Damn that description of the burger sounds immaculate..I wouldn't hesitate to eat it that's for sure..but leaving the cheat meal to the last meal of the day so I don't cheat again and so I'll have a deeper sleep I feel and more gains hopefully..im all for this official burger :)

I trained with an old work friend that I helped get on trt around 4 months ago and it has really changed his life for the better which is a great thing,anyways he wanted to run through a session to see if he is on right track and he made it up to the calves part and bailed but at least he knows he needs some good hard working sets and what TUT is all about.
Session felt strong all the way through and really pushed a slow tempo on the presses.

Yeah i got some good sessions and sleep in this weekend my friend thats why I posted late...but i have the slow cooker going with 4.5 pounds of beef ready for the morning to start the week off in a huge way...weights have been pushed up over last 2 weeks so now its time to rack up some volume and level up,I also have a huge care package coming so this week is going to be spectacular... all fucking round.💪

Do you find the NPP gives you a bit of insomnia or is it more of a mental clarity thing? I havent been tolerating it very well lately and thinking of dropping it all together. Curious about your take on Nandralone.

I started running NPP maybe 5 weeks before blast and have ramped up to 400mg per week for a bit now and its done the same as what tren ace did but has taken longer...lol proper 3 nights of bad insomnia where it gets to the point you are sleeping on couch for one hour at a time then wake up for an hour and so on.
Not the best feeling but at least it has subsided very fast unlike when the tren got me lol that was a couple weeks of pain after I stopped,but its all a learning curb I guess and I will tren again one day!😉

Yes iv had issues with both tren and npp with sleep it seems to happen when I run it for longer periods but all good I backed it off to 200mg per week and went and got some medi CBD isolate oil 200mg/ml
and I slept like a baby last night it was good

Cardio- 20mins morning walk
Session didnt feel as great as usual as I just had some really shit nights sleep to the lead up of it,so I i cut back on the NPP by half and things have normalised,starting tonight with legs i will hit a quick deload week followed by a day off and then get back into it...lets go💪
Serious looking back and bi workout here. 120kg pulldowns and 200kg rack pulls 😳. Even 22.5's on incline curl.
 
I'll go see my mate who was in army lol they give him the best shit...he says he has medical gummies that are like 45mg CBD per chew...🤤😴
I got prescribed CBD and he gave me THC gummies to try. Only 10mg. The first time I had one before bed I woke up 2 hours later pretty nailed hey 🤣. But I'm a lightweight in that regard.
 
I think so too bro and I'll probs drop it completely in next couple weeks and smash the anadrol and test only...there's always another option💪

It should go well with any bulk cycle you do bro,alot of guys I know just implement it when they not progressing to get that fast extra boost in strength,I really like anadrol for me not many sides even at mega dose except the rise in BP but thats what it does.

No tB and bcp for me my friend i give it all to my dog,the pain i get from bicep curling the 22's lets me know im alive and realise there is no secret sauce lol the secret sauce is in the mind😉

I am lucky my bro iv ran it fairly hard at 150-200mg per day but liver enzymes were always good as I pounded the good liver shit at same time like tudca nac and so on, but same iv heard of some pissing blood on 100mg a day after 4-6 weeks but im sure there is more to those stories we dont know about like their diet and if they in town shooting vodka shots on weekends😉...at the end of the day 50mg is well tolerated and no real need for much more anyways play safe and make the steady gains💪

Anadrol is definitely no joke. It can really transform someone's body in just a few weeks. There's a reason they call it A-bombs. @MarshMonsta
I always imagine what 200-500mg/ed of abombs would do to me in 6 weeks lol would be an interesting experiment/mutation....im sure I seen something about them giving to poeple at 200mg in a study for 4-6 months
