NapsGear Order #5404923

I’m actually here because I placed order #5404923 with NapsGear on November 3rd and paid in full. The order hasn’t even shipped yet per the tracking info. They don’t respond to any of my emails or support tickets. I need them to please expedite shipping so I receive my order tomorrow.

Pending. But there’s no accountability. Waiting until 12/5 for a 9/20 order. Missing product reshipped but not until after 10+ messages and pictures making it blantaly obvious the idiot that shipped the order put me at great risk with terrible packaging. Oh and that replacement order shipped but still hasn’t moved. Domestic orders taking 10 days just to ship. Yeah, taken care of for sure.
Then I see that ballzac guy that bad mouthed you got taken care of and a store credit. Ha!

Valid, however the order hasn’t even shipped and I paid in full 8 days ago. Tracking number created with zero shipment in transit LOL
If you ordered international, that's normal. It's not going to start tracking until it clears customs which can take up to a month, but typically it will take 10 to 14 days.

Let's start with why tomorrow. And also have you understand they don't actually ship product (it's drop shipping)

For missing or wrong product deliveries, we follow a standard review process at Napsgear to make sure everything is handled properly. These cases can take a bit of time, and we appreciate your patience.

this is great service. sometimes shit happens and when you ship so many packages a small % can get lost or stolen

I'm having the same exact issue except it's been 10 days since it has "shipped". Put in a help ticket that took days to respond with no help at all. It appears like they created a shipping label but never dropped it anything to USPS. I paid the $ Oct 28th and it's been "shipped" for over 10 days now. Customer service wildly lacking so I've come here hoping to get help. Wishing I just grabbed from normal pharmcom 🔌

One is domestic - showing expected delivery Monday, 17

Another is International - will be delivered in 3-4 weeks from the date of shipping.

Yup. Same issue here too. Gave me a BS tracking number, then the tracking number got deleted, then they say they reshipped but never got a new tracking number
I got my same tracking number and as of yesterday it’s been showing movement with an est date of the 25th so let’s hope these 8 bottles and my estrogen blockers get here. My nips hurt lol
 
Yes and he only have me the latest update on the issue from customer support, which is the issue... They claimed they reshipped, but no new tracking number has been provided and it's been over a week

This update from @jasonhill800 was from this morning (USA time) so the weekend had passed.

It's been so long I can't even remember the lab I ordered from. I just grabbed what vials of T I could from the 3 labs that had any test in stock.
can you log in and see which lag? I think xt had issues @jacksonwreckit

napsgear had a few labs they resell for cause them issues, unfortunately

Edit: Just looked at the brands listed on Naps and didn't even see XT listed.

Unfortunately I ordered from a brand that doesn't have their lab as part of the product name (GP Test250, Ultima-Test250, etc) and it just says "Testo-Enan-250" and have no option to click on the product itself to go to it's page. So I'm not sure which lab it was. Amateur, I'm aware, but there were only 3 labs that had test in stock on their site at the time and all 3 were just as "new" or "never heard of/researched" as the other and it's been that long since I've ordered I don't remember.

Your order is being shipped internationally, which normally takes 3–4 weeks from the shipping date.

Due to an issue, your first tracking number got stuck in transit, which is why we provided a reshipment. This is our standard procedure when an order gets stuck in shipping. In this industry, these situations can happen and are beyond our control, but what we can do is reship to ensure you receive your products.

I've asked the team to send you the new tracking number ASAP.

You will definitely receive your products.

Side note - XT Labs back as available on naps with a disclaimer:

“Due to high demand, delivery will take longer than usual (up to 2 weeks), but this is still a domestic shipment.”
 
in that case you agreed on their site I think they said 30-45 business days for international in their terms @jacksonwreckit i thought you did domestic
You muat not be understanding the point. They reshipped, never got new tracking number. Today is day 7 without getting a tracking number after they claim they reshipped. I also have an email that says if they didn't get me a new tracking number after 5 days they would refund and they're still "requesting the new tracking number".
 
This whole NapsGear situation sounds like a mess for everyone involved. I hope you guys get your orders sorted out soon. It's tough when you're waiting on gear and communication is spotty. 😕
Yeah I've been using Naps for some years now and this year has been absolutely awful. Third order in a row that hasn't came and they just keep refunding in store credit which you have to pay even more money to even use and I can't get product. It's just a snowballing loss of money. Time for everyone using Naps to get a new source.

Yes i did miss the point it seems @jacksonwreckit but international orders dont get tracking until wee 2-3 they usually only appear on USA side thats when they track you

Ive always gotten a tracking number a day or so after it ships. Of course it doesn't start tracking until it's in the US, but they didn't give me a valid tracking number at all. The number they give me doesn't show up on any packaging database.

They had some policy change I could be wrong but some issues with shipping @jacksonwreckit
