Well designed cycle, comprehensive nutrition, beautiful split. Mate, good work.

Need to address LDL though. Red yeast and citrus bergamot should help heaps. You can also add in plant sterols at 1, 200mg/ week. Would be keen to see blood again in a month or two.

I added that plant sterols and berberine daily to my supp list. I just got some of my bloods back will post once I recieve all results but my LDL dropped by 27!!! Sitting at 110ldl, did lose a point on hdl but still at 39, bloods have improved since before cycle. I'm pumped and thank you for the tip!!!!!!!

A passion for the outdoors, hike, hunt, fish but this revived addiction of eating clean and lifting has kinda taken over 😳. Especially when people start to notice. Not a bad thing in my opinion.

Its easy enough. Deer are lighter to drag out of the woods when you pull all the innards out

Yeah, it can be tough getting them out for anyone let alone someone that's 300lbs and has heart issues. Gotta think a buck field dressed is about 140-150 lbs, they usually run down to a body of water or safety. My spot, i have to pull them up 600ft elevation gain and 1.8 miles to truck crossing 2 streams. Its one heck of a workout

Yeah 400/200, ill see what the sensitive test is at, was hoping to go up on eq but looks like its a e2 crasher for me. Its odd because I dont really feel low sides at all

With my lipids back in check and liver good I was half way thinking of trying orals again at the end of cycle. Maybe some var for the last 6 weeks. Adrol would be sweet to try but dont want to beat my liver with a bat

Leave the drol brother, the var will still give you good strength boost at the end and be easier on you liver too. Drol could blow you up with some water to while var will keep this dry and cosmetic at that stage. Not sure why drol does that even as a dht but it does.

My 2c bro, fine tune your ratios, i would bring up test over dropping eq as eq is only at 200 as is. Train like a psychopath and keep your diet clean and structured.
Be militant with your cardio as that wont just help with the fat loss but hearth health and cholesterol. Add the var at the last 6 weeks for the final push and clean up.

Of course bro. I’m happy to and happy about your bloods these are great. IGF pulses and fluctuates throughout the day as well as GH so you can add GH and get bloods not long after (like an hour after) to see the effectiveness of the GH on your IGF1 spikes.

When insulin is high (fed state) your livers production of gh to igf1 is also high.
At this time it is also telling your pituitary gland to produce less gh secretion.

When insulin is low (fasted state) gh secretion is high because the negative feedback loop is weakened and gh becomes more essential for providing energy primarily through the breakdown of fat stores (lypolisis). This is you body trying to regain homeostasis.
Now the liver needs insulin fo it to be responsive to gh.

When insulin is high, the liver is more sensitive to gh, leading to increased production of igf1. Low insulin reduces the liver's sensitivity to gh, which can lead to lower igf1 levels.

Another thing i was thinking. They pulled like 6 large vials i couldn't believe it. Felt like I was donating blood, she kept asking if i was good😆. I was concerned about hematocrit but I fully hydrated(had time because im up at 4am anyways), I think that's where a lot of guys slip and panic when its at 55%

It was something like oats, almond butter, protein powder, honey and chia seeds. Going to try adding nuts and raisins, maybe even dried cranberries. I had to put a touch of water in just to mash it all together if i remember correctly, but i like them on the softer side anyways. Saw the Pic of yours, looks really good with the rasins

I added that plant sterols and berberine daily to my supp list. I just got some of my bloods back will post once I recieve all results but my LDL dropped by 27!!! Sitting at 110ldl, did lose a point on hdl but still at 39, bloods have improved since before cycle. I'm pumped and thank you for the tip!!!!!!!

I'm at 33 hours up straight with this snow storm, my guys did good and nobody got hurt. Two more hours to go and i will have a nice salmon dinner waiting for me (hope she doesn't burn it) Back to training tomorrow! Didn't eat horrible overnight but just ate like a bird while plowing, rice cakes, pieces of chicken, cranberries here and there, i did have my normal lunch of chicken , mixed veggies and rice though.

I can't wait to shower!
