Just getting them ready.
Huuuuge smile over here right now! You are a true rock start bro. You're doing it by hand and with a labour of love which makes them worth SO much more than the ones I made using a mouse and a website!

You are truly one of a kind my brother!

I might make a video on how. I do them and shirts, coffee mugs if these enough interest

Great job on these, Pigsy, very professionally made. You would think this came from a high-quality apparel company that was worth billions of dollars. You are something special.
Thanks, I have a small setup, just like do things at the best of my ability

You were there with me through all of that @BeMe and even found a way to compliment my huge whale belly that one time. It's been a long while since it's happened but I'm gonna need you in this next run bro! The Doritos are strong in this one 🤦‍♂️😪

I've got the cycle set up, diet will be the same every day with minor changes in the protein meats, carbs being added, training will be changed to high rep time under tension style, and of course a brand new shiny cycle to be announced (nothing outrageous like my last one). I'm down to about 13% I think just with TRT and just started microdosing my new cycle ED.

Just need to write up an annual summary and thank you to EVO and end this one for 2025. After the 27th I'll be pumping out the new 2026 log. I'm loving yours now too with the tren struggle (to dose higher or not to dose higher, that is the question, 😄). I still plan on getting some sort of whoop so my log updates aren't so time consuming with all the typing.
Looking forward to following your next log mate!

Bros, I bet if I walked into your gym, everyone would turn around and look at me and call the police. Y'all are scared of the colored fellas.
Bro wtf lol 😆 😂 u really just said that im laughing ao hard the wording you used here

bros you would double check you got your car keys locked up good
Naw man maybe others but not me, i used to be the only white boy at the chicken spot in Milwaukee when i was younger been around my fair share of people all walks of life, i dont get worried like that lol

Bros, Milwaukee got some good beer. you like old Milwaukee? I used to drink that back in high school.

Just putting this in my log now because my Christmas wasn’t until tonight. Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas. This was truly one of my best. My two sons met my step kids after 2 years of us all not being able to join up together in one room and it was wonderful.

I had 3 full plates of the below (already half eaten) plate as a refeed after a great chest/delt workout this afternoon.

Now is the final push to write up my end of log post for 2025 and ring in the new year with a new cycle and diet/training as well as a new EVO office to EVO in comfort with room for a pedal machine (taking @LevButlerov’s advice).

Stay tuned and Merry Christmas! On to the New Year and best year for EVO in history. LFG!

Good to hear re the family get-together mate.

Nice meal there. Brussel sprouts are underrated I reckon. Weirdly enough my kids don't mind them.

Final Log Update of 2025
A special thank you to EVO

I'm at a loss for words at having found EVO and how it has enriched my life but I will try and see how it all comes out now. When I joined I had been solo in my fitness journey most of my life. I lost 80lbs alone after getting sober, regained what I know now was fluff weight alone using the wrong diet and PED's, then lost the fluff and landed at 190lbs all alone. This is no longer the case. Today with EVO I am 205lbs at 13% BF. There is so much more to it than the physical success however, and the reflection in the mirror goes beyond physical.

I've been lurking here since 2023 when I joined and I thank God I got injured in June 2025 because that prompted me to finally start a log here and I never expected what happened here to happen.

I have found a community of likeminded men and women who are passionate about everything I am. I've found men and women here who enjoy camaraderie, diet analysis and macro breakdown, training technicalities, supplement solutions and healing, and of course everything PED's and Peptides. Most of all I have found a brotherhood again which I lost when I was medically retired with debilitating Operator Syndrome from both the military and the police force.

I threw caution to the wind and gave my heart and soul of honesty in this log including my personal stories, both tragedy and triumph and I was met with open arms by every member who ever replied to me. I am eternally grateful and am now healthier and stronger both physically and spiritually.

In June I thought I was alone on EVO in my fitness journey and passion, and expected a couple "keep it up" replies but I got so much more than that. A world of 'so much more' I never expected. Now, I find myself as an Elite Moderator combing through 100's of logs a week helping others and providing the same service I received when I needed help. I was graciously invited onto the amazing EVO podcast not once, but twice and was made to feel like family, and a friend by both @stevesmi and @Mobster. I've laughed out loud so often at the computer I've woken up the dogs (and HarleyGirl too as she lay asleep on the couch - HarleyGirl being the name I've given when referring to my spouse). I've been so upset sometimes I've prayed for some members and their families when they've opened up that times were tough. I've even made a very good friend in Australia whom I speak to every day several times a day and am sponsoring him in his recovery from alcoholism @3xCharm who celebrated 3 weeks of sobriety yesterday. Also, a special thank you to those of you who felt comfortable enough to ask me for guidance; helping you has helped me learn that the more I know the more I need to learn and it is an exciting challenge I welcome.

This, including my improved mental, spiritual, and physical health, is ALL because of EVO today. EVO has made me a kinder more patient person in real life and helped me give better advice to those who approach me with any type of issue. EVO has improved my own self esteem and even helped me reclaim some emotions that Operator Syndrome has stolen from me. I no longer suffer from experiencing only 'love' or 'anger'.

This, my first log on EVO, was more than a log... it was life laid out for others and with others and shared mutually with others who shared their lives back to me. It was a turning point and a newfound mission of service to others for me that I want to hang on to.

Thanks to EVO I went from feeling like fat, to so-so in the mirror, to something I'm starting to like nitpicking about the fine details and that to me is a victory despite knowing I'll never be satisfied. Thank you EVO and thank to you all of you who were with me in 2025.

I also in good conscience could not sign off this log without a special thank you to @LevButlerov who has been with me the whole way, be it in DM's, on my log, and even personally checking in with me as a brother and friend. Thank you Lev for everything!

I can't wait to start my 2026 log and have spent most of December dialing everything in to ring in the New Year.

God bless all of you! 2026 is going to be the best year for EVO I can feel it already!

I can't wait to start my 2026 log and have spent most of December dialing everything in to ring in the New Year.

God bless all of you! 2026 is going to be the best year for EVO I can feel it already!
