Yeah have been thinking to myself lately about daily pins and perhaps less sides cos of the stable levels..something about there is less peaks and troughs with bloods but something I'm gonna try when I'm in blast in january and precontest too

Iv never tried sub q test shots my bro but same principle for me as well just to get the volume in and keep the shots down at that 2ml mark if I can that way they absorb faster deep into the quads as thats where all my pinning takes place....nice and deep😉

That's such an Ace Ventura/Chris Farley accident like "that's gonna leave a mark!". Fucking amazing to see you get right back up and hit it where you're not injured anyway. Maybe God's way of saying to hit your delts hard and that your calves and legs are good to go for a while :p

Must be doing alright if you can do the bike for 30 mins though so this is great to hear... you'll heal up brother and that shin will come back stronger.

Its all good my bro not as bad as you'd think all swelling and redness is down after icing it for past few days and will be back to normal legs training in few days,it was mainly impact damage through long pants no real good picture of much blood or anything....I can train upper body next few days and keep the momentum going💪

Yeah i have had some good ones at work but the one I never forget is when I was 23yrs old working demolition job....it was 10mins before knock off on a Friday and im smashing shit of walls all day with a sledge hammer,toilets,basins,fire doors you name it all day no dramas then the last toilet i go to disintegrate...well lets just say it was an unlucky swing and I ended up with the sledge to the knee cap and went numb instantly lol worst thing was i was on the 5th floor and as I walked down blood started spaying and filling my work boot...safety guy passed out almost when I got to the bottom i had to treat it my self then got a lift to get my 13 stitches put in...I dont think I would have trained that day 😉

Haha yeah I wont lie i definitely screamed out a few colourful words when it happened but its school holidays and shit atm so I dont wanna be scaring the kids/parents from coming out side their houses.😉
Injuries are part of life i guess and the more ya get through the easier they seem after awhile,I will still smash out upper body sessions till I can leg press heavily again but

I noticed my workboot was easier to get on this morning swelling around inner ankle is gone down heaps so I will SMASH legs up tonight💪

Yeah bro big session on that one im really getting amped up for a huge 2 weeks of training and push super hard as I have time to recover better,
I think like the tren ace I can only go 12-14 weeks before it starts fucking my sleep bro deca I could probs runn forever,well at least i think thats the problem anyways,I mean I did get rejected by a half big chick the other week so who knows that could be fucking with me....😜🤣

I'll definitely have to see how i go with the supa but,if I start feeling like shit or slack I drop it straight out its going to be a lil experiment for me anyways I know my liver can handle it fairly well,I have blasted 2.5grams gear p/w and hit anadrol at around 150-200mg per day before and pulled bloods and looked good liverwise,just trying to use up the last bit of supadrol liquid iv had for ages lol strong stuff dosed at 50mg per mil

@MarshMonsta the rack pulls and the seated row rear delt machine looks really strong. These are great ways to lift.
