Hey guys, been on 2mg/week Reta for 3 months now for the whole of my cut which has worked incredibly well, however it’s completely killed my appetite. I’m going to transition to a bulk and thinking about my options. Either stopping Reta completely or trying a lower dosage as I feel physically ill trying to get more than 2000 cals in on this stuff.

I’m leaning towards coming off completely however I have heard a few anecdotal stories from people who have cycled off and when they have gotten back on it’s been nowhere near as effective… almost as if the body has developed a resistance to the drug by coming off.

Just after experiences of people who have cycled Reta before if this has been the case or it’s been just as effective each time.
Thanks team

You will be fine coming off just be careful with adding in too much food right away. You will notice more hunger.
When you stop add in 200cals immediately and then sit there for a few weeks before adding a little more.

No different than using steroids. You will not have the same effects over time. There is less juice to squeeze the longer you use either. Your body has mechanisms in place to prevent you from growing muscle forever or losing fat forever. So there is no black/white answer to what will happen. Everyone is different

Thanks for the reply and advice. When you started taking Reta again was it just as effective for fat loss as the first time?
We are all different. Both times i've used it i started at 1mg/wk and it was effective. Your mileage may vary. Staying on is not the answer.
Come off, be mindful of eating and work into your beginning bulk cals over a couple months.

If you wanna bulk you can come right off. Eat what you were eating before except add in a few hundred extra calories and that's it to start. Go slow.

When you ever take it again you can start at 2mg/week again but will probably need to bump it a bit I find the body 'learns' how to deal with your old dose faster on your next go at it.

I’ve had a few clients run Retatrutide and the appetite hit was always the same once they got lean. When they came off, their appetite usually came back within a week which actually helped when moving into a bulk. When they got back on down the line it still worked fine, no big drop in effectiveness. The ones who had issues were the ones running higher doses too long. If eating is a struggle right now, stepping off before a bulk has been the better move for most of them. that will be the same thing for you.

The issue is we don't know much about you, it could be a reta issue, could be training and dieting wrong and improper digestive care, do you follow? can you start a training log so we know what you're actually doing and understand you better? :D you will get good EVO family support that way.

retatrutide is an awesome thing. how you react to coming off is variable. Everyone will be different. Why don't you log in and show us?

As you say

It's not meant to cycled on and off. And typical users aren't using PEDs or training either

if you want to cycle reta then look elsewhere. its one of those things you need to stay on for 6-12 months

bros rather then drop it. why not lower the dose. just do 1mgs a week

I would personally just come off and use it as needed. Kinda let everything clear out, especially since you’re going into a bulk.
