how to use tb500 for crossfit?

Tb500 is something a lot of guys at crossfit talk about. I’m interested in trying it out for myself. What would be a good dosage you would recommend? I’ve seen people running as high as 30 or 40mgs the first week. But I think that seems super high. I want more endurance and healing

250mcg eod with tb try it to start.
 
you will do good on tb500 and bpc. they are both quality peptides for healing. try them out
 
you will want to do tb500 at 2mgs anywhere 3x a week. then do bpc at the pain site. that is how they work
 
make sure you run these peptides at least 3 or 4 months to get the full benefits. You're not going to get enough out of it going just 12 weeks.
 
don't run peptides solo. you should always stack. do bpc and tb500 together for best results
