Looking to put together 18 weeks on BPC and TB500. Do you think that 250 micrograms of BPC and 1 milligram every other day of TB500 would be a good stack? I would like to run this for 18 weeks. My main goals are to help overall repair and recovery after my workouts.

You don't need to go 4:1 ratio of dosing with TB500/BPC. You can get good results from 250mcg-500mcg of each peptides every day. Pin your BPC near any injury site or systemic into anywhere subQ.

250mgs bpc ed and 2mgs tbp500 2x/week to start and see how you feel
 
TB500 needs to be front-loaded. You need to use at least 10-15 mg that first week or two. That makes a big difference.

2mg weekly of tb, 500mcg daily bpc at local injury sites. If your looking for systemic recovery, look into glow or klow
 
To get the most out of any healing stack, you need to use TB500 and BPC in conjunction. BPC, inject into the injury. TB500, you need to inject anywhere.
 
I'm a big fan of BPC and TB-500. It's one of my favorite peptide stacks. It really does work good. You're not going to go wrong.
