That's an entry level price though and then what they do is they just start raising the price on you every few months. Dollar here two dollars there. Just keeps going up and up. We can't get contracts on her internet. We used to be able to call up and argue and threaten to cancel and get money off but they don't do that anymore. The two big companies don't even have loyalty divisions really anymore. Everyone would call up and threaten to cancel, so they don't take anyone seriously. Really where are you going to go, there's only 2 companies that you can buy internet from here
i'm pretty sure over the next 5 years you will be able to put up a satellite and have faster internet. it isn't that bad now i think you can get up to 100mb now. if they can get that up to 1G then those monopolies will be wiped out.

I will be putting my push and pull sessions in this update as i think everyone missed my pull day or didnt see it when i posted it for this week.

I wanted to start out with something that made me realize ive changed more physique wise than i thought, haven't seen my buddy who is the other competitor at my gym in bodybuilding, last time i saw him was 4 months ago, he saw me and said wtf are on you right now, you look like a completely different human, you are fucking huge right now.

he grabbed my bicep cracked a joke and said ok just checking make sure those are real and not synthol injections, made me laugh pretty good lol. He told me excellent work man you look way leaner as well, he gave me the validation that what im doing is really working, just helps me stay positive about myself and locked in.

I am on a brand new path and jounery, as i sit back and reflect ive come into the realization my body was strong my mind was the weak point, im taking steps with switching up major aspects and routines in my life so i can strength my mind and find my inner peace and happiness.

I have noticed since realizing i had issues and problems and putting it into the universe and seeking the healing and help ive needed for many years, lots of positive things are happening and clicking for me.

I realized i put my mind in a box and it was holding me back in my training and how i viewed myself, these past few workouts ive realized how amazing it truly feels training unchained and not doubting myself or letting fear guide me.

This will sound silly for some, incline bench has always been my weakness, ice only been trianing it for a few weeks now, in those weeks ive gone up 45lbs i weight and hit 145lbs for 10 clean reps, i actually felt myself getting emotional after i hit the lift, i realized in that moment just how much fear dictated my life and along with doubt, once i trained with a positive mindset the lbs and reps went up, belief in oneself is a much more powerful tool than i thought.

im changing wll routines that are negative and turning them into healthy ones and providing much more strict structure.

Im trying to become the best version in life of myself and the best version of a bodybuilder i can be and win at both aspects in life.

@Noah Wixx Been wanting to ask... on page 53 you say gear is a class 3 drug in your state? What does that mean you said it's a big no no. That's crazy because in Canada it's Schedule 4 and is legal to possess. It's the distributors that can get into hot water and even then in my 20 years of policing I've never heard of or seen a "gear unit" doing a bust or even talking about one. LOL.

Yes it’s wild how they lump anabolics in with hard drugs like that, the punishment doesn’t even fit the reality. It’s just lawmakers not understanding the difference and throwing it under the same umbrella. Legalizing and taxing it would actually make way more sense, safer products, less black market risk, and the government gets their cut anyway. Instead it just pushes people into sketchy channels and makes it worse.

And I’m with you on Mexico, the risks down there aren’t worth it. Quality control is all over the place and you never really know what’s in the vial. Better to keep it clean and sourced right than gamble with your health just to save a few bucks.

Haha I totally agree but the word "legalize" can't be said without "add government tax" in our Country. We are taxed worse than most countries I'm willing to bet, it's insane!

Yeah, as long as we just print money with no type of gold or anything at all to back it up, taxes aren’t strictly necessary. We need funding for all sorts of things unless we want to go back to the Stone Age. I’m just against them taxing the hell out of things like cannabis (I don’t even use it) or hypothetically, steroids, because who says they are entitled to that money over any other money? Even cigarettes. Some people are just not going to be able to quit no matter what. So the taxes on cigarettes can take a low middle class family into poverty because they cannot quit. That’s crap. It’s just my opinion that taxes should be fair and even across all streams of income. And the best way to do that is to make the invisible inflation tax be the only tax.

That’s a fair take. Sin taxes hit hardest on people least able to absorb the cost, and it doesn’t stop the behavior anyway, it just punishes them financially. If everything was even across income or if inflation itself was treated as the main tax, it’d feel a lot less like certain groups are being singled out and squeezed.

I didn't even see this my bad brother, been a rush the last two weeks starting my brw job with orientation and suoer early mornings and long days, ive just been trying to adjust with that, i plan on getting a workout in soon and an update, job been kicking my ass, im got some exciting news to announce really soon, which i will do today or tomorrow.

Current Weight 240.6lbs
Height 5'11

Most i gained while on cycle 15lbs lost 5lbs so current gain of 10.6lbs that has consistently held firm.

Current peds is simple

300 test split into 100mg injections 3 times a week, utilizing a 29g 1/2 slyn pin rotating side delts and ventro glute, basically a shallow IM injection, working amazing so far.

I have bloodwork Nov 10 2025 so dropped back down on doses and preparing for my cycle in January.

Been off all orals for over 4+ weeks now also dropped the food down a bit and calories dialed back a fair amount, just maintaining what i have built while adjusting with the new job.

50mg EQ split into two injections 25mg each

there is a reason its so low, i guess tuning into my podcast you will find out what im doing and why im doing it... oh damn another cliff to hang off of for everyone, what a shame lol.

Everyone can chill out now im not dead jeesh, although i appreciate everyone being on my backside about updates and accountability. I am very much alive mofos, anywhoo i got a great update for everyone.

I was graciously invited back onto the evolutionary.org podcast bright and early tomorrow, i promise no cliffhangers i will be upfront and honest and open with steve and mobster on anything they would like to ask me.

I really enjoy getting to spend time with steve and mobster as i have a ton of respect for both of them and really enjoy my time with talking together with those guys.

I guess if you dont want a cliff hanger you will just have to play my podcast episode lol.

Whether it be about my current log, upcoming cutting cycle compounds and plans, my new career and my battle with mental health and how i pulled myself out of the gutter and how amazing im feeling and doing right now! Its all on the table the guys know i am an open book, i would love to share my ups and downs with everyone.

Sooo where in the hell have i been ?

I worked in the restaurant industry for the last 20+ years, my body was so accustomed with one sleep schedule, one work schedule and one way of living for those 20 years.

Recently as in about 4 weeks ago, i made a huge life changing decision and completely changed my line of work, i traded in clean hands and food, for dirty hard working blue-collar, as you can imagine this was a complete shock for my body and my mind.

Waking up at 3am putting in 10hr days my body just wanted to crash consistently every single day, i stepped away for a while to let my body adjust with my new career and lifestyle, this wasn't easy at all, at first it was rough and felt i got the shit kicked out of me.

Getting up and grinding while the majority are still in bed sleeping, i load and unload products for 10hrs a day, sometimes im pushing big poly carts with wheels that weigh between 500-1000lbs repeatedly, ontop of that im squating bending and lifting all day long.

I also on average depending on what facilities im at, im walking between 5-7 miles a day 4 days a week, so im putting in some serious cardiovascular work.

I just couldn't burn the candle at both ends and work out and work my job the way i needed to do so, i had to fully commit and lock into my work and career till i adjusted.

I took a few photos of me today after my workout, i made sure the top photos in the collage are the old ones, the new ones i took today are me in the green shorts and on the bottom of the collage.

Also somehow I stayed strong as ever didnt skip a beat, hit 300lb trap bar shurgs for reps today, 300lb cable row for reps today, overall i fucking crushed it for my first session back, i just kept telling myself all you got to do is believe, i repeatedly said it in my head today while i worked out after my shift.

Apparently everyone in the gym was worried about me as well because people kept asking me where ive been and if im ok lol. Im kind of a really small deal at my gym lol 😆 😅

Honestly i feel this is what i needed in all aspects of my life and for me to have a real shot at winning a show and stepping on stage, im breaking through all roadblocks and mental barriers.

Training tonight for the first time in a long time was fun and fruitful and gave me my spark back, its what I was missing for so long and i found it again by changing my entire mindset and working on myself truly, no ducking or running away anymore.

Always family brother and i mean that 💪 no empty words over here.

Apologie accepted lol 😆 it helped i switched into a way more physical job and the fact onnthe truck im eating nothing but protein and carbs throughout my entire shift everyday, honestly though i think the 20+ miles of cardio on the job by the end of my 40hr week helps alot, i dont pack junk food just ate clean as i can since starting that new job

I was practicing with a partner to do a specific act for our ski show, where I ski with a belt and hold her up and throw her around and stuff. Surely you’ve seen it being from Wisconsin? Well my biceps were getting I guess big, not even 17” but I could not physically put my hands where I needed to keep her in line with me. Like can you touch your right shoulder with your right hand at all? I couldn’t get close. I was 195 pounds. Not that big, but I’m not a big guy. I was 155-165 for most of my adult life.

I wound up not doing that act with her, she went with a better partner and they took fourth in the world in Australia last winter! Couldn’t be happier for them.

Ok that's not fair i had surgery on my right shoulder lol, that's a tough break and story, i dont do anything like that so for me i can just grow my arms, even if i put in minimal effort my arms just grow man, not sure why but that's how they have always been for me.

Most i gained while on cycle 15lbs lost 5lbs so current gain of 10.6lbs that has consistently held firm.

Current peds is simple

300 test split into 100mg injections 3 times a week, utilizing a 29g 1/2 slyn pin rotating side delts and ventro glute, basically a shallow IM injection, working amazing so far.

I have bloodwork Nov 10 2025 so dropped back down on doses and preparing for my cycle in January.

Been off all orals for over 4+ weeks now also dropped the food down a bit and calories dialed back a fair amount, just maintaining what i have built while adjusting with the new job.

50mg EQ split into two injections 25mg each

there is a reason its so low, i guess tuning into my podcast you will find out what im doing and why im doing it... oh damn another cliff to hang off of for everyone, what a shame lol.

I really enjoy getting to spend time with steve and mobster as i have a ton of respect for both of them and really enjoy my time with talking together with those guys.

Whether it be about my current log, upcoming cutting cycle compounds and plans, my new career and my battle with mental health and how i pulled myself out of the gutter and how amazing im feeling and doing right now! Sooo where in the hell have i been ?

I worked in the restaurant industry for the last 20+ years, my body was so accustomed with one sleep schedule, one work schedule and one way of living for those 20 years.

Recently as in about 4 weeks ago, i made a huge life changing decision and completely changed my line of work, i traded in clean hands and food, for dirty hard working blue-collar, as you can imagine this was a complete shock for my body and my mind.

Waking up at 3am putting in 10hr days my body just wanted to crash consistently every single day, i stepped away for a while to let my body adjust with my new career and lifestyle, this wasn't easy at all, at first it was rough and felt i got the shit kicked out of me.

Getting up and grinding while the majority are still in bed sleeping, i load and unload products for 10hrs a day, sometimes im pushing big poly carts with wheels that weigh between 500-1000lbs repeatedly, ontop of that im squating bending and lifting all day long.

I also on average depending on what facilities im at, im walking between 5-7 miles a day 4 days a week, so im putting in some serious cardiovascular work.

I just couldn't burn the candle at both ends and work out and work my job the way i needed to do so, i had to fully commit and lock into my work and career till i adjusted.

I took a few photos of me today after my workout, i made sure the top photos in the collage are the old ones, the new ones i took today are me in the green shorts and on the bottom of the collage.

Also somehow I stayed strong as ever didnt skip a beat, hit 300lb trap bar shurgs for reps today, 300lb cable row for reps today, overall i fucking crushed it for my first session back, i just kept telling myself all you got to do is believe, i repeatedly said it in my head today while i worked out after my shift.

Apparently everyone in the gym was worried about me as well because people kept asking me where ive been and if im ok lol. Im kind of a really small deal at my gym lol 😆 😅

The 10 lb gain held steady is a clean rebound, and the lower-dose phase before your bloodwork is timed right. Keep the momentum with the back work and daily consistency in that new job rhythm. Waiting for your podcast to drop.

And literally I was just chosen because I looked the strongest but I started show skiing at 32, so any guy skiing since he was 6 is going to have a lot more potential. He’s… 20 something years younger too. I can’t just be practicing like a full time job and flying all over the world.

I'm excited to see that back after all the skiing.
It kinda just stays the same. A can’t really do any heavy rows, it pulls on my neck injury. I can do like 17 pull-ups without ever training them. Actually I won a shirt at a fair, I beat a fitness trainer at pull-ups. Hot chick working the booth goaded me into it. I did 23 lol. I was skinny af but I climbed every single day back then. Couldve done more. My back looks not too bad, but not big slabs of muscle at all.

I firmly believe the time off from the gym helped me heal and repair so when i did come back, i was able to fill out and get after it again. 💪

Current Weight 240.6lbs
Height 5'11

Most i gained while on cycle 15lbs lost 5lbs so current gain of 10.6lbs that has consistently held firm.

Current peds is simple

300 test split into 100mg injections 3 times a week, utilizing a 29g 1/2 slyn pin rotating side delts and ventro glute, basically a shallow IM injection, working amazing so far.

I have bloodwork Nov 10 2025 so dropped back down on doses and preparing for my cycle in January.

Been off all orals for over 4+ weeks now also dropped the food down a bit and calories dialed back a fair amount, just maintaining what i have built while adjusting with the new job.

50mg EQ split into two injections 25mg each

there is a reason its so low, i guess tuning into my podcast you will find out what im doing and why im doing it... oh damn another cliff to hang off of for everyone, what a shame lol.

I was graciously invited back onto the evolutionary.org podcast bright and early tomorrow, i promise no cliffhangers i will be upfront and honest and open with steve and mobster on anything they would like to ask me.

I really enjoy getting to spend time with steve and mobster as i have a ton of respect for both of them and really enjoy my time with talking together with those guys.

I guess if you dont want a cliff hanger you will just have to play my podcast episode lol.

Whether it be about my current log, upcoming cutting cycle compounds and plans, my new career and my battle with mental health and how i pulled myself out of the gutter and how amazing im feeling and doing right now! Its all on the table the guys know i am an open book, i would love to share my ups and downs with everyone.

Sooo where in the hell have i been ?

I worked in the restaurant industry for the last 20+ years, my body was so accustomed with one sleep schedule, one work schedule and one way of living for those 20 years.

Recently as in about 4 weeks ago, i made a huge life changing decision and completely changed my line of work, i traded in clean hands and food, for dirty hard working blue-collar, as you can imagine this was a complete shock for my body and my mind.

Waking up at 3am putting in 10hr days my body just wanted to crash consistently every single day, i stepped away for a while to let my body adjust with my new career and lifestyle, this wasn't easy at all, at first it was rough and felt i got the shit kicked out of me.

Getting up and grinding while the majority are still in bed sleeping, i load and unload products for 10hrs a day, sometimes im pushing big poly carts with wheels that weigh between 500-1000lbs repeatedly, ontop of that im squating bending and lifting all day long.

I also on average depending on what facilities im at, im walking between 5-7 miles a day 4 days a week, so im putting in some serious cardiovascular work.

I just couldn't burn the candle at both ends and work out and work my job the way i needed to do so, i had to fully commit and lock into my work and career till i adjusted.

I took a few photos of me today after my workout, i made sure the top photos in the collage are the old ones, the new ones i took today are me in the green shorts and on the bottom of the collage.

Also somehow I stayed strong as ever didnt skip a beat, hit 300lb trap bar shurgs for reps today, 300lb cable row for reps today, overall i fucking crushed it for my first session back, i just kept telling myself all you got to do is believe, i repeatedly said it in my head today while i worked out after my shift.

Apparently everyone in the gym was worried about me as well because people kept asking me where ive been and if im ok lol. Im kind of a really small deal at my gym lol 😆 😅

I think everyone is going to be absolutely shocked when they see where i was and where i am now with my photos size wise.

I took a few photos of me today after my workout, i made sure the top photos in the collage are the old ones, the new ones i took today are me in the green shorts and on the bottom of the collage.

Also somehow I stayed strong as ever didnt skip a beat, hit 300lb trap bar shurgs for reps today, 300lb cable row for reps today, overall i fucking crushed it for my first session back, i just kept telling myself all you got to do is believe, i repeatedly said it in my head today while i worked out after my shift.

Apparently everyone in the gym was worried about me as well because people kept asking me where ive been and if im ok lol. Im kind of a really small deal at my gym lol 😆 😅

I think everyone is going to be absolutely shocked when they see where i was and where i am now with my photos size wise.

Yeah did a whole life change brother so was focusing on my job for a while as i didn't want to burn the candle at both ends, im back now and kept myself on the correct path eating right and tracking things, somehow i added 1 inch onto my arms in that time i took off, having a physical job helped i believe.

Push day went excellent i feel like i havent lost a step and in all actuality retained strength and slightly increased it. I feel as though my job now being physical and more blue-collar has helped alot in retaining and improving my strength.

Today i had to unload 18 poly carts with wheels at 2 stops today, the box truck is 28ft long i had it stacked 3 carts left to right from the front of the box all the way to the back of the box.

The majority of these carts weighed 300-400lbs and i had to push and pull two ply carts at a time from the fron of the factory into the back, then take the old used carts weighing the same amount of lbs back to the front of the factory and load them on the truck, drive back to the plant and then unload them for the day.

Besides all the walking i definitely got my physical workout in today.

Woke up at 3am and put in 12hrs today on the job, adjustment is coming along, still a work in progress, the hardest part is staying awake after work and not instantly falling a sleep after sitting down or laying down, sometimes i cant help it, its getting a little better each week, just some days its exhausting work.

In the end its very rewarding and i enjoy it and its got me motivated and driven and helped shape my mindset in a more positive direction.


I also am still able to train at a very high level so things are coming along and im happy about that, never thought a physical job would be a blessing for the gym and trianing.
