Yeah i have had some good ones at work but the one I never forget is when I was 23yrs old working demolition job....it was 10mins before knock off on a Friday and im smashing shit of walls all day with a sledge hammer,toilets,basins,fire doors you name it all day no dramas then the last toilet i go to disintegrate...well lets just say it was an unlucky swing and I ended up with the sledge to the knee cap and went numb instantly lol worst thing was i was on the 5th floor and as I walked down blood started spaying and filling my work boot...safety guy passed out almost when I got to the bottom i had to treat it my self then got a lift to get my 13 stitches put in...I dont think I would have trained that dayThat's some real working man stuff right there. I have completely dropped the NPP out as it was fucking with my sleep to much, i probably should have started pinning deca at week 5 and cut NPP at week 10 but shit happenes and im now running 1050mg test prop p/w,8iu gh,some novorapid post workout and a sprinkle of something I like to call supanadrol....im counting down the next 2 days till holiday mode then its fucking on for 2 weeks good and proper.
@MarshMonsta the back and triceps are looking really good. The cardio is also really good. You won't go wrong.Back & tricep night

I think for me deca being a longer ester keeps blood more stable which is more sustainable for longer runs,im going to give the 19nors a break for awile and go another route...maybe test e,EQ im not sure yetWhy? Vs Deca
