I just cant do black coffee. A TINY dash of milk only adds a couple of calories, but dramatically improves the taste from me.

The christmas season continues with another christmas party. I wasnt able to track, so i did my best to make good choices throughout the day and save my appetite for the party. 🎄

😋 Food 😋

I knew i would have no chance counting macros today, and had zero interest in doing so. I enjoyed the good food and time with the family. Its only once a year, so why not?

Breakfast - Protein Iced Coffee
Morning Snack - Protein Shake
Christmas Party - I had a pretty big plate of lots of different roasted meats, salads and potatos. I was SUPER full after
Christmas Party Dessert - I had some cake, fruit and a small chocolate. Didnt actually eat that much of either as i was very full from the lunch.
Dinner - Some leftover chicken and a dinner roll from costco (they are super good :LOL:)

Its generally accepted that in Australia when you come to an event with food, you bring something to add to the feast. I took the easy way out and got a big bag of the little dinner rolls from costco. They are so buttery, you can eat so many of them. I limited myself to one (or two).

Back to normal tommorrow (until the next party :love:)

Pilates today felt very easy. Im not sure if it was a particularly easy session, or im just needing more of a challenge? I don't really consider it a "workout", its more for mobility, stretch and recovery for me. I do like the social aspect. Its hard to make small talk in the gym, but in classes its easy to make friendly conversation.

📝Week 8 - Day 2📝

The christmas season continues with another christmas party. I wasnt able to track, so i did my best to make good choices throughout the day and save my appetite for the party. 🎄

😋 Food 😋

I think Pilates is seeming easier due to your strength and fitness level progressing.

I actually checked and noticed it wasnt enough. I added extra D3 to make sure i hit 1500IU minimum.
Had a feeling about your D3, glad you got this dialed in. Vitamin C is important as well.

I ended the weekend with the last of the christmas events, until christmas eve. Yet another untracked day :p

I got dressed up in an outfit i would NEVER wear. I was never the kind of girl to show my midsection, as i've always been self conscious about my stomach. After getting in such good shape, i was finally ready to show a LITTLE stomach :LOL:

I still dont know how to take a nice photo, so one flexed and one "normal"

😋 Food 😋

I would normally be spiralling mentally, that having so many meals out and not accurately tracking my food would ruin my progress. Now however, im feeling good and know that this is fuel! I know how to make reasonable choices, and i dont feel out of control anymore. I have a much better handle on my relationship with food and my body. I can also be ok with a badd day or two, and not feel super defeated.

Pre Breakfast (potentially in bed 😃) - Flat white coffee
Breakfast - Green protein smoothie (with spinach and banana for some extra nutrients)
Lunch - Mexican feast!

Feast included corn chips and salsa, Ceviche, beef tostada, sweet potato dish, marinated chicken and a salad Dessert was a brownie and mango sorbet.

After all that i was done for the day. Went home, pinned GH and went to bed.

I had two cocktails, and they hit me HARD! Being this small im a cheap drunk :ROFLMAO:

Today was Push day. I tried to go for a DB incline press PR of 15kg but couldnt even get it off my chest. 12.5kg felt pretty easy, and i even asked for a spotter. Nothing more embarrasing then failing a lift with a spot!

DB incline bench press 12.5kg x 8 (4 sets) - tried 15kg but couldn't even get it up
DB incline chest flys 6kg x 10 (4 sets)
DB seated shoulder press 10kg 8 (4 sets)
DB lat raise 5kg x 10 (4 sets)
BB skull crushers 12.5kg x 10 (3 sets)

One of my friends, who'd always been the "hot" one, actually commented how lean and muscular i looked and was asking me questions about my routine. They arent really the type to be ok with PED use, so i'll keep that to myself. 🤫

A little TMI, but i was curious and tried the PT-141 peptide that @RRRaus sent me. I had heard such great things on all the womens health podcasts i listen to.

I tried 1mg and was immediately super nauseous and got the worst headache and flushing in my face. Did absolutely ZERO nice things for me. I waited the 1 hour for something to happen, and nothing. I guess ill stick to my trashy romance books 😆

(i dont think this is an issue with @RRRaus product, more so that it just didnt agree with me)

You look absolutely super fit and defined in that dress. Your separation and muscle bellies are really starting to pop. I think you've made the most progress in the past week or two than I've seen so far on this log. I like how that dress shows your obliques and did you notice your calves are one of the muscle groups that steal the show?

That's a pretty high dose of PT-141 at your weight. You can try again at 250mcg if you want. 1mg is the dose I use and it keeps me 'excited' all day.

Woke up weighing in at 47.4kg. This seems to be my new normal weight. I've been hovering around this weight for some time now, but im very happy!

Today was Push day. I tried to go for a DB incline press PR of 15kg but couldnt even get it off my chest. 12.5kg felt pretty easy, and i even asked for a spotter. Nothing more embarrasing then failing a lift with a spot!

I would normally be spiralling mentally, that having so many meals out and not accurately tracking my food would ruin my progress. Now however, im feeling good and know that this is fuel! I know how to make reasonable choices, and i dont feel out of control anymore. I have a much better handle on my relationship with food and my body. I can also be ok with a badd day or two, and not feel super defeated.

I'm considering a GLP-1 for my wife too (peri-menopause and just a few kgs that are stubborn to lose - she is a tiny lady as well) - 3mg seems a fair dose though?? what would you recommend you start with?

I was recommended that a lady should start with about .25mg of PT-141 - better chance of no nausea and higher chance of the 'positive' side effects as such - has your man tried any? I haven't ye but would also start low in order ot avoid some sort of hospital visit for a 'perma-wood' situation.

Woke up weighing in at 47.4kg. This seems to be my new normal weight. I've been hovering around this weight for some time now, but im very happy!

You look absolutely super fit and defined in that dress. Your separation and muscle bellies are really starting to pop. I think you've made the most progress in the past week or two than I've seen so far on this log. I like how that dress shows your obliques and did you notice your calves are one of the muscle groups that steal the show?

Part of the journey with a log is that we get to really know our own body which mitigates the mental fuckery we all love to put ourselves through.

That's a pretty high dose of PT-141 at your weight. You can try again at 250mcg if you want. 1mg is the dose I use and it keeps me 'excited' all day.
I like to keep things organised and structured. Having my log broken up into those sections helps a lot.

I have been lucky with the calves, I always had proportionally big calves. I don’t even really train them, it’s just genetics.

My mum and sister have really nice long muscle bellies in their arms, so I suppose I might have a good base.

I think I’ve been completely turned off (funny choice of words) the pt141. The nausea was just horrible, and I didn’t sleep very well.

Maybe if I’m brave I’ll try a smaller amount.

After my PT141 experience last night, i didn't feel the best today. I slept pretty rough and felt pretty sluggish today. I guess that's always the risk you take when you try something new. Im sure some people get horrible side effects from Reta or HGH and are just unlucky.

Today was Legs. I mentioned yesterday that i didn't train calfs and that they are genetic. I realised i was telling fibs. I do train them, but its the very last movement and its the most likely thing i'll skip if im busy :ROFLMAO:

Dinner - Mexican Beef and rice

I was pretty full after yesterdays event, so eating low calorie wasn't hard. The Rokeby protein shake is one of those store bought, high protein, low calorie milk drinks. They are getting super popular now, so its easy to get a decent protein sauce on the go.

💪Exercise💪

Today was Legs. I mentioned yesterday that i didn't train calfs and that they are genetic. I realised i was telling fibs. I do train them, but its the very last movement and its the most likely thing i'll skip if im busy :ROFLMAO:

Workout felt pretty tough, due to yesterdays nausea.

Machine single leg press 52kg x 10 (3 sets)
BB RDLs 30kg x 10, 40kg x 8, 6, 6
Machine leg abduction 43kg x 12 (3 sets)
Machine leg adduction 20kg x 10 (3 sets)
Machine calf raise 109kg x 10 (3 sets)

I woke up pretty early today, and like i mentioned, i didn't feel the best either. I was able to score a nap in the afternoon for about 30 minutes and it completely perked me back up. You have to score every chance to nap, that you can. :sleep:

The KLOW blend is actually a pretty dark blue when you reconstitute and that's the GHK-Cu part of it. The GHK is what can sting but I found that if you do NOT pin it in your subQ belly area for me it doesn't happen. Instead, pin it subQ where the fat is 'thicker', for me that's my love handles or pinching a piece of my ass and doing it there. KLOW has saved me from torn tendons from armwrestling and my girl's (I call HarleyGirl) hips which flared up because she's in menopause atm. I attacked her menopause with black kohosh, KLOW, and some low dose Test with Estrogel and her bloodwork is great and she's smooth sailing again now (no hot flashes and mood is back to normal).

I love PIP haha. The only PIP that ever bothered me was GHK-Cu in my lower stomach fat and all it felt like was a bee sting so I just moved it to a thicker fatty area like rear lower back or a pinch off the vent glute area.

I always assumed that injecting steriods hurts, but i bet its probably not as painful as it sounds.

There was no way i'd be able to accurately track over the festive season. I can see how its common for people to fall of their diets during the holidays. Good thing this log will keep my honest!

Breakfast - Greek yogurt and protein powder
Morning Snack - Ice Coffee with collagen protein
Lunch/Small christmas event - Cheese, Crackers, deli meats ect (the standard cheese board)
Dinner - Chicken Wrap
Dessert - Small peice of carrot cake and cherry bakewell tart
Wasn't really able to accurately track my calories for today, considering the cheese board during lunch. Most of my meals were pretty standard. Sure i had some cake, but a very small amount, only to try a bite.

Today was a rest day, so i got in a walk early morning before it got too hot. The rest of the day was super hot and bright. The kind of heat that almost hurts to be in. So i just stayed inside and got some last minute pre-christmas stuff finished.

That happened to my girl HarleyGirl a few times. It will pass.
Choose a different spot. You're super lean so try and pinch some fat in your ventro glute or even glute and pin there.
I would also pin in the AM and not pre-bed so after pinning it you've got all day to move around and help it disperse, massage it lightly after too.

Drinks, Oysters, crayfish, prawns (shrimp for americans), ham, pulled pork, salads, cheese, dips, crackers and on and on.

Then Icecream, cheesecake, brownies and more drinks :p

Obviously, i couldnt eat a MOUNTAIN of food, due to the limitations of my stomach size 😁

Also, the Reta really makes me feel full super quick. So lots of the food was a small bite to try.

But i enjoyed christmas, and hope you did to!

I'm a cut and paster myself so just pointing out you can adjust this ⬆️. I'd keep the KLOW in the morning. HarleyGirl switched to mornings and now there's no issue.

Weighed in at 48kg. So not too much from my normal walking around weight. I slept HORRIBLE. I drank and ate way too much, but especially the bubbles. Champagne always gets me the next morning 🤢

I didn't track today, but i returned to a more normal eating routine. ITs the same sort of foods i always eat, so very likely within my 1600 average.

Breakfast - Green Protein Smoothie
Morning Snack - Quest Protein Bar (out shopping :giggle:)
Lunch - Half a chicken salad sandwhich
Afternoon Snack - Small piece of cake left over from christmas and some beef jerky (for protein ;))
Dinner - Half a continental roll

Still sort of in holiday mode. I like to ease in and out of the festive period, instead of restriction/binge/restriction.

Today was legs. Workout felt tough but good. I got this done early morning before i went hunting for boxing day sales! 🤑🤑

Yeah i unfortunately knew about that. Australia was no better. It seems most nations have an ugly history with racism.

When i said "what a time to be alive", i was being particular about being in cali in the 70's at venice beach. Im sure other places were horrible.

Oh gosh, the food all day was great. I wish i took photos, but i told myself i wouldnt do an update and tried to just switch off and enjoy the day.

The day started good with coffee and greek yogurt.

After that?

I had a rough nights sleep last night and early wake up this morning. So naturally I was pretty grouchy today 😡

I get in a horrible mood when i don’t get my sleep. Fingers crossed it’s better tonight 🤞

I had my final Christmas celebration (I think/hope) today, so another day of no tracking and way too much cheese!

Dinner - 2 eggs and cottage cheese

Was supposed to start the day with Pilates but the instructor was off so one of the gym trainers ran a stretch/mobility session. It was still pretty good and reminds me how important it is!

I feel like I have navigated the holiday season well. Normally I would be feeling guilty over my indulgence, around the holiday period. I think it’s normal for us all to enjoy this time of year. Remembering that a couple of days off the “routine” won’t undo all the hard work over the year is important to remember!

Another good daily update. My girl, HarleyGirl, had one bad reaction to KLOW and had a raised lump and red angry area on two occasions. We've been pinning her now for 6 weeks and it only happened twice so it does happen from time to time. The copper peptide in it will give you some grief some days and you'll find other days it's fine. It's the price of KLOW we pay. Luckily for me I never seem to get any sides from anything but what I'm hearing from you is very typical especially in low body fat females. Keep doing it first thing in AM and in the fattiest subQ part you can find.

It just my personal way I use Klow, others may differ. Not really right or wrong

I pin her every AM with same dose as you. 1mg/1mg/5mg/1mg of the BPC/TB/GHK/KPV in KLOW. Her hips were killing her for a while due to menopausal symptoms but after it's been about 8 weeks now and she's good to go. If I miss a shot even for a couple days she notices it so it's going to be daily until further notice, possibly until we can stop for a week it doesn't regress. It's a pretty common symptom of menopause apparently.

Her hot flashes were insane, wake up with soaked bed sheets (not the good kind of soaked :p) from sweat and overheating. Then she'd get cold and want me to turn the heat up LOL. I got her on high dose black cohosh supplement (and red clover supplement) and 7.5mg testosterone/week with an estrogel (estrogen) pump with 3 pumps a day and she's literally right back to normal now so so far so good!

Her estrogen came back in range and her testosterone came back in the high range (not out of range) and she feels great on it. I pin her testosterone using a long ester (enanthate) using a 25g 1" needle and she doesn't even feel it. The 7.5mg looks like almost nothing in the 1ml syringe hat I use but it's her perfect dose.

I also give her creatine gummies at 5g/day and a methylated multi vitamin for women including krill oil. I've gut her gut health in check too and now when she eats anything 'junky' it doesn't agree with her at all.

So to sum it up here is her menopause "cycle" LOL - it's working like magic so far:

7.5mg TestE/week
3.75mg Estrogen/day (= 3 pumps of 0.06% estradiol gel every day)
KLOW 10iu=8mg/day (1/1/5/1 in the AM so it includes activity and disperses throughout the day)
1.5g black cohosh/day (at night as it also helps with sleep)
2g red clover/day (at night too as it's a mild sedative)
5g creatine/day
1 multivitamin/day
Probiotics (30+ billion - one after each meal)

📝Week 9 - Day 3📝

I've been feeling tired today and run-down. I think all the social events and eating over christmas has caught up with me. Its good timing, as today i was back on the grind tracking my food. Even photographed most of it :LOL:

😋 Food 😋

I was home all day so i cooked all my food fresh. Its nice to be able to do that and not microwave something. The pizza was nothing fancy, just a flatbread with sauce, cheese and toppings. Not really pizza, but not a bad substitute.

Pre workout - rice cakes and Biscoff spread
Breakfast - eggs and cottage cheese
Lunch - homemade flat bread pizza pizza
Snack - jerky
Dinner - chicken and salad sandwich
Dessert - Protein pudding

The workout today was hard and felt like a grind. I did manage to have a great session though. Sometimes you have to work a little harder, and its good to push yourself through it! 💪
