I had loose skin. Used baby butter, pregnant woman use and good amount of HGH and it has helped to tighten it up over time

I like to compete at 110kg on stage. So bulk may get to 117kg to 120kg.

I remember you were saying on your podcast you like to keep it tight when your bulking. Makes a lot of sense not blowing it out and have to drop unnecessary fat. Wow bro keen to see you at 120, will have to get a photo next to and average person so people can appreciate the size haha.

Nice on Pigsy - those delts are strong as! Whats your fave delt excercise? I love a good lateral raise but have been seeing a lot of vids out atm saying to go quite light weight with those - but I like to move a heavier DB on the lat raises too - i generally finish with a set of low weight slow raise lat raises.

What would be a couple tips you'd give to guys trying to follow your path bro? Someone just starting out on the ped journey who hopes to get results similar to you over time.

I love the delt machine I have and also cable side delt excersise. With full control of the weight

My main tip is, either a good mentor or coach. To assist in your nutrition and training. Also ped advice. Also logging here helps a lot.

Also set aside gym time best you can and be consistent. A you need patience, as it a slow build over many years.
