Week 8 - Day 3
I ended the weekend with the last of the christmas events, until christmas eve. Yet another untracked day
I got dressed up in an outfit i would NEVER wear. I was never the kind of girl to show my midsection, as i've always been self conscious about my stomach. After getting in such good shape, i was finally ready to show a LITTLE stomach
I still dont know how to take a nice photo, so one flexed and one "normal"
Food
I would normally be spiralling mentally, that having so many meals out and not accurately tracking my food would ruin my progress. Now however, im feeling good and know that this is fuel! I know how to make reasonable choices, and i dont feel out of control anymore. I have a much better handle on my relationship with food and my body. I can also be ok with a badd day or two, and not feel super defeated.
Pre Breakfast (potentially in bed

) - Flat white coffee
Breakfast - Green protein smoothie (with spinach and banana for some extra nutrients)
Lunch - Mexican feast!
Feast included corn chips and salsa, Ceviche, beef tostada, sweet potato dish, marinated chicken and a salad Dessert was a brownie and mango sorbet.
After all that i was done for the day. Went home, pinned GH and went to bed.
I had two cocktails, and they hit me HARD! Being this small im a cheap drunk
Exercise
Today was Push day. I tried to go for a DB incline press PR of 15kg but couldnt even get it off my chest. 12.5kg felt pretty easy, and i even asked for a spotter. Nothing more embarrasing then failing a lift with a spot!
DB incline bench press 12.5kg x 8 (4 sets) - tried 15kg but couldn't even get it up
DB incline chest flys 6kg x 10 (4 sets)
DB seated shoulder press 10kg 8 (4 sets)
DB lat raise 5kg x 10 (4 sets)
BB skull crushers 12.5kg x 10 (3 sets)
Hit 8k steps

Again, i slept really well last night. I felt super fresh all day and had such a great time out with my friends.
One of my friends, who'd always been the "hot" one, actually commented how lean and muscular i looked and was asking me questions about my routine. They arent really the type to be ok with PED use, so i'll keep that to myself.

A little TMI, but i was curious and tried the PT-141 peptide that
@RRRaus sent me. I had heard such great things on all the womens health podcasts i listen to.
I tried 1mg and was immediately super nauseous and got the worst headache and flushing in my face. Did absolutely ZERO nice things for me. I waited the 1 hour for something to happen, and nothing. I guess ill stick to my trashy romance books
