Right now the is no budget. Budget is tapped until I start work or get a job. Once I have income coming in again I will. Quoting jobs right now and I applied to one job so hopefully something starts soon.

I understand, good luck I really hope this works out for you. @kcates EVO family support!
I got the husk! I bought that stuff in bulk last time.
@kcates good you got psyllium husk, it's a perfect start :D 1 tbps with big glass of water 2x/day.

i am taking like 30 grams a day of the husk 1 big scoop in the morning with my preworkout mix and one when i get back from the gym
To hell with tablespoons. We're talking in grams here @LevButlerov

Seems @kcates is way ahead and already max dosing.

NPP told me to take 25-30 grams awhile back so I did. I order a normal size bag the first time and that went quick for the cost. I was like man I got to buy this stuff in bulk because I'm going to be going threw this stuff at this rate. 12lbs was the biggest bag I could find within reason I think next size up was like 25 lbs. I bought 25 lbs of protein powder one time and it tasted like crap. I went through finally and decided not to order that stuff again even though it was a good price.

Been there lol

Been there lol
I think that's how our brains work. When I first order UGL steroids and I was on test cyp 200 for TRT. I saw test E 400. I am thinking I can only inject 1/2 ml and get my TRT dose. I didn't know about PIP yet. I learned my lesson real quick with that. The first time I injected my thigh. 2 days later I could barely walk and though I had an infection in my leg. I went to the doc and he put me on like 3 antibiotics. Lol

I am just sharing my experience and documenting it for myself to look back at one day or share with someone. As I continue to cut out the pre-workout my blood pressure continues to get better. This week being on only 75mg of caffeine a 1/4 serving of Bucked Up Woke AF I haven't gotten a reading first thing in the morning before drinking my supplements. Normally after waking up and before supplements I get a normal reading or one like this. Typically in the past after using caffeine supplements and after going to the gym I am up in the 140-150/ 80-90. It tends to stay that way the rest of the day probably because I was also using more caffeine at noon time as well. I was up to using between pre-work out and fuel in the afternoon 460mg of caffeine a day.Now I am only using first thing in the am. I just took my blood pressure around 930 am after using my supplements with the woke AF and going to the gym and see my results now. I don't think I have had a reading like that in a long time after using supplements see attached photo. I look forward to getting off completely. So far I have not had any sides. I do sometimes if I sit down at the computer in the afternoons and not working on anything specific just watching YouTube or playing games I will dose off a little. If I have the time I will get an hour nap and it solves the problem. Normally if I am busy and active I am fine. Glad I haven't gotten any headaches like I hear some people get. Times past when I had gone with out caffeine for a few days I didn't get headaches either. Next week if I split what I am taking now in half, because it's such a small scoop of preworkout I am using, I may just cut it out next week. I mean 1 gram of mix and it only being like 37.5 mg of caffeine doesn't seem worth it. Maybe I will try it and if I get headaches I added that small amount in to help curb those and let my body adjust.

I got a similar reading this morning when I woke up and I was very happy too. This is great @kcates

I used to wrap brats in tinfoil and use metal straps to hold it against the hot turbo pipe. Kid in the bucket was like “that won’t work!” Ten minutes later he was drooling from the smell. It was a gmc 6500 so you could take the inner fender lining off. It was easy! We were working in nowhere Kentucky and the only place to get food was the bait shop

Good job lowering the caffeine, your blood pressure numbers are already looking way better. Cutting from 460mg down to 75mg is a huge step and your body is clearly responding. The afternoon drowsiness is normal when your system is adjusting, naps or staying active will balance that out. No headaches is a great sign and means your taper is working smoothly. Splitting that tiny scoop again next week sounds smart, and at that point you’ll be basically off without a crash.

Ok, I will stick to my original plan. I look at the scoop now 1/4 of it and I was thinking this morning is that little bit even doing anything? In the scope of things that little stuff is not doing that much anyways to help build muscle. Its really just become and addiction of caffeine. Next week will be an 1/8 of a scoop. Do you think going forward drinking unsweet tea if we go out to dinner will be a big enough driver to make me relapse and want to get back on the other stuff like prework out and gfuel? I measured my blood pressure this afternoon and it was pretty much the same as this morning. Almost identical.

I dont think you're overdoing it, use it when you're in the comfort zone, dont go too high or too low. @kcates
I dont think drinking tea is an issue, and I dont consider it caffeine, as long as normal no sugar tea. :D

no sugar i just drink the dirty water when i am out because i don't like the taste of Jacksonville water and a lot of restaurants will serve tap water with ice if you ask for water. I guess i could have lemon in my water like i do my tea.

1/4 lb of fish, sprinkle of cheese and a taco tortilla. I had two of these.

taco tortillas I think main factor what flour, if you are making them use almond flour :D

NO sugar is perfect :D

Actually many years ago I bought gallons of Publix sweet tea. I go in there and buy 10 gallons at a time. Finally my old doctor told me i had to quit or I was going to die from diabetes. So i switched to a gallon of unsweet tea a day. Then I finally got off it and started drinking filtered water. I only have some tea when we go out to eat. I think I am going to start ordering lemon water instead.

Why do steroids make hair loss on top of the head and hair grow more all over the body? I am thinking actually when I was low T my body as a side effect would not grow that much body hair. Now I am optimized it is just doing what should have been doing before. Luckly on top I haven't noticed any extra balding, not that it matters, I have been shaving my head for 30 years now.

Holy smokes that’s a lot of deadlifts. I can’t even lift that heavy but if I lifted what I can that many times I’d be wrecked.

You’re a really strong dude. I could totally picture you in a viral video of some young punk trying to road rage with you and getting rag dolled 😂. Aaah I can watch those all day hahaha

I was just doing them for fun. Yesterday was suppose to be a rest day and only do cardio. I been doing this other program that is unilateral work Monday - Friday and full body 3 times a week with mobility and calf work on the other 2 days. There is no barbell bench press, squat, or deadlift in the program. Its all like dumbbell bench and incline press and bulgarian split squats and lunges, but I like doing those movements so I figured on my rest days I would each week throw in the bench, deadlift, and squat. So last week i did bench with chains for fun. Yesterday I did the deadlifts and farmers carries, and next Saturday I will do squats. I do all this for my enjoyment so I got to do stuff I enjoy from time to time and not all goal specific stuff.

A lot of deadlift volume, you're killing it :D but be careful with the volume on deads as you try to cut. @kcates

Try to lower this rice intake especially PM, your last meal dinner should be just meat and veggies fyi. If you want carbs or rice keep them meal 1.
And you had no meals before training? @kcates
btw top on the planks I love it!
Man, this is cool to see. Normally I see a 150/90 a lot of the time at 3:20 in the afternoon. I am down to 37.5 gram of caffeine that is in preworkout.
That's good BP level! but are you on bp meds?

I take telimasartan but if I keep a good blood pressure we will back that off. I been using caffeine longer then I have been on. Blood pressure medicine. Everything I hear for bodybuilders telimasartan is good to take.

I don't normal eat rice at dinner it's just been some off meals with all these celebrations and good bye's. I will get back on track this week. Tonight was last dinner out for my son he is leaving for Marine boot camp tomorrow morning. We get to see him swear in and then get on the bus.
Also my prescription for Mounjaro got messed up this week so I have missed a dose. I am still waiting on it hope to get it soon. Today I been hungry just eating like crazy. Had like 4 meals today.
Today I also went back down to TRT at 200mg. When should I do blood work again? I have doctor blood work to do in October should I just wait for that on in like 4-5 weeks?

Yeah, I go to the gym fasted in the morning other then supplements. I have tried eating before working out and I am not a big fan. I also don't like working out later in the day. Since I am introverted once I get comfortable somewhere I tend to want to stay there. I like starting my day in the gym and if I don't do it first my day is not as good mentally. I now know a lot of the people in the morning crew which I like and everyone i have met is cool as shit. The big guy in the morning is an IFBB pro Mario. I call him the mayor of the morning crew. He is a good person to talk to about all things bodybuilding. His girlfriend is a beast she benches over 315. Deadlifts way more then me and squats way more then me. They are really nice. It's true the biggest beast in the gym are the nicest.

15 min treadmill speed 3 incline 6.5 I wanted to go longer but my wife needed me to come home and take my son to school. Duty called. I am out of work at the moment so I will get the extra cardio in while I can.

Diet:
Daily supplements and meds. Went back down to TRT after doing 12 weeks of 500mg a week.

Meal after training: protein shake 50 gram plus water and peanut butter fit powder.
After dropping my son off: 12 ounces of meatloaf
Snack: 2 peanut butter jelly sandwiches, popcorn,

Dinner 1: pound of beef flake ribs

Dinner 2: 3 shrimp tacos and rice.

Now I am stuff: I need my medicine back to curb my appetite. I may go up to 12mg after this month.

I take telimasartan but if I keep a good blood pressure we will back that off. I been using caffeine longer then I have been on. Blood pressure medicine. Everything I hear for bodybuilders telimasartan is good to take.
As you get down on the BP start leveling down your BP meds as well.
I understand celebrate now :D you can get back on track after.
Today I also went back down to TRT at 200mg. When should I do blood work again? I have doctor blood work to do in October should I just wait for that on in like 4-5 weeks?
4 weeks back on TRT should be enough time to blood work and hit it.
Fasted is the best place :D Which IFBB pro trains? maybe bring him to EVO :D

Luckly rice dont bother me. Now its the process foods are what bother me. Eating whole foods has made it where the body doesnt like the process food. Which is a good thing.

Is this like short ribs? Those are some of my favorite. So good!
Is this like short ribs? Those are some of my favorite. So good!
yes, but they cut them in thin like slabs across the bones. So you have round little bone disk across the bottom of the piece of meat. You have to wash them off real good before prep to get all the bones ships off from them cutting the meat across the bones.

Thanks I appreciate the encouragement, i do need to improve on green veggies at dinner.
For sure some extra green veggies help and if you're on a budget get the frozen kind. @kcates

I was wrong he was a NPC competitor. I thought i saw IFBB on his instagram
Many NPC guys fake it like IFBB pros lol but if he's big he's welcome on EVO :D if you can get him.

I get them precut and then soak in Korean BBQ sauce. Then throw them on the griddle 2 minutes each side and your good to go.
you sound like the guru on that.

If u look at that link in the post it's pics of him from his last on stage. Even still today his legs are so big he walks around funny. Next time I talk to him I will bring it up about the Evo family.
He looks big, really brings in the size, lets bring him into the EVO family :D
word of caution these bodybuilders are not always clear on new places you need to explain it. @kcates

Dinner: I left out of town for Tampa. Had a burger and fries at the Hardrock Casino.

I am out of town for a bachelor party. I don't drink so it's been something to watch and have to keep explaining to friends Everytime shots are offered I don't drink anymore. Today we left early to fish for the morning. Only had pork jerky and a protein bar for breakfast. Then had another hamburger on the boat because I was so hungry but that is all they offer on the boat for lunch. Still super hungry. Not use to not having my 100 grams of protein for breakfast. We caught a bunch of fish so I assume we are going to have fish dinner at some point.

No training this weekend. I will resume things on Monday. Technically weekends are suppose to be rest days anyways other then cardio. I am going to take the weekend off and enjoy time with my friends.

Everyone have a great weekend!

It's smart not to drink :D I can't even go to places with alcohol due to my past alcoholism.
And you're hardcore true EVO iron brother you have the meds protein bars and whey perfect!
Oh I got my protein bars, whey, supplements and meds with me and using them. I have a bag just for that stuff.

I was checking training seems x10 reps on all exercises? was hard to tell.
Correct it's 2 sets of 10 reps on each arm or leg. So I log it as 1 set for right arm 1 set for left arm then another set for right arm then another for left. I am running MAPS symmetry program for unilateral work and that is how this phase is laid out right now. I haven't looked at the next 2 phase are set up yet.

Yeah I don't drink anymore cause it's not good for my health. It was hard in the past as I was new to not drinking socially but it has gotten easier as my friends get use to me not drinking. I don't feel I have to drink to fit in. Been drinking when you hangout since high school. For about 32 years They are good friends so they don't try to peer pressure me about it. They respect me but they still like to mess with me of course.

Well we had a great weekend until....... One of my best friends doesn't like to ride in the passenger seat he gets anxiety from others driving. I let him drive. I don't really like driving so it works out. We hadn't gotten 2 blocks from the Airbnb on the way home and he drives my SUV right into a parked mini van. He was looking around to find a place to put his water bottle. I wasn't paying attention I was on my phone because I wasn't driving. He hit it the. We went up on 2 wheels trying to drive like the dukes of hazard's. The SUV is totaled. I hurt my forearm it's sore but will be fine. Luckily we were able to ride with one of my other friends within and hour of home. Then my wife came and got us from there and brought us back the rest of the way. Nobody seriously hurt. The other car had no one in it. It was a parked vehicle. Bummer to end the weekend. Know I am out a vehicle because we had no collision on the car because it had been sitting in the driveway for 6 months needing to be fixed and I had just finished fixing it and was driving it around. Oh well shit happens.
