It wasnt a real good 120kg my bro not lean and was holding more fat and aromatising at a shit rate while using my favourite compounds like NPP,deca and dbol but those years are behind me now and I barely need AI's even on blast,its amazing how the body adapts/changes constantly.

Really good growth on the outer chest atm from that particular machine,probably peck deck helping there as well but all round strong and moving forward weekly....when I open my eyes in the morning iv already won the fucking day.... lets go CEO💪

Has me thinking lately maybe I need to have 1-2 cheat meals a week rather than once a month to possibly help with growth and even though I enjoy my meals I find myself fantasisizing about food more than women these days
 
I got a good feeling about this blast lev,I think i can push up to daily injections and pump it up to 1050mg test,500 NPP per week comfortably...blood pressure in check of course and maybe not to many of those burgers,he said no one ever asked for the extra patty before lol what a sad world😜
Yeah thanks on the podcast my bro its a different world from an athletic background to bodybuilding definitely teaches different skills in a way but same lesson in the end which is get the fuck up up in the morning not just to go through the motions but to grind away constantly and win everyday💪

The key for me is to never stop learning about bodybuilding and to always explore different views/takes/avenues on it all,more ya observe and practice the faster ya learn I guess😉
BP and RHR very important to keep in check i got a few BP monitors i like to check frequently as I run hight BP normally.
🤣 I better change his name to something more friendy than Rapey the frisky koala then!!!..im sure he'd be fine to meet in a dark ally at night somewhere😜

Hell yeah we can ball lol some of us anyways😜i did alot of basketball to be honest probs in my prime playing 3 different club divisions per week as well as reped my region and state and by age of 14yrs old I played men open c division lol skinny tall kid weighing in at around 70kg getting my ankle ligaments crushed by a guy my age and size lol but ya cant be scared as a younge guy and gotta get in there and rebound with the big dogs...I was the block king,front,side or my fav from behind lol didnt matter I used to swatt it away like a fly😉
Yes Aussies do have different accents we are all European decendents and very multicultural also lol pigsy and I live on completely different sides of Australia,I been told I sound Lebanese,Turkish and even Taliban haha but im a first generation Italian my dad rowed here in a boat with his family thats why our backs a solid!
Someone told me to put some brown sugar in the pasta sause it makes it less acidic and more sweet,I did it with the chicken pasta in post it actually worked well and no need for much in there either,but next tren run i do you will see a squeaky clean diet props chicken,rice & veg with shit tonne of digestive enzymes and apple Cider tabs before every meal cose that shit is poison on the digestive system

Youd be a monster now in rugby for sure, I played ruck and half back, I actually have a bit of run for my size as I am sure you do too, but these days with 100kg+ I reckon sitting in Full Forward bagging goals would be a fair bit easier now 😂

Schools not real good for learning my bro as we all find out its a 12year day care centre that sends the lambs into slughter via huge uni/hex debt before even getting a chance to earn any decent money to even live let alone pay tuition in this day and age lol we learn more later in life when we a ready...not when forced to at school😅

I never did go back to basketball since sizing up my bro always wanted to just to demolish the comp but bodybuilding saved me at a dark time in my 20's when I thought i was alone and lost,alcohol and drug dependent for a few years on some real deep seeded rage issues, so I can never go back to anything now that bodybuilding is way of life and mind

Thanks my bro zues is doing really well i just bought these set of high density foam steps to help him up and down the back of the pick up to take him to beach again to power that leg and hip up proper,but I'll post on his log this weekend.
Shit...yeah I forgot bro we have salt water crocs sighted on our main beach lol 5.7mte or 18ft 8inch the big boys that will climb up the back of a boat to get in....pretty scary in some places to be honest poeples animals get taken all the time,very similar to them huge gators you guys have in the states except they are protected here not allowed to hook them and put a hole in between their eyes unfortunately so they have bred to worrying numbers over decades and heavily populate mangrove areas up north.

2 x bannana
20g creatine
400ml water
400ml milk-14g p
6 jumbo eggs-45g p
100g protein oats-20g
92 grams protein per shake makes it super ezy to meet requirements for day along with some food of course
