took.

I've been listening to the podcast for a year now and have learnt so much, and also for a year I've been telling myself I will start a log here but took a while to atcually do it.

I am not in a rush. I wanted to wait until I stalled in weight loss and had my training and diet more consistent and also had more knowledge and experience form working with the PT. I feel that time is near.
I have two years of quarterly tests for base line bloods of various types as well as ECGs, testosterone level checks and did one of each of those last week.
I will try get copies of all the results to share here. If that proves difficult I'll get private ones done.

I have a 2500mg Vial of Test E in the mail and will order an AI tonight. I'm going to test the waters at 150mg for a couple of weeks then titrate up by 50mg a week until 400mg and all going well stay there a good while. I fully intend to log and monitor and analyse all this, as well as listen to feedback and suggestions.

I'm not an ego driven person and like to share and help others but also happy to be helped or shown the way and easily admit when I'm wrong.

I haven't tracked much to do with sleep but I have made so much progress correcting my lifetime of poor sleep. I have had some ups and downs as I adjust to getting fitter but exercise has been a godsend for this, often I just go to sleep at 9pm and wake up naturally at 5 or 6. There's a whole other world going on in the early hours I was previously unaware of, I'm enjoying becoming a part of it. The gym is packed by 6am when I go in to do cardio. There's people surfing at the beach, people out walking and running, it's kinda exciting to me still.

Diet

I want to stay on a egg and beef heavy keto diet for now. I cook in my van and one ingredient meals suit me.
Ground beef, corned beef, eggs and salmon from cans is easy for me and mainly what I eat.

I decided to just try focus on hitting my protein target of 200g for now. I can't stay under the 30g carb limit for keto because I drink two litres worth of milk in coffee a day, so keto is just a convenient way of describing it. I did switch to cream for a while but I can't afford it.

Today I got an atcual hunk of beef (photo attached) and it cost $21.78 NZD which is $12.74 USD or 10.96 Euro. How does this compare to where you live?

I go to the farmers market weekly to get rural farm eggs and I intend to form a relationship with butchers and farmers soon. I always thought it was cool that Jay Cutler used to model for his local rural farm stand in exchange for free eggs.
I've attached a couple of random day logs from my food tracking app.

I used to be much fatter. Those 24 beers a day I used to drink was about 3600 calories, 300 carbs. Adding to that whatever I ate and it's not a pretty picture. You can probably imagine what I might have looked like.

I did lose a lot of weight in the past two years but I wasn't tracking anything or taking photos but I was trying to do the keto diet.

I always used to think I wasn't into sugar and never ate junk food but in hindsight I felt that way because of the massive sugar and carb intake from beer which was a full on blind spot - I think had I logged that into an app even once I would have been shocked.

When I quit all of a sudden I could wolf down two family-sized blocks of chocolate and I'm still chubby (see photo) though I think I've got a handle on that now.

I used a few tricks to do that, namely spending my now small weekly food budget as soon as I got it, I'd go get two trays of eggs and 15 cans of corned beef so the option to buy junk food went away. It was a mental thing for me, I found myself a couple of times feinding for it like I used to for drugs. I was a little bit ashamed of myself for it.

Though I didn't really notice the weight loss myself, others did. My mum showed me some photos of my face before and now and it was atcually a pretty big difference. Going further than where I am now I think will require me putting in much more effort, I feel kinda stalled. I could stop dairy for a while and loose a little more just from that I think.

Training

I have had a PT for 5 months now, one hour a week, and I've learnt so much from him. I'm really glad I'm doing it. No way I could have learnt this much by myself.

I have a few sessions I default to, for legs I copied one of Lee Haneys Championship Workout routines and it stuck, that is:

- Pre-exaustion on leg curls and leg extensions, 3 sets of 12 for each.
- Then Hack Squat or Leg Press, finish with calf raises.

I'm really attracted to the hack squat and leg press, I do this twice a week. His idea was to use the pre exhaustion so you didn't need to Max out on the compound machines and I think it works. When I do hack squat first and go heavier I don't feel quote as broken the day after. Still experimenting with this.

I really haven't nailed how to record my workout sessions. That's one thing I want to figure out as part of my logging here. One session we did recently was:

- Seated Row
Weight (kg): 7.5/11.25/15/17.5
Reps: 12/12/12/12(2 rir)

- Captain’s Chair
23 Reps of bent knee, 10 of straight leg. He wanted to see my limit on first try.
- Leg Press
Weight: 40/65/75/85*
Reps: 12/12/12(2)/12* (1 rir, 5/4/3 “rest-pause” set with 5 sec rests.)
- Kneeling rope pulldown
Weight: 5/7.5/10
Reps: 12/12/12(2

I've attached a screenshot from my spreadsheet, it shows three or four sessions i did with my trainer.
Screenshot_20250826-180907_Word.webp

The other week he taight me the 8x8 “Gironda” trick with 30 sec rests on the Leg Extension:

Weight: 20/30/”/”/”/”/”/”/”
Reps: 12/8/8/8/8/8/8/8/20 (Failure)

That did me in. I was making noises and a lady stopped and pretended to wait for the machine and watched then left when I was done. And I really was done. It was like the sound stopped and something took over me, it was amazing.

Cardio

I either go to the gym and do 30 minutes steady state on the stationery bike first thing in the morning where my heart rate gets to about 110, I start sweating lightly at 15 minutes.

If I sleep in or miss this I walk to the pharmacy which is a one hour round trip.

That's what I currently do consistently but I've always been a big walker. Being drunk all the time I basically never drove. But i have some goals and plans for more cardio:

Want to start roller derby again and train to become a referee. I did an 8 week beginner course last winter but stopped after it finished. I just went along to support mu lady friend at the time and was just going to watch but the girls there came at me hard, literally called me a pussy while forcing dodgy skates onto me. As soon as I stood up on them I felt a rush of adrenalin, it was really fucking fun and I was hooked.

I want to go once a week, it's 2 hours and I'll probably spew first time, it's really fucking taxing. Despite doing quite a lot of walking and biking I'm nowhere near fit enough to do skate drills for two hours.

I've always wanted to do yoga or Tai Chi or something like that. I have a fancy gym membership that gives access to yoga/plates studios owned by the same company. I'd like to add a one hour group class sometime.

I want to be more consistent with meditation and breath work too.

Lastly I want to start using my skateboard as transport again and maybe get a surf board this summer. It's way too cold in the southern hemisphere still.

Substances and Prescriptions

I have been on the methadone program for three years and now take 90mg a day. I spent two years on 120mg and tapered to 80mg the first half of this year, it went poorly and I wasted 6 months in bed more or less. Had to go back up 10mg to 90mg where I am now. The program requires me to get ECGs twice a year, so I have three years worth of those

I take Antabuse daily and have been for two years. This is why I have quarterly liver tests. I feel I don't need it anymore, but I robbed my mother of sleep and peace of mind over the past two decades and I know she finds comfort knowing a pharmacist watches me wash antabuse down with my methadone every day so don't want to, however it's a variable in this, adds to poly-pharma issues and I think I should stop while taking testosterone. If anyone has any knowledge or experience I'm all ears.

I have been prescribed a daily multi vitamin and thiamine tablet also, based on blood tests during detox, I should request another test now and see if I still have deficiencies.
I had fatty liver at detox too, but that has been confirmed to have been completely reversed. I'm lucky I think and intend to make the most of this second chance.

Smoking and Vaping

This year marked the end of my 25 year relationship with nicotine - one of the things i truely regret. In my youth I think I would have had a shot at becoming a pro skateboarder but just after I turned 15 I started smoking daily, and later that year I started working full time and become a pack a day smoker which was two packs by 18 and after that I started rolling my own and could get through 20 grams a day and more if I was drinking that day, which I was. And I just let skating go.. just like that, all that effort and plans and I traded it for tobacco without a second thought, it's unbelievable in retrospect but it is what it is.

I was an early adopter of vaping, started in 2008 but the devices were so crappy that it didn't dawn on me you could replace cigs with them full time. I mainly had them for long haul flights. 2015 I was building them and making my own juice ans lasted a year then went back to the fags almost without thought, I just did. Insanity. But in 2021 I went back to vaping again and I got massive improvements in lung capacity and energy, etc but the truth of the matter is I had it in my hand 24/7. No exaggeration, I fell asleep with it and as soon as I opened my eyes I resumed. It's a hell of a lot better than cigarettes.

When I started training this became more and more of a problem. And I decided I'm done, and registered with the governments quit smoking service and they gave me a script for enough patches to do a three stage taper of six months, and gum/lozenges. That was two months ago and I am ready to ditch the patches, but I may try the weakest patches and see, just to finish the 3 month version of the program. I ditched the gum in week 3 and my mind slowly forgot about it all.

Great start to your log. Sounds like you've had a lot going on the last few years.
I would suggest waiting on starting gear until you have a great training/diet/cardio routine going.
Keep updating daily with training/diet and we can help you get in a place where you are ready for AAS.

Okay thanks man, what should the updates contain?

Today I ate that kilo of beef in the pic and 2 litres of milk, did 12,000 steps, 30 minutes cardio bike, no lifting today, I take Tuesday for rest and have my PT session tomorrow afternoon.

That's nice and clean, I give it a go and also follow your log, cheers man.

I see you take TUDCA - what are your thoughts on it ?

I haven't been current on my log as i've just been sitting at maint. I'll be starting a new log next week for my build phase.
With the supps i've been taking my bloodwork has been the best it has ever been. Only thing that is elevated is cholesterol but i think that's the clen/tren. Off both now so should be coming down.
TUDCA is a great product to keep the liver enzymes in check.
Myself and the rest or the mods/VIP's are here to help you on your journey. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you have. We do have a DM feature as well.

I really appreciate that thanks man, already been talking in DM to a couple, you guys are awesome.

Good news your bloodwork has been good - it feels good getting confirmation your going okay. I used to dread going to get results but it's been the opposite most of this year.

That antabuse medication I take is taxing on some people's liver so I need to get quarterly tests but so far so good, and I have an appointment next week to decide if I want to get off it, so I need to think about it and maybe see how my mum feels about it. There might be another option such as getting my monthly drug tests forwarded to her, which have been drug & alcohol free for two years.

That's why I'm interested in TUDCA, it's also available domesticly and not super expensive.

Thanks again for your help man. I enjoyed reading through your log and followed your thread, good luck with your build phase!

GLP drugs like retatrutide are also great at liver protection/regeneration. Low dose .5-1mg long term.

I get where you’re coming from and I know how heavy that all feels. I’ve been sober from alcohol for years now so I know the mental fight that comes with it. You’ve already proven you can push through hard times with the way you’ve handled your health and your liver recovery shows that. It’s smart you’re thinking about the mix of meds and looking at what’s really needed long term. Keep stacking those wins and don’t forget you’ve already built momentum that a lot of people never reach. EVO family is here to support you all the way :D

I don't think testosterone will do any harm to you at all, if anything it will help you change your life.
Can you share any blood tests you have?

what kind of multis you said you got a script?
probiotics?

Thanks so much for reading through that man, I will respond to everything you asked. Despite spending my career as an engineer/programmer, I somehow overlooked the fact I was in my locked down browser and wondering why there was be formatting features, I wrote the BBCode on my phone which is super dumb. I'm going to edit and redo it with a bullet point summary from the template post link tou shares yesterday, format an example week from my training and then have a line and a second section with the long winded story version so people can just look at the stats/summary.

And I will post pics of the Test E I'm about to pickup. I ordered some Novadex also which I'll also post a pic about when it arrives and update the other kiwi dude who was looking. They didn't have any others in stock though.

I just finished my PT session and he taught me a bunch of fly variations and I hit 140kg on the leg press which I've been slowly working up to, and did 8 reps after a set of 12 at 120 and 10 reps at 130kg.

I'm shit-scared of hurting my knees and stressing my joints to much, I've been hurt a bunch in the past, and fractired my L2 in a mointain bike crash a few years ago.

Had a decent breakfast beforehand:

I really appreciate your help and support man, you guys have been amazing.
@vanlife_gymbum all good :D, no stress at all. Glad you’re reworking it because that format will make it way easier for people to follow. Pics of the gear will be solid too, adds that realness people like to see.
Training numbers are moving in the right direction, that leg press jump is no joke. You’re being smart thinking about joint health and protecting those knees, that’s how you keep making progress long term. Consider bpc157 for the knees.

Breakfast fueling you before that session was the right call, everything’s lining up fine. and thank you for the update on the food update, easy t follow, but do you do refeeds once every 2 weeks or so?

I really appreciate your help and support man, you guys have been amazing.
EVO family is here for you, big love and support :D you can always count on us during your journey.

Here's the pics of the Test E. It's from the Aussie source AUStarLabs who a few months ago opened a domestic New Zealand store. I emailed them on Saturday morning and they replied in five minutes and it was here the next day after I ordered via New Zealand post. $70 NZD. No customs =)

View attachment 113620

View attachment 113604

Welcome into the evolutionary community brother, definitely helping others first kind of community we aren't here to pass judgment we only want to help people become healthy and successful, we all fall down in life the question is are you going to dust yourself off and get back on your feet, glad you shared your story, i treat my log like and open journal i post all my thoughts feelings moods setbacks and achievements, no right or wrong way to do it brother.

What's the weight of the steak?
The steak in the picture was 1.038kg and was tough but great cut up, would have been great in a slow cooker. I'm about to go get my daily kilo, but I'll get ground beef this time.

Great podcast and interview you guys just did, thanks mate!

Thanks very much man. I think I'm going to treat mine like a journal too. I'm busy trying to get data from various places into one place and in a format thats easy for others to glance at.

I just read through your log, great stuff man. You look good in your pics & sweet tattoos! I think we have a few goals and ways of thinking in common, I want to do something similar and then try clean bulking. I was gonna try the Vince Gironda 36 egg cream/milk shake cycle.

I look forward to following your journey

The plan to get a kilo of mince for dinner was changed in favour of this hunk of beef. I'm parked up at the waterfront next to the skatepark in central Wellington, checking out the public climbing wall and cooking up this. It weighs 0.910kg and cost 7.89 pound stealing or $10.60 USD

I've wanted to try testosterone since 2007, when I saw a doco about steroids and realised they were much safer than I thought but my behaviour and lifestyle kept me from leading the type of training, health and recovery cantered lifestyle I want to now lead.

I had an enlightening trip to the needle exchange today, lady volunteering there was amazingly helpful. She gave me this guide book

And then after all these years thinking about this and wanting to do it, in like two minutes flat when I got back in my van

As easy as that, 150mg into my right leg, bam:

I guess I'm no longer natural.

@gymlife4me excellent job on this log man. vapin and smoking are absolutely a joke. these vapes are the new crack pipes, they turn your brain into jelly

@vanlife_gymbum Excellent start to your log brother and welcome to the EVO community! I have a similar story and was addicted to everything myself. Now 4+ years clean and sober in the 12-step program. Have always lifted and now my addiction is gear and iron! I'll be following your progress and will help where I can but you're in the company of some high end top notch mod coaches on here so definitely listen them.

Godspeed brother, and that is one heck of a hunk of meat! That's how I eat if you wanna check out my log too you'll see lotsa pics!

View attachment 113604

Hey thanks a lot man! I'll reply to you tomorrow- it's 1am and it's been a big day ;-)

bro you live alone ?
Haha yes of course man. No woman with a full set of teeth would shack up with me in here at the moment... but you'd be surprised at how many of the lovely woman of Wellington don't mind stopping around for a cup of tea. They bring shit with them too. Life is going great and I have a feeling it's about to improve more rapidly from here too.

@vanlife_gymbum this is a good one! looks like you got your life turned around. now you can help others better themselves.

Methadone had a big part in my recovery but it tanks your testosterone for sure. I know this is my reality because I'm eligible for government TRT in a socialised health system. This is only the case when they would go to jail if they didn't give it to you, but me being optimal is not really their goal and I don't expect to outsource my hormone management to them. I turned it down it favour of what I'm about to do here with you guys. My life is already under heavy government surveillance I don't need them sniffing their rotten noses into my testosterone levels now.

I spent decades in the top tax bracket, the government took their 40% before it even hit my account. Now I'm unemployed on the dole and gonna get some of that back at the rate of $321.44 Sir Edmonds a week.

I picked a quiet little surfer suburb by the sea and hide at the park behind the gym. Where do you live?

I don't need a satellite dish, I could drive to The Beehive (The New Zealand Parliament) in ten minutes. We're a small country next to Antarctica with 5 million people, there's enough room for a few bums in vans per suburb.

This one is just cafes, crossfit boxes and surfboard rental stands. Life is fucking good here, execpt it's still cold as fuck, but spring is just around the corner =)

Breakfast fueling you before that session was the right call, everything’s lining up fine. and thank you for the update on the food update, easy t follow, but do you do refeeds once every 2 weeks or so?
I'm going to tackle your questions one by one. Refeed is probably too sophisticated term to describe my current practice but it atcually does kinda work out like that so I'll work on reframing it to sound like it's planned out. Might be able to pull you guys some Science Based Lifters! ...no?

In all seriousness, I would like to try convince this guy to join us and log here:

https://youtube.com/@anabolicclimbing?si=hH6DeOTcKwhG31I6

I came across him on a paid private discord server for verified sources I had rerouted some of my dole cheque to in my pursuit of knowledge (of where to buy testosterone by mail) but he's a really cool guy. He's specifically running a bunch of experiments on himself on using steroids in his rock climbing training. It's good shit. Street science. Bro science. The shit you know works because you can experience it working for yourself. He also knows how to hang off things for longer than most people.

This gives me an opportunity to introduce you guys to one of my training goals, which is to br able to hang off things for longer than most people, namely the steam crane mounted on the ship, with one hand, and train the other to use an air-hammer, connected by air hose to descale rust off a ninety nine year old Glaskow-built steam ship with a steam powered crane on the top of it that the residents of expensive high rise property along the Wellington waterfront feast their eyes on daily and get so excited about it they call up talk back radio to tell the listeners about it.

I volunteer my supple, comparatively young body and energy stores to her and her 15 strong crew of 80 and 90 year old men and one nice old lady as a day labourer every Saturday.

As I said I descale rust with an air hammer. The aforementioned nice old lady makes sandwiches, coffee, cuts fruit and volunteers her Saturdays to make sure we have energy for working on the ship. She doesn't fuck with my rust descaling and I don't fuck with her... REFEEDING methods. I'm soft with woman, I don't have it in me to say THAT DOESNT SUIT MY MACROS BITCH. Or in anyway stop her from getting these carbs into us.

So Saturday is now Volunteering and Refeeding day. Thanks for the help bro.

@gymlife4me excellent job on this log man. vapin and smoking are absolutely a joke. these vapes are the new crack pipes, they turn your brain into jelly
Yeah indeed. I'm pro in the sense of they can get you off fags, but when I began it was a DIY scene and mom and pop industry, we didn't use artificial flavours and sweetners because we wanted to blow out bigger clouds of vapor. We knew we were drug addicts and didn't pretend and act like wine connoisseurs. We just wanted off cigarettes and big clouds of Vapour. Nicotine is not very harmful, it's made to be that way. Addictive as all fuck yeah but should we be punished with LUNG CANCER for being addicted? There's pretty powerful forces at play to get us to smoke and now vape commercialy.

And one day, They came. Took our ideas and freely shared work and designs and pinouts and shit, regulated in their favour to push vape juice with sugar in it in single use devices.

Cigarette butts are one thing, but an entire battery powered device for each pack of cigarettes??

IN WHAT WORLD IS A SINGLE USE BATTERY ACCEPTABLE????

Our governments don't care about us, they sold our health to Philip Morris right in front of us!!

There's too many pigs and not enough pork chops.

But if you do vape, make or buy unflavoured juice. Try this experiment: get an entire bag of candy, chew it all up but spit it out. Afterwards note what happens with your blood sugar spikes and whatever. This is the same thing you're doing vaping candy juice.

Speaking of pork, it's what's for breakfast. Looks like its back to cold as fuck in Windy Wellington.

Sorry mods, I seem to have fucked up trying to add the pound symbol, only got a dollar sign on my keyboard, and double posted my last two replies. Could you remove the duplicates or tell me how to please?

Here's the pics of the Test E. It's from the Aussie source AUStarLabs who a few months ago opened a domestic New Zealand store. I emailed them on Saturday morning and they replied in five minutes and it was here the next day after I ordered via New Zealand post. $70 NZD. No customs =)

@vanlife_gymbum I saw that NZ steroid guide, I'm really surprised how progressive the government is there, you even get a guide how to use steroids :D

i dont have a kitchen but have a gas stove and a pot and pan. My setup is homeless guy who lives behind the gym grade, not RV Camper florida snowbird grade. I have a futon, couch, beanbag and lavalamp in the back. Have a bookshelf with about 50 books.

Sure he would be a good addition! it would be interesting to see how his rock climbing combines with AAS.

Those are hard to do, you need to really have grip for it. You know that @Mobster is the EU grip champion?

@vanlife_gymbum I saw that NZ steroid guide, I'm really surprised how progressive the government is there, you even get a guide how to use steroids :D
It's a pretty sweet service aye =) I'm going to write a guide to NEPs in Australia and New Zealand and post it in the NZ section. I'm sure acquiring tools is a daunting task for some people new to this and they shouldn't be shy or worried about using the exchange. If you had never touched a needle and knew zero, they will basically solve 90% of the steps for you. Probably won't pin you ass for you, but I also didn't enquire.

Will mention other options, like
there's one after hours vending machine per city (the PIN for AKL and WLG is 6666#, CHC is 4444#) that have a bunch of packs to see you through the night, one of which has 20G and 25G tips and 1ml barrel and 5 alcohol swabs.

Just show the range of stuff they offer, what to ask for, etc. And also their other services, like blood donation and Hepatitis C testing. There's even a monthly magazine about needles called Mainline - it comes with pull-out vein/artery/muscle diagrams, like how teenage girls used to pull boy band posters out of magazines for their walls.

I told the lovely volunteer lady who helped me there yesterday that I used to IV but have never done a muscle injection. I told her I was on the methadone program and was going to self administrate TRT. She was also on the program and had her own hormone issues (lost her period when started on it) and said many males she knows have tanked test levels and basically get nowhere trying to get anything done about it. She was super interested so I told her about uGLs and how I did it and said I'd come back and let her know how it went.

Then she walked me through how to IM and got all those different types of picks for me to try, basically figured out everything I needed, and gave me that guide book.

She's also going to find out the extent the drug testing service they offer as it relates to testing anabolics. Three days a week an outside pharmacist comes in with a fancy modern gaschromatograph with a huge database of signatures like the ones boarder control uses to identify unknown substances. At the very least we can get them scanned for heavy metals, identify the oil type, etc.

I will also scan the whole guide book, its succient and about 20 pages stapled, the middle opens right up to the injection site diagram and bullet pointed process list, they thought it through haha.

Unfortunately not, it's still cold and windy and winter down here, we've had a couple of sunny days finally of late though. If it's not windy I often light a fire on the beach to cook on, or use public BBQs at parks and beaches and the like. I was thinking as a gimmick and motivator, when spring arrives, I could go to a different beach or BBQ to cook & prep for the next day, get photos of the food and cooking with a different epic location in the background. Plus it'd make me get out more.

Testosterone Injection Therapy Log - Day 2

Things are going well and I'm already adjusting plans for the better.

I choose the 150mg a week then 300mg a week dose numbers for financial reasons. I thought I'd avoid saying that and score some undeserved "isn't John being sensible" points by saying I was being conservative for safety reasons. Also the AI haven't arrived back then.

My plan was always to get to 500mg a week, I heard many takes on this on my research journey but the podcast episode where @Mobster and @stevesmi
talk about the advantages of Testosterone and the training lifestyle to active and non-using alcoholics and drug addicts really made a bunch of good points to me and based on it I settled on 500mg. If you have not heard it I highly suggest you queue that up now:

What I took from it: 500mg test is a good goal for me, the magic I'm looking for will be found somewhere around there, I now need to start experimenting and logging.

Also no tren, no halo. I am 100% on board with all that they said and that's now the plan. Thanks you guys, truly.

I emailed Rob at AUStarLabs to tell him the Test E vial arrived, and that thanks in part to his crew I'm no longer natural.

I told him about the forum and linked them to my comment about AUStarLabs. He replied and said thanks and said he had posted me a second vial of Test E on the house to aid in my recocery plan.

What a top bloke Rob is, that means I don't need to cap my dose to stretch it out because of money and can go to 500mg now and last two months with the two vials if I have to, but it's more of a safety blanket while I save up a bit and start getting a stash together.

Also the Novadex arrived so... onwards.

I will write a separate post explaining some stuff about methadone and how "therapeutic doses" work, why I'm never withdrawing and never high.

Related to that I have a few questions about Testosterone Levels and stability, etc and want to talk about my daily pinning schedule.

I slowly whacked 0.26ml into my upper ass around by the hip this time, from the diagram in the NZ NEP guide posted above. It went smooth and didn't hurt after. I calculated that 0.26 with trtinjectioncalculator.com and copied down the schedule

I obviously recommend AUStarLabs to any Kiwis and I can only assume their Australian Parent uGL is just as great, they have a big range over there too.

Fantastic man! I did a bunch of research into aus/nz uGLs and AUStarLabs rates highly in Australia on various source talk forums and then I found one of his team relocated to NZ to setup an NZ wing of AUStarLabs. I'm happy I met them and they are also nearly half the cost of some of the others I looked at

If there's anything I can do to support them or spread the word about their operation I'm available.

Oh that's excellent! and added bonus if the cost is lower. I didn't know they had branched out to NZ. I found Austar from doing research on the dark web. I still used test kits on two of theirs products just to make sure I was getting exactly what I paid for. Once they cleared I started making purchases

I don't think you need to do 500mgs, I think 300mgs testosterone sports TRT is what you want to do. The sides are less and you can work with that dose more. :D

Yeah you're totally right. I'm just happy I'm on The Path. 300mg will be great I'm sure. I'm feeling good about daily pinning. It took me two months to get off opium and stable on methadone. First few weeks I was still withdrawing but when my Serum levels became stable and I started nodding out on public transport and waking up with drool all over my shirt with the Bus Driver yelling at me that we're at the last stop

I spent decades in the top tax bracket, the government took their 40% before it even hit my account. Now I'm unemployed on the dole and gonna get some of that back at the rate of $321.44 Sir Edmonds a week.
i think a lawyer would be a good idea to explain to you the laws. i think in that situation those safety nets are important cause people need help at some points in their life, i know i sure did. but yeah a small % of people abuse the system and ruin it for all

Thanks for the reply bro - I'm just gonna clarify what I said. I'm not a very bitter person but I do no like the government(s) and sometimes I let it affect my sentence structure and word choice.

None of this is about what's better, looks like we are both making our way in the underground where things like this don't matter. If you mean the legality of needles then I think having the TRT script is good to cover you for travel and carrying picks around and such. I know a guy on methadone in the UK that got a bit of shit for carrying his own labelled methadone bottle, they'll try it on. They caught him at a bad time and wound him up a bit so he... escalated... and got arrested and they found his picks and did manage to charge him over it. I forget the details but having any sort of script helps.

I ditched a few prescription pills and sleeping pills in favour of a medical cannabis script, that gets me out of all sorts of trouble. After detox when when I was clean the only illegal thing I was doing was buying weed so I'm happy to say I don't do anything illegal any more (unless you count vehicle registration offences and the entire category of Road Safety & Traffic Law)

I try not to brag often, but my Run-fu is second to none. My main source of fitness was running from the police and they never once got me. Cars have made them soft, criminals are soft too and hardly even commit crime on foot anymore. But I've now concluded that part of my life.

That said, if they in any way get in the way of me executing my Testosterone Injection Therapy plan (highly unlikely) I won't accept it this time and I'll fight not run.

People already think what they think about me, when it comes to this it's gonna take more than unjust laws and social stigma to stop me from doing it, I'm immune to those things.

It might come to that though. I found out from the lady at the needle exchange that there's a whole bunch of men she said had been on the methadone program for over 30 years and have been trying almost as long to figure out there problems inside, the clinic sure as shit didn't tell them about hormones or TRT or anything, so the fact they know means they figured it out somehow and now they're trying to get the treatment and can't. 30 years on the methadone program is not a good thing. These will be the absolute gutter cases.

It hurts my heart to think maybe all those hopes they had for themselves getting off smack and maybe getting a job or girlfriend those three decades ago may have panned out had the medication not fucked up their hormone balance.

As your methadone serum levels fill and stabilise a grey fog of lethargy decends on your life. Things are OKAY but there's no passion, no drive... and next thing you know you've been on the dole for twenty fucking years. What if none of that happened because you just take two pills not one, methadone so you don't fuck up your life with smack, and another so you don't fuck up your hormones (life) with methadone.

Seems simple but they don't think this way.

But that bottle of Test E cost $35 USD and at a dose of 150mg that is four months or so worth. Insanity. Your average gutter-junkie could rustle that up in an afternoon even without a broken guitar.

The first appointment with those private fucks two years ago was $150, the blood tests cost me hundreds and I gave up because I don't have those means and this not what I want anyway.

In our once quiet socialist paradise we don't like to pay to go to the doctor. I'll accept $50 to the cannabis doctor but there's not much riding on a weed script falling through, unlike your testosterone levels being out of whack.

Can hardly tell those guys "when you're done at the City Mission just load up your bitcoin wallet and it'll be posted to your address soon!" so I'll tell the lady at the needle exchange that I'll just do it for them, if she gathers up their busking money and goes do the bank to get notes then I'll take care of ordering and just hand the vials over.

That's probably a wild escalation in the eyes of the law but I think it'll be okay. None of this was about the police btw, they've beem surprisingly good to me all things considered.

Also there's open drug use happening in the blocks around the exchange, they don't do shit about that so why would they care about this.

One of my workmates told me he was in a hotel near there with a hooker and freaked out on during their meth bender and called the cops for help and they threw the sack of meth he gave them in the bin and gave him a ride home haha.

Just in the TRT/medical realm, I truely believe I'm in the right here and am on the Correct and Just path. This is not me wanting to get high again, this is nothing to do with that type of drug use (what I used to do know I mean)

Seems to me in America it's centivised to sell you shit, and as such there's lots of shit you can buy. They only won't sell you shit if they would go to jail for doing so. Dude on a source forum I'm on goes to a TRT clinic and gets his entire stack there, anavar pills and all.

But here the government pays so unless your leg is about to be cut off you can take some paracetamol and go back to work you lazy fuck.

That's what I was trying to say. Shit that was rambling, I'm sorry man. Yours was the first message I saw when I woke up so I'm still calming down =)

I've got a few good friends that are lawyers (you'll see why soon enough haha) but that's a bad omen I think, there's not going to be able need for them related to this.

bro hell yeah. more to love
Exactly bro, and you can get lost while cuddling =) and I dunno... they always seem so much more feminine to me, they melt my heart.

They used to make other things happen to, but it's been a while now. That shit doesn't happen when you don't have sufficient testosterone levels I think.

Testosterone Injection Therapy Log - Day 3

Morning chaps. Ran into a little snag this morning

The nectar is frozen

Two minute fix, but my muscles are in a similar condition. I remember @stevesmi or @Mobster saying they used heat bags of or something. The local artisan health and wellness boutiques are closed so had to go for paper towels and boiling water

@LevButlerov you wanted to know why I don't BBQ: this is my bed/stove. That's why ;)

Pick loaded with daily amount for 300mg/wk schedule provided by @LevButlerov - thank you brother.

Day 3 pin in left quad done.

I gotta run, I'm late. Old guy wants me to go to the ship to supervise (pick him up if he falls over) his boiler inspection. Be good to get out of this sterile environment for a while anyway. Then gotta climb up the crane for a bit and go to the level room half way up, behold:

i like it man. a lot of people are living like this and have better lives then others. my only issue would be having to use a public bathroom and public shower all the time

I have never looked worse On Paper, and never felt better In Reality. Gotta work on my framing, but I inspired one guy to save up to survive the 6 week wait period to get on the dole. Not bitter about paying all that tax. I was just prepaying this lifestyle. W

Where are you located? I don't go to public toilets bro, I go to fancy R18 gyms. I might be homeless, but I keep my shirts ironed.

def follow all our logs on here. many guys have worked hard on them

Definatly man - I've been raiding them for good while now, lurking in the shadows, surfacing to score some knowledge then scuttling back.

They're an absolute gold mine

You heated correct but you need to put a pin on top (no syringe) so the BA can come out. Are you able to inject your delt?

@vanlife_gymbum and this ship situation looks very rustic :D interesting.

Ah I see, you mean jab a needle tip through the rubber stopper of the test vial with no barrel so there's an air tunnel? I'll do that when I get home and next time, thanks bro.

It's certainly rust-something haha. We're trying to get the marine historic society who owns it, or the council to pay for my 40yo friend and myself to get the government's Working and Heights certification. There's a full set of ropes and suspension gear but nobody knows how to use them. It used to have scaffolding but that's ugly and lame. This is what I have been talking to the guy I proposed log his experiments here, Anabolic Climber on YouTube, about.
I heard @Mobster may know about grip, but I wasn't sure if I was falling for some sort of wanking joke or what.

When you heat it, the BA needs a place to escape so a needle on top of needed for that.

I wish! Free dinner. Nah we don't have lizards. Had tons of the little buggers at my rainforest cabin in Australia though. Do you? How do they get in?

That's really handy thanks man. If I hadn't posted pics I would have never thought of that and could have easily continued for ages until something went wrong. You're The Man!

EVO family support your way :D

@vanlife_gymbum Excellent start to your log brother and welcome to the EVO community! I have a similar story and was addicted to everything myself. Now 4+ years clean and sober in the 12-step program. Have always lifted and now my addiction is gear and iron! I'll be following your progress and will help where I can but you're in the company of some high end top notch mod coaches on here so definitely listen them.

Godspeed brother, and that is one heck of a hunk of meat! That's how I eat if you wanna check out my log too you'll see lotsa pics!

Hey thanks man - I appreciate that. I've read through your log and am following, looks like you're going hard! Great to see.

Nice work on the 4 years! I just hit two years. Been working on my recovery for longer, but it took a long time to knock things off one by one, and getting off opium with the insane tolerance I had was not easy. Been on methadone for three years and came right there, but then I really started free-falling, and couldn't get through work anymore and just started drinking at work and that's not a sustainable plan it turns out.

I'm also a friend of Bill. I don't mention anything about maintenance at meetings or anything, I'm unorthodox in that sense being on methadone and having a MC prescription and using Antabuse aswell but the 12 steps are the foundation of how I live. The BB changed my life more than any one other thing ever has. I needed every part of this combination of meditation, physical improvement and spirituality and it took a lot of trial and error over a long time to find it.

The self reflection and analysis techniques I learnt via the 4th step have changed everything for me. Having guidance felt sponsors and other members when it came to amends have been invaluable.

If it comes up socialising after meetings or whatever I do make it known Im on methadone, so anyone who wants to approach me privately outside of an AA context knows they can.

Really great to meet you bro and I am looking forward to watching your progress too.

That was a great read bro! Great work and glad to hear you're a friend of Bill too. It's almost 01:00am EST here but I will definitely reply more to this tomorrow.

Keep going bro, one day at a time!

I have not eaten pork for years and years, but it's a lot cheaper than beef so I thought I'd see if I can get it into my diet. SOOOOoooOo much fat on it! It's still got the skin on it and is like 3cm thick and still has the pig hairs in tact

Cut up half into strips until my pot was full and salted the rest and put it in glass container for later, plastic containers are estrogenic.

All good bro! That meant to say "combination of medication, physical improvement and spirituality" not meditation, but I do meditate.

Night mate

@vanlife_gymbum Excellent! Eating at 1kg of meat is a must every day. Try and add some psyllium husk for digestion and absorption, it's made a huge difference for me after @LevButlerov recommended it.

My Dad is a big AA guy and has been sober in AA since 1986, when I was two. They made me a card for my 2nd AA birthday.

My Mum is pretty happy her wayward son is starting to straighten up and fly right. I don't like to count time myself, but I owe my mother big time and I'll let her to anything she wants to regarding me.

High fat is all good if you keep your carbs low :D

High fat is all good if you keep your carbs low :D
Agreed with @LevButlerov big time! What works for me the best is super high protein, fat about 50% of whatever the protein is and carbs near zero. I find this is great when you're older like me (48 yrs old) and your metabolism is way less forgiving.

Yesterday for example I was:
5033 cals
618g Protein
252g Fat
31g Carbs
