I think I have hit a plateau, energy level not as high, fatigue lasts a little longer than usual, and weights are feeling heavier than usual…even eating is difficult feeling fuller faster…
what is your recommendation on progressing at this point?
Keep in mind you're coming back from that devastating medical issue that you had. As far as I'm concerned, your progression has been miraculous so far. @LeNguyen

Finally put down new pole

Yeah there where two people in car, both survived… they where already in ambulance when we arrived…
We put down a new telephone pole , transferred all the lines over to the new pole…
Pulled the remaining pole from ground cut it in pieces loaded it on back of line truck… we started last night after midnight and finished today after 2:00pm… now we just got another emergency call tree fell on lines so we have to cut it off and reset the line 😫😫

Do you use straps at all bro? They can really save your hands and forearms in situations like that.

I'm finding on Tren my forearms are getting crazy pumped doing stuff like shrugs and if I don't use straps I'm cooked for dumbbell work after.

Yes I used straps for shrugs but only shrugs, but maybe I’ll start using them for heavy rows too… I didn’t want to get to dependent on them so I wouldn’t have week hands, but now I’m getting into heavier territory I think I may need to implement them more, especially on the heavier exercises.😊

With your line of work it's impossible to have weak forearms and hands. All the old school guys that do what we do have bear paws bro lol. You'll be good regardless.

The straps are great for going heavier and for saving forearms and hands for other movements.
