Got it so I gotta take 20g off it everyday or every meal??
Take 5g four times a day for a total of 20g. To make it easier just get used to taking 5g with every meal.

Once it arrives post a pic of it along with the nutritional info label and it will show us the amount per scoop as well.

So i am thinking, since I will not be doing any listing on upper body for atleast 4-6 months, all the gains or progress that I have made over the last year most likely be gone, am I right?
If you're not in a calorie deficit and are on gear you should keep the muscle you have. In terms of strength yes, you will lose strength gains.

Are you only doing walking for now? Look at this as a few months of getting your legs jacked while you're waiting to be able to slowly transition from the 'only walking' for a while to then hitting legs until you're back at it with upper body later. We can look at this as a 1-year project and not worry so much about now.

Yea thst is what i am thinking as well. Not on gear anymore as well so pretty much it will be a reset of everything. Damn that mean another summer of being so close to being in shape yet so far away... lol. Oh well. Well i am on basic trt od 120mg/weekly and taking 50mg a week of deca will thst help retain the muscle or that is too low of a dose. Maybe we can up deca to help with leg gains as well as retain upper body gains over the year. Idk am just thinking out loud. @HarleyGuy

Haha you're gettin' all manic again I know this is tough. Just breathe brother you've been through a lot recently. Let's just keep it nice and slow and predictable, nothing added or subtracted to mitigate any new issues after surgery. Stick to what you're on now. No need to change anything except a huge deload with walking only for now. 120mg Test is a good TRT that will keep the muscle you have just get your calories and macros in and don't be in a deficit.

Just for the members repost your current cycle here with supplements and medication etc.
Example:
120 Test
50 Deca
NO ORALS
Collagen 20g
etc
etc
etc

Ok. I do run a deficit too ensure I lose this excess belly fat which is ok, worse to worse I start all over again when I get back post full recovery. It is not the end of the world like you said. Not even sure why am I even tripping about it, was out of shape from 20+ yrs and didn't care what is another 6 month or a year will do... lol. Just over thinking things.

The collagen peptide is here 2 scoop is 29g

Ok glad you've got the collagen. Let us know when you're done with this. Take 2 scoops a day.
In 29g you only have 20g of collagen protein and the other 9g are filler including added iron which you'll get from a good multivitamin anyway.

Next time we'll get you something like as seen in the pics, which is what I use.

It should last you about two weeks and a few days at 2 scoops a day.

Have you guys ordered directly from say pharmaqo or geneza websites rather than using naps or is. Asking because products are whole lot cheaper directly from their website? Just curious.what is the advantage of going through intermediary site? Besides possible customer service would be more personal experience.
I mean just on product primo for 6 vials i am seeing a difference of $130-150 cheaper. Granted naps or ds customer service is rock solid and all issues are always resolved but just wondering if anyone has had any experience dealing directly with manufacturer itself.

if you order directly you're bound to get unknown quality, the sources actually check and do testing, please dont order from non-approved sites you'll get scammed and we'll have a whole headache to deal with @rayray01

Fair enough. I was just curious, hence asked. I am happy with both naps and ds. No reason to change it.

Got Naps Delivery and it was all messed up.

What i recieved is completely different from what I had ordered.

10 Test E - 300
3 Nandrolone D 300
1 Trenbolone E 200
1 Ment 50
1 Primobolan Depot 175

1 Tadalafil
1 Anavar
1 Proviron

I believe this has to be someone else's order. What do I do with all this. Please advice on how to get this resolved amd receive the order I had originally placed.

@LevButlerov

Replied to your pm brother, kindly check.

Today diet and excersize

What do you think, would adding mots-c, Epitalon and NAD to my peptide regimen. Have heard good things about them...? Thought @LevButlerov
Are you able to articulate why you want to use them? MOTS-C is excellent but you’d need to know what you need them for.

Motc was to help with improvrd metabolism which on turn will help with woody loss and keep it off. Epitalon for it's potential anti aging benefits. Atleast that was my idea for it.

I’m a big fan of MOTS-C and am running it now. It’s going to be in my 2026 log. Once you research it if you’re into that kind of reading you’ll see it does some good. The others have some good reviews especially NAD+. Search NAD in the logs there’s a couple pros running it here.

Update : First Post Op doc visit. Everything looked great. Stitches were taken out today. Swelling is almost all gone, starting my first PT evaluation session from Jan 6th. I am going to call few other places to see if they can get me in earlier. So I am not loosing even a single week in waiting.

Now I can shower freely and I got more time out of the sling as well to give my arm some stretch and hang time. Best Christmas present I could have asked for.

Good to see you post op already :D well done @rayray01 make sure you dont do anything extra or take any extra supps or drugs

Heed the comment NWB (non weight bearing). Take it slow.
No lifting with that arm at all, the only thing i am.doing with it is like using it form tieing my shoe laces and wear a t-shirt other than that its all walking ornuniversl.machines for which no loading of plates of anything is required and only.lower body light training.

@rayray01 that's good news; it sounds like the doctor did a good job on this one. Surgery is something that's always scary.

Indeed no complains. Recovery is coming along smoothly as well just taking things slowly but also making sure staying in to on what is needed from my end. Even the doc was like I think you will recover ahead of than the average timeline... so keeping my fingers crossed.

Well, it helps that you have a history of weight training. Weight training builds strong bones and helps the body recover quicker and be more in shape.

Bros' physical therapy is kind of fun, especially if you're working with a hot chick. I had to do it after my plumbing accident. @rayray01

Looking good on this update. @rayray01 hopefully your shoulder starts feeling better. Did they say when you can start training again?

@rayray01 keep up the good work, man. The shoulders look really strong. I'm glad that the swelling is easing up. It means your body is healing up nicely.

Make sure the people doing your physical therapy work with athletes. They're not the types that had 2-year degrees and they're working with old people, 80 years old. There's a big difference between the two. @rayray01

What's the actual rush? Recover fully and be patient

Gopd point, I will ask that question before selecting the PT place. Maybe going to a sports medicine place which does PT work will be better. Thank you for sharing that very valid point

No actual rush jist eager to get started thats all. Plus the doc stated 3 session a week for a month and go.down from there. I was gonna look into possibly additional private sessions which i can pay for out of pocket ornconvince them to.continue it at 3 sessions a week for 3 months vian insurance, coz my.copay forn these sessins is just $10.00. I want to maintain the 3 sessions per week rate for atleast 2 or 3 months instead of jist 1 month as prescribed for now.

On a positive note, first day back in the sauna since surgery. Loving it.

From about 11/29 (left) to 12/24 (right) approx a month apart. The front view looks a bit weaker because no abs or chest pr upper body has been hit in about a week and the one from a month ago was taken right after workout session.

I think there is some reduction... lol cant hardly tell.

I ordered a rice cooker and bunch prep containers so will be doing brown rice and chicken breast preps for atleadt 10-12 meals a week. That will take one more step closer to eating cleaner meals. Taking baby steps towards improving diet plan every day. Will post pics when I get the equipment and do the cooking. Want to be completely dialed in fornthe next cycle from every aspect of it.

Today diet and excersize
@rayray01 You've come a long way brother both in your physique and your organized posts and knowledge and adherence to diet and exercise. You are starting to settle in with confidence and have a great macro profile, appropriate training, and I see your collagen is up to 45g which is excellent!

Be careful when doing leg press you're not using the side handles to hang on with your bad arm.

I'm really proud of how far you've come along with your knowledge and ability in your log here. EVO family win!

Thank you sir, whatever little I have learned and trying to implement would not have been possible with out your @HarleyGuy and @LevButlerov time, energy, patience, guidance. I really appreciate it.

why are you training? this is too early
Man I know u advised to stay away, but I couldn't help myself. It helps me clears my mind. I asked my ex wife if I can see my kid for Christmas for few hours and she said no, shit like that jist gets to me mentally and working out helps me get that stuff out of my mind and turn a emotionally tough situation for myself and channel it in somewhat constructive way. I know its not the best thing for me but trust me I am not over exerting myself, I mostly do light lifting and not even moving a pound with my arms, giving shoulder and upper body complete rest.

Ok fair enough but even gripping something with your bad arm for stability or leverage on other lifts (like the leg press handles) is going to set you back. I didn't berate you for hitting the gym but we need to make sure you're not using that arm, like at all!

I totally get it. My right arm remains in the sling throughout the gym session. I do not grab any handles with my right arm while leg press or any other excersize station. I do just light enough weight where I do no need any handles for any additional leverage.

I get it, personal issues happen like this. My main concern was for you to get hurt post surgery and we would be squat one which would suck @rayray01
sorry about your xwife damn thats nasty of her

Yea man I am super cautious. I promise I will not get injured. Man she is just mad at the moment, and doing things to be hurtful. She is not a bad woman. She just needs to look past this and work on healing. And I also need to not allow her to get in my head as well.

You have a really healthy and mature grasp on how best to approach the situation bro. And I agree, try not to let her rent space in your head. She is hurting and wants you to hurt as well. It's best you keep a level and clear head for the child, they pick up on everything.
