Me to....I put the pushdowns towards the end as im strong in that excerice or else I lift the whole stack if I do it at start.....but to be honest I owe it all to lazy chicks aka starfish's as we like to call them here in Oz,the countless hours of being over them in Bridge position with triceps locked in while they just stare at you looking goofey lol thats where triceps are really made!!!I like the straight bar and cable pushdowns to finish. Thats a good sturdy amount of tren ace to run i like it, bro I had a similar experience to you i didnt quite get the same bang as NPP but sleep was great,put weight on fast but when I cranked it to 400mg at around week 6 we'll yeah the next 3 weeks probably wasnt needed as I got insomnia bad which is no good for work.I'm at 40mg ED for Tren A right now and the only sides I'm experiencing is a bump in BP and getting a bit hypo now and again at work if I go to long between meals.
At the same time no real jump in gym performance, but man have I packed on the weight and my body composition has really filled out.
Still lookn to see if there's a sweet spot where I get all the good with none of the bad.

Yeah everyday pinning test prop is ideal bro im really enjoying just running a gram of test for past few weeks and I also started pinning my delts which is good for the quads because the 7 big shots per week start to build up to much scare tissue after awile.
