Nightly Update

My appetite keeps going from high to low. It must be the Reta appetite suppression fighting the EQ appetite stimulation.

Today I was hungrier than normal, even while being very busy and mentally occupied.

Training - Shoulders and Triceps

Felt super strong again today. I added some liquid glycerol to my pre workout stack, and it definitely felt like it added more pump. I’m getting absolutely awesome pumps all the time these days regardless of what I take or don’t take.

Seated dumbbell press - 32.5kg
Seated dumbbell delt raise - 20kg
Y shape dumbbell front delt raised supersetted with Y Shape rear delt raises (leaning on an incline bench ) - 12.5kg
Standing Barbell shoulder press - 50kg
Cable tricep pull down straight bar - machine setting 50kg
Cable tricep pull down rope - machine setting 50kg

Nutrition

Ate a lot of my calories much earlier in the day. Even now as I type this, I’m still a little hungry. Maybe it’s a sign to increase calories more?

The nighttime swelling from the Hgh seems to have stopped, if not dramatically reduced. So that’s hopefully a sign that it’s stabilising.

Nightly Update
I was curious and weighed myself this morning and was 81.1. That is a 1.5 kilo increase very rapidly. My body fat hasn’t changed at all, I don’t think. My lean mass has definitely increased.

I’m looking forward to my “official” weigh in on Sunday. I think I could push the calories even higher, as I think im leaving potential growth on the table.

Training
Another combat session today. I felt super explosive and strong. I did start to cramp up however, so I might need to start drinking more electrolytes before the aggressive cardio sessions.

My sparing partners commented on my strength. It’s noticeably increased.

Nutrition
I’m getting absolutely ravenous now. The increase in calories has increased the bowel movements, so I make sure to get in a lot of fibre. Fibre as a macronutrient gets overlooked, but it’s very important for health and longevity.

Blood glucose levels still really stable. I don’t think I’ll increase the insulin unless I hit 90kg lean. I think 1 iu per 10 kg of body weight is a conservative approach.

I’m absolutely itching to lift again. The rest day tommorrow is needed, but I can’t wait to blast some weights again. I’ve thought about an extra leg session to bring up my legs.

Insulin was something I was always scared of.

But after trying it, you realise how good it is, and how safe it can be if you monitor your glucose.

The 20 week run can work but only if bloods stay clean so get the next panel 1st then we can decide.

I couldnt fit in another cardio session, but i could try to push harder rounds.

I'm going to move my blood work to the end of week 8 so i'd have a halfway point.

Slept so solidly that i almost missed my morning sports cardio session. I never miss my morning alarm, so i must have been OUT! Sleep has been awesome lately.

Training - Morning Sports Cardio - Evening Legs 2

I kept up my decision to train legs twice a week to bring them up. I managed to be able to handle BOTH the agressive morning cardio session, with a heavy weights session later in the night.

The morning cardio session was brutal. I remember about 2 hours later sitting down and thinking "damn, im still exhausted". After some rest, food and hydration i was absolutely ITCHING to train at night again.

Legs
Barbell squats 100kg
Stiff Legged Deadlifts 100kg
Plate loaded leg press 200kg
Hamstring Curl Machine - Machine setting 63kg
Leg Extension Machine - The whole stack, dont remember the weight
3 sets of each

While i wasnt able to get the weight to increase, i felt i was able to get more reps and feel a better contraction. I like being strong and seeing the number go up, but i also want a good squeeze and burn.

Nutrition

Due to the bigger caloric load today, i needed pretty high carbs to keep energy levels up. I respond well to carbs anyway. Being lean helps. I always get super vascular on high carb days.

When i was finished at the gym, i had a shower and caught myself in the mirror. I was suprised to see how lean i still am on 3500 calories. I cant believe I started at 2600.

This is another great update man. The nutrition is definitely strong. You're getting almost 300 protein and over 300 carbs. Calories are very strong at 3500. I think everything looks good to me. I'm not sure though, that extending the cycle to 20 weeks is the smartest choice, but hey, it's your body. @Nasser1997o2

I like to pair every 250mg of AAS with 1 iu.

So on trt (175mg) I’d do I iu

My current cycle is 450mg so 2 iu.

If I doubled my AAS I’d go to 4 iu.

I could run more, but I’m getting decent results at the moment.

This statement mate.... Do you mean it in terms of a gaining phase? As in stop being concerned with being lean so you don't leave size gains on the table?
Yeah I think subconsciously I’m attached to the idea of always being lean and shirtless ready.

But I know I need to be ok with not being super lean all the time, If im going to make better results.

Resting heart rate is low
Blood glucose always in range

I can easily go 20 weeks, followed by 8 weeks back to trt before another cycle.

@PharmabolicsOz sent me an early Christmas present. Very lucky to have such an awesome sponsor.

I’ll run the @StoryOfTheProphet HGH until Sunday, and then I’ll switch to the new stuff. As for the Anavar, I’ll probably try 10mg for 4-6 weeks with a 2 week break, starting Sunday too.

The Reta was good timing as I just ran out. Couldn’t have asked for more. 💪

Training - Cardio

Today was my sports cardio session. I felt absolutely unstoppable today. Drilled an absolutely brutal double leg takedown on my sparing partner and I could hear him go “uuugghh” went I connected. I can tell my force production has increased. In grappling exchanges, I have so much strength, I can sort of bail on good technique and just pure strength dominate people.

I have to remember actual good technique though, can just rely on boosted performance forever.

Nutrition

Appetite was high today, but I ended up eating lots of high volume food to control satiety. Good old fashion oats, eggs, chicken, rice, rice cakes and peanut butter. The old school guys would be proud.

I only just feel like I’ve gotten my calories and training back to before my surgery, and I think that im healthy enough to push another 4 weeks longer than intended. Nightly Update - Weight 82kg

I weighed in at 82 kilos, a 900gram decrease from last weeks weigh in. I only weigh myself on Sunday morning first thing after a piss. I expected not to continue the dramatic weight gain, as last weigh in was a big jump. I also probably burned a lot of calories yesterday doing the yard work.

So another bump to the calories for this week, to 3600 (from 3500).

Training - Chest and Biceps
Was feeling a little rough from the previous days yard work, but still managed to get in a good workout. Wasn’t super strong, but had good energy and got a great pump.

Yesterday I was feeling pretty rubbish, but today I’m feeling much better. Completely forgot to mentioned the last couple updates that I had moved to the new @PharmabolicsOz hgh and Anavar.

Both kicked pretty hard today, made for a much more intense workout.

Training - Back

About 30 mins before the workout I took one of the 10mg Anavar tabs. I always get good pumps, but today I felt amazing. Had a noticeable strength increase.

Pendlay Rows - 90kg
Single arm plate loaded pulldown - 70kg
Single arm cable row - machine setting 84kg
Cable lateral pulldown - machine setting 79kg
Straight arm cable pulldown - machine setting 50kg
Close grip cable row - 79kg

My mood and energy compared to my previous workout was night and day.

I was pretty busy today and sort of forgot to eat. So I had to eat a whole bunch of calorie dense foods to get all 3600 calories in. The classic peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are undefeated for easy calories

The legend over at @Ascension Peptides sent me a wolverine peptide kit and some PT141 to try. Very impressed with the whole kit that was included, new vendor with a great first impression.

It’s good timing as I had previously hurt my elbow with the armbar fiasco. I’ve always wanted to try PT141. Fun times ahead.

60 mins before training I took a 10mg Anavar tab from @PharmabolicsOz. I don’t know how people take 100mg of Anavar, this stuff hit me like a ton of bricks. Felt so much stronger and motivated.

Seated dumbbell shoulder press - 35kg
Seated delt raises - 20kg
Front delt raises superset with rear delt flys - 12.5kg
Cable delt raises - machine setting 6.8kg
Tricep pull down straight bar - machine setting 27kg
Tricep pull down rope - machine setting 27kg

Felt awesome the whole workout. A little crazy and almost “primal” like an animal or something.

Last night i was so sleepy from the @PharmabolicsOz HGH I fell asleep on the floor. The wife had to kick my foot to wake me up. Solid stuff!

As for the healing peptide. I’m going to dose 1000mcg into my elbow for the next 20 days. I’ll shoot it into the skin where my tricep hits the bottom of my arm. 1000mcg of the blend gives me 500mcg of both bpc 157 and tb500. This should give me a perfect elbow by Christmas 😂

The PT141 is going to be a little date night fun 😁

I've always preferred to train with higher volume. I know the science lifters have all the studies to talk about frequency and intensity.

But i train the way i like.

Already feeling super refreshed after a couple days in a row of feeling slightly run down. Was tempted to hit another arms workout tonight, but restrained myself and just kept it to the single cardio workout.

I did my first shot of the healing stack, 500mcg in each elbow. It reconsituted no issue and i dont really notice (or care about) PIP, so nothing to report. I dont expect any immediate results, but so far im hopeful.

Training - Sports Cardio 1

60 mins before my session i took an Anavar tab, an electrolyte drink and an EAA drink. For some reason, i felt like i had endless energy and power. I felt completely in the zone and super mentally sharp. I could tell i had recovered some mild CNS fatigue. My power output has definately increased. I ended up on the ground during sparing, and i was able to just literally grab my partner and stand back up while lifting him off the ground.

One of the members asked if i was "Lifting weights more?". I hadnt thought that i'd gotten much bigger, but i guess i have, if people are commenting. I wondered if the higher red blood cell count from the EQ means i have more oxygen output? I haven't looked into it, i wonder if there are any studies?

I've always preferred to train with higher volume. I know the science lifters have all the studies to talk about frequency and intensity.

But i train the way i like.
high volume is the way to grow :D

@Nasser1997o2 the nutrition is definitely looking good on this. One option you can do is get raw coconut water and you can use that as your milk substitute.

The legend over at @Ascension Peptides sent me a wolverine peptide kit and some PT141 to try. Very impressed with the whole kit that was included, new vendor with a great first impression.

It’s good timing as I had previously hurt my elbow with the armbar fiasco. I’ve always wanted to try PT141. Fun times ahead.

Training - Shoulders
60 mins before training I took a 10mg Anavar tab from @PharmabolicsOz. I don’t know how people take 100mg of Anavar, this stuff hit me like a ton of bricks. Felt so much stronger and motivated.

Seated dumbbell shoulder press - 35kg
Seated delt raises - 20kg
Front delt raises superset with rear delt flys - 12.5kg
Cable delt raises - machine setting 6.8kg
Tricep pull down straight bar - machine setting 27kg
Tricep pull down rope - machine setting 27kg

Felt awesome the whole workout. A little crazy and almost “primal” like an animal or something.

Nutrition
Felt a little soft and flabby today. Maybe that’s in my head. I know i need to push the food if I want to grow, so it could just be a mental block

Last night i was so sleepy from the @PharmabolicsOz HGH I fell asleep on the floor. The wife had to kick my foot to wake me up. Solid stuff!

As for the healing peptide. I’m going to dose 1000mcg into my elbow for the next 20 days. I’ll shoot it into the skin where my tricep hits the bottom of my arm. 1000mcg of the blend gives me 500mcg of both bpc 157 and tb500. This should give me a perfect elbow by Christmas 😂

The PT141 is going to be a little date night fun 😁

I completely agree with you. As long as you're not injuring yourself or overtraining, it's perfectly fine. There's a big difference between intensity that's high volume and controlling the weight. @Nasser1997o2

Sounds like a killer session - crazy how much difference a couple days of feeling recovered can make. That “endless energy” feeling is always such a good sign that your CNS is bouncing back.

Cool to hear people at the gym are noticing changes too. Sometimes we’re the last ones to see it ourselves. As for the cardio session, it sounds like everything lined up just right for you: hydration, fuel, mindset, and recovery.

Honestly, I really respect that approach. It’s easy to get caught up in “perfect macros” and forget that most of life happens outside the gym and kitchen scale. Sharing meals with your family and making it all fit as best you can is a much healthier longterm mindset than obsessing over every gram. You’re still progressing, and you’re doing it in a way that keeps your lifestyle intact - that’s a win.

I saw a new vendor pop up and i thought id help.

While @PharmabolicsOz is my main vendor, and i stand by ten toes down, new vendors do need help.

And if i have a log and can grab something by main vendor doesnt stock, i can help them get a verified logger going.

I dont like asking for a bunch of product, any more than i'd actually use. Sure i get free stuff out of it, but i can at least get them a logger for 3-4 weeks, while not scooping up hundreds in products.

These guys need to run a business after all. If you dont treat the vendors well, they will go elsewhere.

Im currently on 175mg TRT, and after the above chaos, im down to record low of 79kg at 185cm. I haven’t been able to train weight, eat properly or do cardio for over 2 weeks now, and I’m itching to get back to normal.

You’ll notice I dont use any AI’s. I generally try to avoid using them when possible. I dont like the side effects associated with them, and I manage my E by splitting up my injections into daily shots, keeping my bodyfat low and keeping an eye on my bloodwork. Everything Cialis onwards, in my experience, does a great job at keeping E in check, and that’ll also be assisted with the Equipoise, as we all know EQ is a great AI.

Now, why the Retatrutide if im trying to rebuild? Quiet simply, Insulin Sensitivity and inflammation control. I keep the Reta dose low enough to reap the many benefits, while still being able to eat.

Food/Nutrition/Macros:

Im going to start on the below, with the aim to slowly increase calories over the 16 weeks, as weight goes up. Starting at;

As the weight increases week to week, so will the calories and macros. Im generally not a set meal type person, I tend just to eat whenever I can, and just aim to hit the total goal at the end of the day.

Training:

Day 1 – Chest and Biceps
Day 2 – Legs
Day 3 – Back
Day 4 – Shoulders and Triceps
Day 5 – Sports Cardio 1
Day 6 – Sports Cardio 2
Day 7 – Rest

In the first few weeks, ill be obviously easing into the training, around my limitations post surgery.

Bloodwork:

I had bloods taken on the 17/10/2025, so I would have recent TRT only levels. I generally like to get bloods done every 4-6 weeks;

Total Test – 1003 ng/dL
Free Test – 640 pmol/L
Estradiol (E2) – 112 pmol/L

I've pretty much fully recovered and already blasted past my previous form.

The opp was almost 2 months ago, and within about 4 weeks i was superman again.

Nightly Update

The legend over at @Ascension Peptides sent me a wolverine peptide kit and some PT141 to try. Very impressed with the whole kit that was included, new vendor with a great first impression.

It’s good timing as I had previously hurt my elbow with the armbar fiasco. I’ve always wanted to try PT141. Fun times ahead.

Training - Shoulders
60 mins before training I took a 10mg Anavar tab from @PharmabolicsOz. I don’t know how people take 100mg of Anavar, this stuff hit me like a ton of bricks. Felt so much stronger and motivated.

Seated dumbbell shoulder press - 35kg
Seated delt raises - 20kg
Front delt raises superset with rear delt flys - 12.5kg
Cable delt raises - machine setting 6.8kg
Tricep pull down straight bar - machine setting 27kg
Tricep pull down rope - machine setting 27kg

Felt awesome the whole workout. A little crazy and almost “primal” like an animal or something.

Nutrition
Felt a little soft and flabby today. Maybe that’s in my head. I know i need to push the food if I want to grow, so it could just be a mental block

Last night i was so sleepy from the @PharmabolicsOz HGH I fell asleep on the floor. The wife had to kick my foot to wake me up. Solid stuff!

As for the healing peptide. I’m going to dose 1000mcg into my elbow for the next 20 days. I’ll shoot it into the skin where my tricep hits the bottom of my arm. 1000mcg of the blend gives me 500mcg of both bpc 157 and tb500. This should give me a perfect elbow by Christmas 😂

The PT141 is going to be a little date night fun 😁

Damn I felt good today. All day, I just had a really positive and competitive vibe that made me super productive and efficient. Felt super locked in.

Had a couple stressful moments, and was able to handle them like a surgeon. Can’t explain it any better than just feeling super “on”.

Training - sports cardio 2 and legs 2
Even with the first session starting super early, I felt super locked in and ready. Felt like I was in the zone the whole time. I could very deliberately use techniques linked one after another.

Felt super strong and had a really high cardio tank all morning. Left the session feeling I could have gone again.

Was able to have a bit of a rest and then hit legs 2 later in the evening.

I was super motivated and went for a squat PR. After hitting 120kg for reps, I was feeling like I could handle 140kg. I could not. Had to bail on the squat. Good thing the place was empty.

Took a 10mg Anavar tab 2 hours before the session instead of 1 hour like I did last time. I felt like the extra time made it hit much harder. I was thinking “damn, is the actually anadrol?”

Barbell Squats - 100kg, 120kg, 140kg (fail), 100kg
Rdl - 100kg
Plate loaded leg press - 200kg
Leg extensions - maxed out the machine don’t remember
Hamstring curl - machine setting 63kg

Felt indestructible. Hope that happens again soon.

Today was a rest day. Was good because I had to clean my house 😆.

I’m an absolute neat freak. Cannot stand gross floors. It was actually the best low impact, active rest movement. Plus, my floors are spotless, ready for UFC tommorrow.

It HAS to be all in my mind, but my elbow already feels a bit better. Could just be fluid or something from the injection site. I’m not complaining.

Rest day today. Probably got a lot of mild cardio done, cleaning all my floors. I was worried i would be all jacked up after failing the squat PR yesterday. Touch wood, I’m ok.

Nutrition
Not going to sugar coat it, didn’t eat the best today. Was snacking a lot as I cleaned and had some random left overs that I wanted to eat to make room in the fridge. Fat should have been lower and protein should have been higher. Still got the overall total caloric value in.

Nightly Update - weigh in 84.5 kilos
Had my weigh in this morning and weighed in at 84.5 kilos. This is 2.5 kilos up from last Sunday. Just like the previous time this happened, I don’t think I gained 2.5 kilos of lean mass in one week. Last time this happened, I had dropped weight the previous week.

Still, the scale is going up while I’m still pretty lean. I’ll keep the calories at 3600 for now. I took a photo this morning to show a more relaxed look, instead of gym pump and downlighting.

Training Chest and Biceps
2 hours before training, I had a 10mg Anavar tab. About 1 hours before I took my 600mg injectable L carnitine and pinned 20mg AMP into each bicep. Had a really great pump and felt super strong all workout.

Incline dumbbell press - 40kg
Flat dumbbell press - 40kg
Cable cross over - machine setting 13.8kg
Incline chest press machine - machine setting 77kg
Hammer curls with rope - machine setting 51kg
Dumbbell Decline curls - 12.5kg
Ez bar curl - 20kg

Still getting super full pumps. The AMP definitely helps.

Nutrition
I was at home all day watching the UFC so I was able to pretty strictly control my macros and ate pretty close to perfect today.

I think this is the beginning of week 8 now. The original halfway point. I’m definitely going to push to make this 20 weeks. I’m feeling good and healthy, so no reason not to keep pushing forward.

That is a benefit of running milder doses with a lot of ancillaries. While the gains aren’t as dramatic, you can go longer.

Today i was determined to hit another squat PR. All day, its all i thought about. 2 hours before the session, i took a 10mg Anavar tab. Hit me like a truck, felt so strong and positively aggressive.

Barbell Squats - 100kg, 110kg, 120kg, 130kg for 2 reps:
This is the absolute heaviest i've squatted in years. Still felt pretty good after.

RDL - 100kg
Plate loaded leg press - 200kg
Leg extention - Full machine
Hamstring Curl machine - Machine setting 77kg

Felt absolutely unreal. Was messaging @PharmabolicsOz mid set, double checking these Anavar werent Anadrols :ROFLMAO:

Struggled today with the food. Was going to give up around 3200 calories but pushed through. Some days the reta wins the appetite battle, some days the EQ does.
