Im going for this with some slight adjustments as needed. Like meal 2 might become meal 3 or 4 depending if i train in morning or at night with @fatboy999. I might change some things to add some walnuts for fat intake instead of oil/butter

Meal 1: Breakfast Powerhouse (~800 kcal)

  • 6 Large Whole Eggs (cooked with 1 tsp of olive oil or butter)
  • 2 Cups (160g) Dry Oats, cooked
  • 1 Medium Banana (sliced into the oats)
  • 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter (mixed into the oats or eaten on the side)
Macros for this meal:
  • Protein: ~48g
  • Carbs: ~95g
  • Fat: ~38g

Meal 2: Pre/Post Workout Shake (~550 kcal)

  • 2 Scoops Whey Protein Powder (~60g)
  • 1.5 Cups (12 oz) Whole Milk
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Dry Oats (blended into a powder for easy digestion)
Macros for this shake:
  • Protein: ~55g
  • Carbs: ~65g
  • Fat: ~24g

Meal 3: Large Lunch (~850 kcal)

  • 8 oz (225g) Chicken Breast (weighed raw)
  • 2 Cups (360g) Cooked White Jasmine Rice
  • 1 Large Avocado (150g)
  • 1 Cup Steamed Broccoli (for fiber/micronutrients)
Macros for this meal:
  • Protein: ~65g
  • Carbs: ~115g
  • Fat: ~30g

Meal 4: Hearty Dinner (~800 kcal)

  • 8 oz (225g) 93/7 Lean Ground Beef
  • 1.5 Large (400g) Baked Potatoes (with a pat of butter or sour cream if desired)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (for cooking the beef or drizzling on the potato)
Macros for this meal:

Cheers. Im working With Coach Cg20 he has put me on TRT 175mg with 3iu hgh and 2mg reta a week for now and working on getting the fat down.
Food is 2350 cal with 250 protein , 220 carb , 50 fat and weight is falling around 500gm a week 4x 30min cardio a week and 8k min steps a day. Defiantly room for improvement but its working.

As for Rip blend iv not fully used but i have messed around with tren ace and mastE to see how i would react was only 6weeks but felt fine was 300mast 200 tren and 450testE a couple weeks before my surgery but went back to trt leading up to it

Blood work is in. This was before starting cycle.

last injection was the day before Friday 120mg of Dragon Phama 400mg test E was only doing low trt to get every thing down
Did feel a little sluggish with e2 high but not enough for me to need to take anything
I'm gonna be honest here. Your bloods were terrible. Have you had bloods since showing improvement? I hope you have no plans of using that RIP blend anytime soon.

If you look back a couple post Iv got every thing sorted will be doing bloods soon enough to check bad markers. A coach has been implemented and im still on trt. No Rip bland as of yet.

Im happy just on cruise atm like just adding HGH has made a big difference. The Goal is 3+ years away so will take my time and do it safely and enjoy the journey.
cruise is fine, some test and hgh, sports TRT+ even a go @OmaD

@OmaD three cardio days is better than none. That's better than most people do. Make sure next week you make up for it.

3 days of cardio is not lazy lol. but its great you are tough on yourself. if time is an issue try and do 5-10 minutes of HIIT @OmaD

Time wasn't the issue it was me saying to my self ill do it tomorrow and that's not good enough. the faster i get this fat off the faster i can grow and do the fun stuff

It makes a big difference ey. I film everyone of my top working sets for my coach to see how clean and how hard i executed them. Definitely a game changer when he can see everything hahaha

100% it dose i found most of the things i was doing was wrong for the way im trying to target Muscle groups. Like Lats for a example i need to lean back a little to properly engage my lats or like chest press need to incline at 15 degrees to get the chest firing more

@OmaD this slu stuff is really getting popular. i have to try it out at some point. seems like these peptides do a lot of stuff

I found if you have a very active job or you are very active you will need to keep up your Electrolytes Slu turns your body in to constant cardio machine and you burn threw sodium and potassium so just adjust that if needed. Other then that its Unreal supplement

That's great that you're putting together the cardio when you make it fun. It's a breeze. When you make it boring then it seems like it's taking forever. @OmaD

Week5 Check in with Coach @Cg20 not to much change this week felt a little off due to needing more electrolyte intake. Been super hot here and been flat out working like a slave. 4x cardio and 3x gym this week with min 8k steps each day. Weight went up and down all week mostly because of water intake with check in weight 100gm heavier 101.6kg. Some back fat came off this week witch is good to see. All thanks to coach Cg and @HeliosLabs for the products helping make this happen.

Crazy how much electrolytes make a difference isnt it. Noticed it myself this week with 3 days of 35+deg even smashing litres upon litres of water lol. Always good time when we see area's on the rig starting to tighten up. Just stick right to the plan and let @Cg20 steer the ship brother.

Cheers bro yer this heat sucks bring back winter 🥵 but in saying that i hardly ever had a jumper on because i had so much protective karate fat now im more trim i get cold haha

To my under standing Wastson Chest fly machine is peck/dealt you can do lateral raise and rear dealt and a decline chest fly pump

Your goal is 3+ years away but with your bloods on 09Nov (e2 level) and then these ones I don't know how you don't have an AI on board especially as you start the cycle. In 3+ years if you keep your e2 this chronically high you won't get the results you want.

What are you talking about keeping your e2 this chronically high?

I want my guys to be at 180-220 and stay there permanently, e2 is crucial for many bodily functions. Plus, if gh is in its crucial to get maximal igf1, if I were to make any change based off these bloods, it would be very slightly upping his test dosage so his e2 is slightly higher
 
Massive change in a short period of time,

All it took was some basic diet, lifestyle and otc supp changes, with some additions of a few great ancillaries
Its funny how easy it can be to keep bloods clean with some basic low hanging fruit like this. Doesnt have to be over complicated, most shit bloods come from shitty cycle decisions lol.
Not too high at all, if anything it’s slightly too low.

Guys should be 180-220 year round, he’s in a health/ fat loss phase you shouldn’t be using an ai for the amount of test you’re on in a health phase.
People fear higher, not high, e2 because the vital roles it plays in males in misunderstood.
Would you still like seeing this range for e2 if someone isnt on cycle brother or just when test is also higher then natural range?
