Veteran Log 16 week Blast Cycle Log

Superdrol is my new fav. It can really cut you up at the end of a cycle. It also makes you feel like superman. I warn a lot of guys that Sdrol makes you really really strong. but the muscles or ligs cant handle it. They never listen and always tear something. Its hard not to tho. I went from 100lb dumb bells press for 4x20 reps to 120lb dbs fo 4x 20reps in 2 weeks. I blue a bit of my bursa doing so. But it was minor luckily

I just say this. Interesting idea. Wonder how hard it is on the liver though. Sdrol is already pretty bad. Ill be watching this log to see these results. Might be a new blend to make when we get those items in again! "Supranadrol" lol

Broski the test p is so good at 1g its not funny,I feel really good but yeah 7 shots a week has my legs a little corked up so I started hitting my delts with 3/4 of a mil each side lol was a bit different to the quad shots as im not used to them yet but I will be very soon.

Im with you my friend,nothing packs the punch of 50mg superdrol preworkout and when I first tried it I knew it was true luv then and there lol I basically forgot about dbols existence and poor ana was put on the sideline for a little bit...till I learned the valuable lesson of supadrol which is what you mentioned in knowing your limits and not going to crazy cose your right you will destroy you tendons and ligaments and 2 weeks pounding your liver hard with that shit is plenty cose it mega toxic for me I just run heaps liver support and hope for the best😉

Hell yeah lev...triceps have been through a few sets this week they are pumping hard with the abombs again...I walked in to the supermarket yesterday and some punk out the front says in a real puss boy voice "excuse me sir but your arms are absolutely huge"....made me stop and look into his eyes and say "shut the fuck up they aint near big enough and walked off....I dont no if he was fucking with me or not my arms would be 18 inch at most😀

When I start blast in january I'm gonna give ED pinning a go actually..and was listening to an ifbb pro talk about that he does ED pinning of test prop at 700mg week

Yeah everyday pinning test prop is ideal bro im really enjoying just running a gram of test for past few weeks and I also started pinning my delts which is good for the quads because the 7 big shots per week start to build up to much scare tissue after awile.

Probably a good idea 😂.

Lay back on a normal bench and use your core to curl your hips and knees toward your chest, like bring your hips off the ground knees up to your head do it nice and controlled and you should feel it like mad in your lower abs.

22.5kg per side is heavy as fuck with the super slow reps and you dont relax at the bottom whilst alternating the other rep you gotta hold it at bottom 💪

I forgot to mention i went to my old gym.last night and done the hammer strength shoulder press lev,it sits you low and back on an incline so 100kg felt nice and light while using 3-1-4 tempo...fucking beast mode baby lets go im already old man cant stop pushing or I'll cry like Ronnie did about not lifting as much as I could🦍🔥💪😉
 
This is why the ability to upload training footage next year will be such a great additional to EVO. For all we know this guy might be moving 100kg like I move 20kg. The weight isn't the inherent risk here!

Yes my friend its not really anything knew for me I have lifted more,these weights arnt for me to sound or look good i know 20yr old lads that are natural liftes at my gym who lift this sort of weight i got good motivation all around me😉
