Female Log Female Log - HGH, Anavar and Retatrutide

It just my personal way I use Klow, others may differ. Not really right or wrong
Hmm. Now I’m confused. Do I need to “cycle off” it?
I pin her every AM with same dose as you. 1mg/1mg/5mg/1mg of the BPC/TB/GHK/KPV in KLOW. Her hips were killing her for a while due to menopausal symptoms but after it's been about 8 weeks now and she's good to go. If I miss a shot even for a couple days she notices it so it's going to be daily until further notice, possibly until we can stop for a week it doesn't regress. It's a pretty common symptom of menopause apparently.

Her hot flashes were insane, wake up with soaked bed sheets (not the good kind of soaked :p) from sweat and overheating. Then she'd get cold and want me to turn the heat up LOL. I got her on high dose black cohosh supplement (and red clover supplement) and 7.5mg testosterone/week with an estrogel (estrogen) pump with 3 pumps a day and she's literally right back to normal now so so far so good!

Her estrogen came back in range and her testosterone came back in the high range (not out of range) and she feels great on it. I pin her testosterone using a long ester (enanthate) using a 25g 1" needle and she doesn't even feel it. The 7.5mg looks like almost nothing in the 1ml syringe hat I use but it's her perfect dose.

I also give her creatine gummies at 5g/day and a methylated multi vitamin for women including krill oil. I've gut her gut health in check too and now when she eats anything 'junky' it doesn't agree with her at all.

So to sum it up here is her menopause "cycle" LOL - it's working like magic so far:

7.5mg TestE/week
3.75mg Estrogen/day (= 3 pumps of 0.06% estradiol gel every day)
KLOW 10iu=8mg/day (1/1/5/1 in the AM so it includes activity and disperses throughout the day)
1.5g black cohosh/day (at night as it also helps with sleep)
2g red clover/day (at night too as it's a mild sedative)
5g creatine/day
1 multivitamin/day
Probiotics (30+ billion - one after each meal)

I’m not quite sure if I’m actually peri-menopause yet or if it’s just the normal passing of time.

I have a couple of friends who have 'traded' in as such - not really because they wanted to unfortunately their wives didn't want to get checked, turned into full psycho's and decided to throw their relationship away.
 
📝Week 9 - Day 2📝

I had a rough nights sleep last night and early wake up this morning. So naturally I was pretty grouchy today 😡

I get in a horrible mood when i don’t get my sleep. Fingers crossed it’s better tonight 🤞

😋 Food 😋

I had my final Christmas celebration (I think/hope) today, so another day of no tracking and way too much cheese!

Pre Pilates - White coffee
Breakfast - one piece protein toast with cottage cheese
Morning tea - iced coffee
Lunch - cheese and crackers, deli meats and salads
Post lunch - piece of cake
Dinner - 2 eggs and cottage cheese

Should be back to normal tommorrow (I think/hope 😆). Nothing else planned until new years 🎉

💪Exercise💪

Was supposed to start the day with Pilates but the instructor was off so one of the gym trainers ran a stretch/mobility session. It was still pretty good and reminds me how important it is!

Also made sure to do an after dinner walk to get my minimum 8k steps in.

Realised I do have another red mark from yesterdays KLOW jab. Today's doesn't have a mark but has been bothering me most of the day! Ouch!

I suppose this is just the price to pay for great skin!

I feel like I have navigated the holiday season well. Normally I would be feeling guilty over my indulgence, around the holiday period. I think it’s normal for us all to enjoy this time of year. Remembering that a couple of days off the “routine” won’t undo all the hard work over the year is important to remember!
Do you ever take de-loads from training? Whenever my sleep is poor more than a few nights in a row, I take it as sign that CNS fatigue and inflammation is high. During my de-load (usually every 6-7 weeks) I just do 1 working set per exercise and can usually go heavier for that set (so progress is still made). You might be due one to wash off some fatigue since you’ve been dieting and are lean :)

Yes it obviously goes both ways. Lots of women also leave the guys if he doesnt look after himself.

Thats actually a very good idea. I dont remember the last time i did a de-load. I was going to go from this log immediately into my next bulking log.

It might be a good idea to take a week off?

It seemed to go away after starting the reta - assumed the reta helped the inflammation. But today that pain is back. Hopefully it won't stay so will monitor!

Its very easy to eat a whole packet of them. They come in a packet of 9-10, so its an easy 1000 calories (110 calories per cookie). Im proud I managed only one!

Hit my first notable PR. Got 50kg on the squats today. Only managed 4 reps, but i've never been this strong while this lean 💪

Machine leg press (narrow stance) 97kg x 10 (3 sets)
Machine calf raise 109kg x 10 (3 sets)

Noticed a mark from I think Saturdays KLOW injection (the one that bothered me all day). Weird that it left no mark that day then comes up with a mark and lump today. Just when i feel like i figured it all out, something changes :ROFLMAO:

So I’ve been thinking more and more about a deload week. I don’t remember the last time I took any time off exercise, and it could be something that I would benefit from.

I’m undecided on if I do it soon or wait until this 12 week log is finished.

I was pretty busy all dag. It’s amazing how much that affects your appetite. If you’re doing stuff and have errands, you can quickly realise it’s been hours since you last ate. Sitting down all day doing nothing, almost makes you hungrier 😩

Today was back. I immediately felt it on my first set on my first exercise. That was possibly from the RDLs yesterday. Still pushed through and got it done!

BB bent over rows 30kg x 6 (4 sets)
Assisted band pull ups (purple) x 8 (4 sets)
Machine close grip row 30kg x 6 (3 sets)
Machine close grip underhand pull downs 25kg x 10 3 sets
Cable straight arm push down 20kg x 10, 23kg x 10, 8

9k steps. Not bad!

Bad injection for the KLOW today and hip still bothering me. Not enough to take painkillers but enough to bother me! Like a bee sting.

Does injectable steroids hurt this bad? From the outside it seems like it would.

Maybe have and de-load week and then start the bulk off strong so you’re fresh to hit PRs? If you have the time/ funds for it, maybe consider soft tissue work? I get tight hip flexors too and get them dry needled every 4-6 weeks. I can always get better ROM on my leg press and squats after.
 
For sure we need one 100% :D the more we can refer to the better for EVO brothers and sisters @HarleyGuy

I couldnt find any mark tonight when i went looking. I think sometimes it just randomly stings. The morning shot, in a fattier part of my but, definately helps, but isnt 100% effective.

Im sure you guys get a random sore shot every now and then?

Im not sure if i will. I've been thinking of a low dose Clen, which sounds counter productive, but every time i've used clen, it makes me stronger.

I didnt track my macros, but i kept an eye on my food. I feel like i have a good intiution when it comes to eating. I know when enough is enough and when to stop.

The reta helps. Its absolutely incredible, the way its turned food from such a focus of mine, to almost an afterthought.

I couldnt find any mark tonight when i went looking. I think sometimes it just randomly stings. The morning shot, in a fattier part of my but, definately helps, but isnt 100% effective.

Im sure you guys get a random sore shot every now and then?

Im not sure if i will. I've been thinking of a low dose Clen, which sounds counter productive, but every time i've used clen, it makes me stronger.

I didnt track my macros, but i kept an eye on my food. I feel like i have a good intiution when it comes to eating. I know when enough is enough and when to stop.

Find the most tender spot in your hip and start pinning the KLOW exactly there for a couple weeks. Push down on the subQ fat to get it as close to the sore area as possible.

Went out to ikea for the day, hence the meatballs for lunch and the 10k steps. I've been saying, that shopping is great cardio! :LOL:

My weigh in is tommorrow, but since i gymed this morning, i took some progress pics. I can tell my back is coming in very lean. Although my legs and but feel like they have shrunk a fair bit.

Im not a fan of the popular style of gymwear that really shapes and lifts your figure. To some degree it feels like a real life filter. So obviously my outfit doesnt do me any favours 😅

Back to macro tracking. I ordered the kids meatballs from the ikea kitchen. Its was the best macro friendly option. I didnt want to bring a lunch with me. When in rome (or sweeden).

I had another good deep sleep last night. I feel like the HGH definately puts me in a super deep sleep, like beyond REM sleep. I do get woken up during the night, but even when i do, i fall right back into that almost coma like state.

I really wish this compound was more freely available. The more i look into it, the more benefits it seems to have for everything. I dont really understand the history behind why these things were originally invented, and why they've got the classification they have now. I'd be interested to learn!

I got the idea off of @FattyAU and it's pretty genius if you ask me. It worked for him if you check how much weight he dropped and how his lower belly fat is, like, gone.... flat, tight, and abs, just gone.

Today it wasn't that spicy so give me another couple days and I'll let you know if I think you can do 5mg into your loose skin/lower belly fat. I think for you I'll suggest 2.5mg and we go from there. You'll want to pin it in the AM so if it's bugging you at least you're awake for it, otherwise one night it literally kept me awake. Remember what I'm doing is solo GHK-Cu along with the KLOW elsewhere but your dose for KLOW will have the 5mg in it so you might be able to start pinning the KLOW directly into the loose skin and kill two birds with one stone.

Will report back tomorrow, stay tuned as I just started. If it's only annoying to me I'm going to assume it might be really bothersome to someone not used to pain and/or only 100lbs so I'll pin in the most sensitive spot for me tomorrow and let you know.

My ideas are at times a bit too woo-woo for some (so take them with a grain of salt) but re: loose skin, it’s possible that some of it may be a bit of fluid retention in the midsection which gives a ‘watery’ look. The culprit if often artificial sweeteners (e.g. in protein bars) and the preservatives/ thickeners/ stabilisers/ emulsifiers added to food. Unfortunately these additives are in almost all food that’s undergone some kind of processing these days… I’m not suggesting cutting it all out, but just something to be mindful of :)

Sometimes imbalances in sodium and electrolyte (potassium) intake can also contribute to a ‘watery’ look and make skin appear looser or more puffy. I personally like to track mine and keep my sodium and potassium intake equal (3500mg of each) for that reason.

Girl, with your body, i'd take on ANY advice you had for me :p

Thats not "woo-woo" at all. I think thats a pretty mainsteam opinion that would have alot of traditional evidence to back up. It also make sense alot of practical sense when you think about what the role of an emulsifier is.

📝Week 10 - Day 1 - Weight 46.8kg📝

Had my weekly weigh in and was suprised to see 46.8kg. Thats a pretty big drop from last week. I guess the christmas weight came off fast! Sleep was good and deep last night, but got woken earlier than I'd like. :cry:

Breakfast for dinner is always the best idea. Anytime i haven't thought of something to cook, eggs and bacon is the way to go. I always have portions of short cut bacon frozen, ready to go!

Injected KLOW into loose skin on my stomach as suggested by one @HarleyGuy . I was expecting it to be super painful but it was nothing! A bit of an ache a few hours later but nothing bad.

Im going to alternate between the skin around my stomach and my hip. The hip pain has already gone, but ill keep it up just in case!

Its good to see some new female members.

Shout out to @Alice_In_Ironland . Her detail is incredible. She tracks absolutely everything, such a pro! Her figure is absolutely amazing!

Also @Iron_rose1 . From her log, shes been through alot medically. It takes alot of strength to go through all that, and still be fighting! She's definately going to have a great 2026!

And @queenbee87 . Working mums will always get my respect. Balancing your health, while you look after everyone around you, is a herculean task. Mums are tough, so she can handle it!

Injected KLOW into loose skin on my stomach as suggested by one @HarleyGuy . I was expecting it to be super painful but it was nothing! A bit of an ache a few hours later but nothing bad.

Im going to alternate between the skin around my stomach and my hip. The hip pain has already gone, but ill keep it up just in case!

Really nice update to the log as usual.
I have a ton of respect and admiration for all our Evo Family sisters as i am sure do the rest of the Evo community.
It is far more difficult to dance the PEDs, food, training, peptide and supplements line with the lack of support, real knowledge and prejudices that are usually associated with it for women.
The more sisters we can get supporting each other and the Evo Family in general the better in my personal opinion.
With a wife, sisters, daughters and a grand daughter in my life, I can only pray that they always get the support they require outside of the family zone with community's like we have within the Evo Family.

I have a couple of friends who have 'traded' in as such - not really because they wanted to unfortunately their wives didn't want to get checked, turned into full psycho's and decided to throw their relationship away.
That’s what happened to me. I would’ve stayed married until I died. My wife (admittedly) lost her mind. I generally do date reasonably younger women now but that’s not really a conscious effort. So far, every mid-40s woman I’ve connected with has been single and available for good reasons. It’s a jungle out there

Had my weekly weigh in and was suprised to see 46.8kg. Thats a pretty big drop from last week. I guess the christmas weight came off fast! Sleep was good and deep last night, but got woken earlier than I'd like. :cry:

Good macros today. And great work encouraging the other female sisters and giving them shoutouts. You're becoming a leader on here.

So I pinned my GHK-Cu 5mg in front middle and loose skin area of lower belly fat this morning and so far so good. I would call it 'mildly nagging'. It used to be so bad (maybe once every 3 days) that it would keep me awake but like you say I think we get used to it.

I'd start pushing it from left to right and then starting over left to right across all your loose skin. We would be the 2nd and 3rd experiment on here with @FattyAU being the first.

If you really wanted to blast it you could keep the KLOW going in your subQ glutes and run GHK-Cu solo into your loose skin.

Update on belly fat GHK-Cu pin: after pinning at 07:00 it’s now 15:34 (3:34pm) and that shot is now burning. My last two shots are only a very mild burn, barely noticeable. I would describe it as a ‘good’ burn and it’s not bothering me at all. I tell myself it’s tightening up my skin and ‘burning’ the fat off. It’s a mild burn you almost want to scratch if you pay attention to it but if I’m moving around it’s not noticeable at all.

I’d bet you can go full throttle now with your KLOW this way and just know the burning kicks in about 6-8 hours later and lasts (but fades) over a day (2 days max).

Keep us posted on the experiment.

I had another good deep sleep last night. I feel like the HGH definately puts me in a super deep sleep, like beyond REM sleep. I do get woken up during the night, but even when i do, i fall right back into that almost coma like state.

I really wish this compound was more freely available. The more i look into it, the more benefits it seems to have for everything. I dont really understand the history behind why these things were originally invented, and why they've got the classification they have now. I'd be interested to learn!

I think it’s easy for people to assume Australia is a foreign place.

I’ve been to lots of “first world” countries, and I can tell you, they are all pretty much the same.

We got Starbucks, Costco, ikea, every major fast food chain, Krispy Kreme, 7/11 and the list goes on.

Our cities are all pretty much layed out the same.

Big central business district with sprawling suburbia.

The biggest difference between America and Australia (as we are culturally, ethnically and politically very similar), is that we are very self depreciating, while American tend to take themselves more seriously.

There is an interesting phenomenon when Australian CEO’s move to America, they don’t really fit into that corporate culture and vice versa.

We like to laugh at ourselves and Americans typically hate that.

I’ve always done sport or some sort of exercise since high school. So I think I have a generally high fitness level.

I also like being in the gym. It’s fun. So some higher volume doesn’t brother me, I’m in my happy place 😍

@Sheshredz the training looks fantastic. I like the machine leg press and I like the machine calf raises. You certainly are killing it. The KLOW I'm sure is looking really good. You're using a huge dosage 10 IUs WOW!

I think it’s easy for people to assume Australia is a foreign place.

I’ve been to lots of “first world” countries, and I can tell you, they are all pretty much the same.

We got Starbucks, Costco, ikea, every major fast food chain, Krispy Kreme, 7/11 and the list goes on.

Our cities are all pretty much layed out the same.

Big central business district with sprawling suburbia.

The biggest difference between America and Australia (as we are culturally, ethnically and politically very similar), is that we are very self depreciating, while American tend to take themselves more seriously.

There is an interesting phenomenon when Australian CEO’s move to America, they don’t really fit into that corporate culture and vice versa.

We like to laugh at ourselves and Americans typically hate that.

@Sheshredz the training looks fantastic. I like the machine leg press and I like the machine calf raises. You certainly are killing it. The KLOW I'm sure is looking really good. You're using a huge dosage 10 IUs WOW!
Well its 10 IU's on the peptide pen. I reconned the vial with 3ml of bac water, and then put it into the peptide pen cart. So it would be like pulling an insulin pin to the 10 mark. I forgot the mcg/mg dose of each, its probably in an earlier post :p

This happened to me too. It does subside. It's been only about a week now and it's getting less and less every day. It's a worthwhile experiment if you can hack it.
Its like it keeps you accountable.

Had my weekly weigh in and was suprised to see 46.8kg. Thats a pretty big drop from last week. I guess the christmas weight came off fast! Sleep was good and deep last night, but got woken earlier than I'd like. :cry:

Injected KLOW into loose skin on my stomach as suggested by one @HarleyGuy . I was expecting it to be super painful but it was nothing! A bit of an ache a few hours later but nothing bad.

Im going to alternate between the skin around my stomach and my hip. The hip pain has already gone, but ill keep it up just in case!

So i've been rotating the KLOW and it seemed fine. I did my morning shot in my belly, nothing. Then about 4-5 hours later it started aching. This peptide is so weird :LOL:. It's like its adapting to my problems, then creating new ones to keep me guessing!

If your doing the incline press it's gonna be harder. If you wanna see how the 15kg feels try it on the flat bench for a rep just to feel the weight.

Went out to ikea for the day, hence the meatballs for lunch and the 10k steps. I've been saying, that shopping is great cardio! :LOL:

My weigh in is tommorrow, but since i gymed this morning, i took some progress pics. I can tell my back is coming in very lean. Although my legs and but feel like they have shrunk a fair bit.

Im not a fan of the popular style of gymwear that really shapes and lifts your figure. To some degree it feels like a real life filter. So obviously my outfit doesnt do me any favours 😅

I had another good deep sleep last night. I feel like the HGH definately puts me in a super deep sleep, like beyond REM sleep. I do get woken up during the night, but even when i do, i fall right back into that almost coma like state.

I really wish this compound was more freely available. The more i look into it, the more benefits it seems to have for everything. I dont really understand the history behind why these things were originally invented, and why they've got the classification they have now. I'd be interested to learn!

The kodiak protein pancakes were on sale at costco, so i had to stock up. I was thinking i would get lunch at the food court, but nothing interested me, so i got some "steak bars".

💪Exercise💪

Today was push day. Not sure when I'll be able to get the 15kg DBs for chest press. It's a big jump from 12.5kg to 15kg each side! I plan to just keep at this until it's easy. Had the energy to include another exercise, because why not!?

Incline DB chest press 12.5kg x 8 (4 sets)
Incline DB chest fly 6kg x 8, 10, 10, 10
Seated DB shoulder press 10kg x 10 (4 sets)
Standing DB lat raises 5kg x 10, 10. 6kg x 8, 8

So i've been rotating the KLOW and it seemed fine. I did my morning shot in my belly, nothing. Then about 4-5 hours later it started aching. This peptide is so weird :LOL:. It's like its adapting to my problems, then creating new ones to keep me guessing!

If your doing the incline press it's gonna be harder. If you wanna see how the 15kg feels try it on the flat bench for a rep just to feel the weight.

I’ve been to lots of Asia. Asia has big mix of very fancy and developed (Singapore and Japan), and still developing (Vietnam, Indonesia ect)

I went to a Vietnam war tour in Vietnam and was the only person able to fit in the viet-cong tunnels 🤣

No plans for Africa, and probably not anytime soon. It’s always a little dicey over there.

📝Week 10 - Day 1 - Weight 46.8kg📝

Had my weekly weigh in and was suprised to see 46.8kg. Thats a pretty big drop from last week. I guess the christmas weight came off fast! Sleep was good and deep last night, but got woken earlier than I'd like. :cry:

😋 Food 😋

Breakfast for dinner is always the best idea. Anytime i haven't thought of something to cook, eggs and bacon is the way to go. I always have portions of short cut bacon frozen, ready to go!

Breakfast - Flat White coffee
Morning Snack - Yoghurt bowl with granola and apple
Lunch - Toasted cheese sandwich and beef and vege soup
Afternoon Snack - Cheese and crackers, small chocolate

I also ordered a walking pad to help hit my steps on days i don't get alot in. Hopefully it comes soon! :p

Injected KLOW into loose skin on my stomach as suggested by one @HarleyGuy . I was expecting it to be super painful but it was nothing! A bit of an ache a few hours later but nothing bad.

Im going to alternate between the skin around my stomach and my hip. The hip pain has already gone, but ill keep it up just in case!

Also @Iron_rose1 . From her log, shes been through alot medically. It takes alot of strength to go through all that, and still be fighting! She's definately going to have a great 2026!

And @queenbee87 . Working mums will always get my respect. Balancing your health, while you look after everyone around you, is a herculean task. Mums are tough, so she can handle it!

The day started off good, i was tracking and everything was going smooth. Workout was good, food finally had some instagram worthy food :LOL:

But dinner was a birthday function and untrackable, and especially dessert, so i gave up 😅

Breakfast - Overnight weetbix. - Americans; weetbix is a wheat based cereal, shape into bar. You usually just eat them in a bowl with milk.

How you eat your weetbix, is a point of great debate in our nation. Do you crush them up immediately and eat them like wheat flakes? Do you slowly chip away at each bar? Do you add fruit, yogurt, what kind of milk? Its a big deal here.

The common healthy person thing is to make overnight ones, like overnight oats. So similar concept.

Morning Snack - Flat white coffee
Lunch - Chicken, rice, lentils, quinoa and greens

Dinner - Pasta bakes, dinner rolls and salad.

This is when i all went south. I made a plate and ate it. It wasnt very large, but i really could accurately guess the calories or macros. It was a portion size that i would normally eat, so i can only assume in within my average daily. It was homemade, and yummy, so i can assume alot of oil :ROFLMAO:

Pre-bed - Choc Mint loaded Brownie. Americans again; We have a quintessential cookie called the "Mint Slice". Its a round cookie with a peppermint layer, covered in chocolate. Very good. The person who made the dessert at the dinner i was at made a brownie, filled with cut up mint slice cookies, with a mint layer (just like the cookie), a chocolate top (just like the cookie) with more crushed up mint slice cookies on top.

I had a small piece, but lord knows how many calories was in that little bite of heaven

My straight up GHK-Cu pins into my stomach fat loose skin are now super manageable. One day it will sting slightly more and some days nothing. For me the body really is getting used to it. I wouldn't obsess about the red mark or itching it's just part of how the body reacts to copper in 'thin' subQ areas. Let's keep the stomach loose skin experiment going!

Pre-bed - Choc Mint loaded Brownie. Americans again; We have a quintessential cookie called the "Mint Slice". Its a round cookie with a peppermint layer, covered in chocolate. Very good. The person who made the dessert at the dinner i was at made a brownie, filled with cut up mint slice cookies, with a mint layer (just like the cookie), a chocolate top (just like the cookie) with more crushed up mint slice cookies on top.

I had a small piece, but lord knows how many calories was in that little bite of heaven

💪Exercise💪

Workout felt good and I knew I taxed myself at the beginning because my last exercise I couldn't get my usual 10 reps. This is my best squat for a long time. Its not alot of weight for you guys, but this is over my bodyweight!

BB squat 50kg x 5 (4 sets)
BB good mornings x 10 (3 sets)
Machine hip abduction 45kg x 10 (3 sets)
Machine hip adduction 20kg x 10, 10, 8
Machine leg extension 23kg x 8 (3 sets)

Got in my 8k steps! Walking pad is "shipped", but wont land for a while.

Yesterday's KLOW injection in my stomach brought up a random red mark today and is itchy. I think sometimes the copper must take a while to absorb, thus the delayed reaction?:unsure:

My straight up GHK-Cu pins into my stomach fat loose skin are now super manageable. One day it will sting slightly more and some days nothing. For me the body really is getting used to it. I wouldn't obsess about the red mark or itching it's just part of how the body reacts to copper in 'thin' subQ areas. Let's keep the stomach loose skin experiment going!

The needle tip itself doesn’t hurt too much, it’s like a little scratch. I assume it’s the same for intramuscular. I don’t imagine there is a ton of nerves deep in the muscle.

You should try it for your gh. No huge benefit but could be fun.
Might be a very small amount of soreness afterwards since your muscles aren't used to it.

She could use a 30g 1" pin and do her GH into the delt and @Sheshredz you'll see you feel nothing at all, there's no nerves at all. The only spot you have to know what you're doing are the more exotic ones like quads and calves/biceps etc.

You'll probably just start with Anavar 2.5's but if you ever come over to the dark side you could get away with rotating ED microdosing of glutes/ventro glutes/delts (all 3 heads of the delts) and have 10 different sites to rotate in the easiest to pin areas with a 30g 1" and feel nada, zilch, nothing, zero.
