Good start to the week for training, eating and sleeping. I am feeling good in the gym and I am happy sitting around 118-120kg. I wish to recomp at this wait. I do feel like i have a bit of a gut at my weight but I am hoping to build on this last big bulk before I cut down slowly.
I haven't got the carpel tunnel in my hands for a few nights which has been great. I have even bumped up the HGH to 7.5 IU ED which is great.
Going forward I want to increase volume in the gym to help with recomp and I am going to continue to eat 5-6 meals of clean food and slow down on take away. I have been eating out about 2-3 times a week and I do feel worse off after I eaten the take away.

No changes to PEDS as of yet as I am feeling stable and progressing in the gym. I am not sure how long this blast will continue. I don't feel like I am progressing like last cycle. I think it's mostly because I rebounded from my competition weight so I sucked up all the food.

Possible hernia (will get to dr soon to look at it)
Running an oral to end my cycle and cement some gains
Minimising any more gyno that can occur. Will get it cut out in Thailand next year.

Another good week in the books. No injuries currently so feeling great.
No changes to PEDS as of yet as I am feeling stable and progressing in the gym. I am not sure how long this blast will continue. I don't feel like I am progressing like last cycle. I think it's mostly because I rebounded from my competition weight so I sucked up all the food.
Some small stuff on my mind at the moment:
Possible hernia (will get to dr soon to look at it)
Running an oral to end my cycle and cement some gains
Minimising any more gyno that can occur. Will get it cut out in Thailand next year.

Update:
117.3kg at 1400pm.
Good week all around. I have added in 10-15mins of high intensity cardio at the end of my workouts excluding leg day. Which explains my weight drop. I have plans to slowly lower my weight to approximately 115kg by the end of this blast. Then hopefully hold the weight and cruise then get into the pre-contest cycle.
Currently on Test, EQ and Deca and feeling great. 7iu HGH and getting numb hands but it isn't debilitating to the point I can't sleep. If it does effect my sleep I use ibuprofen which is an anti-inflammitory and helps me fall back asleep.
I went to the dr and she doesn't believe I have a hernia, just a muscle strain possibly. She said hernias tend to be down the centre where as my lump is on the right side of my abdominals.
I also went to the dr regarding my left knee which I had surgery in February. It seems fine but inflams and feels slightly injured after leg days. I have a CT scan in Novemeber for it.

Happy with my little diet clean up. I am still lifting strong in the gym and not feeling so out of breath. Will continue cardio and try avoid blowing out again. I dropped the retatrutide. Just going to give my digestive tract a break and prime my body for the real diet.

Hey everyone,
This week has been great inside and out of the gym. I have continued to maintain my new weight and I am in a better place to diet down soon. Looking forward to my MRI scan on my left knee next wednesday. I felt something was off during my leg workout yesterday, similar to how I felt before my knee surgery in Feburary but to a less extent. I am just praying they find something because I don't think I will be able to strengthen up my leg to my right leg.. Maybe a physio is my last resort.

Hey everyone,
This week has been great inside and out of the gym. I have continued to maintain my new weight and I am in a better place to diet down soon. Looking forward to my MRI scan on my left knee next wednesday. I felt something was off during my leg workout yesterday, similar to how I felt before my knee surgery in Feburary but to a less extent. I am just praying they find something because I don't think I will be able to strengthen up my leg to my right leg.. Maybe a physio is my last resort.

I will drop my hgh to 5iu next week. The hand numbness just doesn't go away so I think 5 is my sweet spot.
Will be slowly ramping up my cardio. Currently at 1-2x a week.

Just had my MRI scan done for my left knee. Will get my results next Monday. I haven't been able to squat over 100kg in about 1 and half years. I was hoping my strength would return after my knee surgery in feb. Anyway my legs have still grown this off-season. I still want to bring up my arms. Maybe more back thickness.
Eating, training and sleeping has been great since my last post. I am just holding this weight but hopefully recomping with this weight. I am about 10-12kgs off stage weight in my opinion.

Just had my MRI scan done for my left knee. Will get my results next Monday. I haven't been able to squat over 100kg in about 1 and half years. I was hoping my strength would return after my knee surgery in feb. Anyway my legs have still grown this off-season. I still want to bring up my arms. Maybe more back thickness.
Eating, training and sleeping has been great since my last post. I am just holding this weight but hopefully recomping with this weight. I am about 10-12kgs off stage weight in my opinion.

I read the report, your MRI shows overall solid structure, ACL and PCL both intact which is good news for long term training. There’s mild cartilage wear and fissuring on both the medial and lateral sides, plus some fraying of the meniscus edges, so you’re dealing with early chondral wear not full tears. Just had my MRI scan done for my left knee. Will get my results next Monday. I haven't been able to squat over 100kg in about 1 and half years. I was hoping my strength would return after my knee surgery in feb. Anyway my legs have still grown this off-season. I still want to bring up my arms. Maybe more back thickness.
Eating, training and sleeping has been great since my last post. I am just holding this weight but hopefully recomping with this weight. I am about 10-12kgs off stage weight in my opinion.

Weighing 116kg Am weight
Since my last update I sleep, training and eating has all felt great. My left knee is still playing up and won’t have an answer until I meet with the surgeon on 19th December.. I am still able to train quads with leg press. Went from eating 4 meals a day to 5. I was losing weight too fast. Since adding the extra meal my weight has stabilised. My meals are simple:
90g Oats and 2 scoops of protein powder
260g Chicken and 300g Rice x2
Oats and 2 scoops of protein powder
350g Low fat Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of protein powder.
Cardio is still minimal. 2-3x times a week, nothing intense.
Lowered my dosage since blood pressure was a tad high

Training Program:
Currently doing PPL. Pull, Push and then legs then rest repeat. No intensity techniques just straight sets with 2mins rest. I will train arms at least 2-3x a week and aim to train calves 2-4 times a week. Currently doing 20-30mins steady state cardio 1-2x times a week and 2-3 times a week HITT cardio (will go into detail about it in further posts).
Diet Overview:
Currently eating 5 meals
Macros:
500g Carbs
280g Protein
80g Fats
3840 Calories. On days I feel depleted or the weight hasn't gone up in a few days I will up the carbs and when I train legs or arms I will add more carbs and maybe reduce fats. On rest/cardio days I eat 5 meals still but reduce carbs by approx 100g.

Weighing 116kg Am weight
Since my last update I sleep, training and eating has all felt great. My left knee is still playing up and won’t have an answer until I meet with the surgeon on 19th December.. I am still able to train quads with leg press. Went from eating 4 meals a day to 5. I was losing weight too fast. Since adding the extra meal my weight has stabilised. My meals are simple:
90g Oats and 2 scoops of protein powder
260g Chicken and 300g Rice x2
Oats and 2 scoops of protein powder
350g Low fat Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of protein powder.
Cardio is still minimal. 2-3x times a week, nothing intense.
Lowered my dosage since blood pressure was a tad high

Lowest weight on prep!
112.2kg morning fasted weight
Woke up feeling like I would of had another weight drop. After every rest day I seem to lose more weight. I am assuming it is the inflammation going. My weight tends to creep up when I am training 3 or more days in a row.
Trained legs today and it felt great. Still not activating my left leg. I will see my knee specialist on the 19th of Dec and see what he thinks.
I am going into a cruise for 2-3 weeks. I want to hit the contest prep as healthy as possible and I think a few weeks of lowered androgens will help freshen me up. I know I may put some fat on but thats ok. Ill stay disciplined with my diet and I will add in retatrutide. I will drop the HGH too, only to give me wallet a breather haha.
Apart from that, training, sleep and recovery has been great.

112.2kg morning fasted weight
Woke up feeling like I would of had another weight drop. After every rest day I seem to lose more weight. I am assuming it is the inflammation going. My weight tends to creep up when I am training 3 or more days in a row.
Trained legs today and it felt great. Still not activating my left leg. I will see my knee specialist on the 19th of Dec and see what he thinks.
I am going into a cruise for 2-3 weeks. I want to hit the contest prep as healthy as possible and I think a few weeks of lowered androgens will help freshen me up. I know I may put some fat on but thats ok. Ill stay disciplined with my diet and I will add in retatrutide. I will drop the HGH too, only to give me wallet a breather haha.
Apart from that, training, sleep and recovery has been great.

SLU was great. I can't quite explain how it made me feel but I def had more energy during the workouts. I see some people use crazy dosages and they believe it only gets better at those dosages like 100mg.. I simply can't afford to run that amount.Great log bro. Still dropping weight. I have dropped all androgens to 200mg Test C. I am giving my body a short break before it's all cylinders go. Blood pressure is great 119/80. I am still doing 2mg Tirz. Will change to Reta in a few weeks. Dropping all clen, any stims. I am happy with this wait. I want to start around this weight until Janauary when ill push to around 105-106kg. Hopefully that will be lean enough. Will do 1-2 cardio sessions. I dont want to get sloppy on low androgens, its best to stay tight during this time. Still got 2 weeks until my appointment with surgeon for my knee, couldn't come fast enough. ..
