I used it on my last prep and I think that was the game changer. Don't get me wrong, prep still sucked however, I ate 1000kcals more on that prep than the one proper, had a lot more high days, cut cardio out earlier but still came in fuller and leaner

You look huge in the pics, fullness and shape really stand out after the show rebound. Chest press and dips both moving heavy already, that’s a strong start back on your stack. :D

Nice to see the new run beginning clean, 6 mg retatrutide with 2 IU GH and the peptides is a big one.
how do you feel on 6mgs reta?

No negative sides, good appetite suppression. I do plan to bring that down, to maybe around 3mg

@madcap71 this is another excellent workout session. Physique is looking absolutely optimal. Arms and chest are huge. Keep it up.

Yesterday morning I had rebounded to 94kg, water weight, glycogen and food volume from the off plan eating. This has settled a bit to 91.9kg this morning. I was very pumped yesterday
Yeah. It's amazing how the body can play tricks on you. All this stuff with the water weight and the glycogen, it's just the way the body was designed. Being able to manipulate it is a skill. @madcap71

Bro crazy to see your size in a photo that i can compare somthing next to you. Like the plates or the bessa blocks.
I think i wanna go to an actual show to see competitors in person and get a proper gauge on size.
On stage next to other competitors its hard to see how big some fellas are then when you see them next to an average guy or somthing you can compare to you realise how big they actually are haha your an animal bro 🦍

I'm actually trying to have a measured cruise and get bloods to a good place for the next 8 weeks, then a strength focused mass gain. In the past I have ballooned up in weight, 20lbs in the space of 2 weeks, which wasn't fun or pretty, so doing my best to avoid that now. I'm only about 3 or 4 lbs up from my pre-stage weight currently

Go slow add more protein and carbs and you'll build out and refill, you can go very anabolic post show and build a lot of mass if you add high protein and high carbs @madcap71

You look big in the pics, fuller and tighter since the show with that chest and delt pump really standing out. :D @madcap71
Strong pressing too with 120 kg moving well!

Update:

I'll be taking my HGH M/W/F at 5iu in the AM rather than 2iu. With MK677 before bed
That will work but you dont get sleepy in AM with hgh pins?

Only had yesterday to go by but energy was fine all day. Trained first thing in the morning, no Pre-workout/caffeine.

Got tired around 9pm which is absolutely fine, had a burst of bedtime energy with the wife then crashed to sleep at half 10 haha

Yeah, I don't need lifestyle coaching, it's a waste of money. I know enough now about nutrition, training, PEDs to go it alone. For accountability, I have pictures and the EVO family.

I've been with my coach nearly 5 years, so telling him I won't be renewing my subs felt like a breakup but it had to happen.

I have a great relationship with my coach and I'm eternally grateful for what we have achieved together, but I don't think he's taking me leaving well.

The ultimate goal is to start a family and I don't think I need to pay a bodybuilder £100 a month to achieve that.

It can be difficult/awkward parting ways with someone you have been working with on a personal journey for so long. But you are right, your direction is changing and he isnt a coach for that pathway you navigating now..
Moving your attention to starting a family with your wife and putting competing on the back burner i feel you have made a well thought out choice. You clearly know eveything you need to to keep yourself going at this stage and a good coach should understand your decision. Wishing you the very best on the family front first and foremost and keen to see you steer your own ship and what you can achieve riding solo brother 🔥
As you mentioned you will always have the support and the accountability from the evo crew ❤️😄

You made the right call stepping away if you’ve learned enough and have EVO family for accountability. 5 years is a long run and you clearly absorbed the key parts. @madcap71

It’s normal for a coach to take it personally, but your focus on health and starting a family makes sense, stay steady on your plan and bloodwork. EVO family loves and supports you our brother!

Good push session, machine presses and cable triceps work both strong with clean control. :D

Arms look big, vascular, and ripped in the pics, shoulders full and round from the delt focus work. @madcap71

@madcap71 looking really vascular brother. Keep it up.

Works out at around:

2900 kcals (260p, 380c, 60f) TD
2600 (250p, 300c, 60f) kcals NTD

At the moment I'm pretty flexible around the diet. That's my day to day but if some days I don't feel like cream of rice, I'll have chicken and rice pre-workout, some days I'll feel like having a cereal bar post workout, so I'll pull some carbs out to make it fit but I'll be stricter once on prep.

I have a serious sweet tooth at the moment as well so I'll have a 7kcal jelly pot after the odd meal to scratch that itch.

Sorry, I don't follow your question on who I'm logging for?
Probably meant what. Many, but NOT all, logs are competition or target specific. You'll know my main ones (inc UKM) are not. Yours doesn't have to be either.

That said, as it helps the forum and members thinking of competing etc searches, if you compete again in future feel free to keep this one going but copy and paste (plus add to if you want) a comp one too. They are very popular - more so than the main ones. Probably cos there's a start and an end in which people can see progress.

27/06: Legs - Strength Asylum Gym, Stoke

Had a 6 hour drive from Manchester to London to deal with so stopped off en route to Strength Asylum to check it out. Another incredible gym, with loads of new and old pieces, discovered 4 or 5 rooms of equipment AFTER I finished my workout!

Standing Calf raise:
80x2x15

Seated Ham Curl
82x10, x16

Pendulum (Swing) Leg Press
100+ x2x12

Hack Squat
Bar x8, 40x8, 80x8

Glute Drive
105+ x2x12

Adductors (lbs)
205x15, 220x15

Leg Extension
124x12, x15

Didnt go crazy this session as I had a 5 hour drive home after this, legs felt heavy walking around afterwards though!

Total Steps for the day: 12,487

Maybe I like the fuller look and 'off season' look better but I like this look on you even more than at your show. You look freaky bro!

SLU-PP332 500mcg/daily
How are you finding the results are from this so far? It's supposed to 'exercise in a bottle' as they say.

SLU had some good synergy with retatrutide on prep. The combo of both kept me energised, well fed and not hungry. When I moved over to the oral version, I got up to 4mg a day at my highest. AM, midday, pre-workout, before bed. It's great stuff

We will be working on SLU mega thread but I have mots C in the works now. :D

I have mots C in the works now.
That's another one I'm looking into as well. Trying to decide which one is best for the basal metabolic rate and increasing it because I will never fuck with Clen, DHP, or any uncoupling agent or any beta-2 receptor agonist.

@madcap71 Any preference in injectable vs. oral?
