I do get hungry between meals I eat spinach with mustard on it that my snack rarely i mean maybe 2 times in 14 week prep will I eat anything other then what's on the list im dead serious u break prep once u will keep doing it just what ive seen .

Carbs around 280g
Fats around 85g
Around 3000 cal

Monday AM : chest , 30 min cardio
PM: abs , calves ,45 min cardio

Tuesday AM: back,30 min cardio
PM: 1hr cardio

Wednesday AM: shoulders, traps
30 min cardio
PM: abs ,45min cardio

Thursday AM: Quads ,hams 30 min cardio
PM: Calves, 45 min cardio

Friday AM: Triceps , abs, 30 min cardio
PM: Biceps 1hr cardio

Saturday AM : chest ,30 min cardio
PM: Calves, 45 min cardio

Sunday Am : back ,30 min cardio

I'm Canadian 110% ill update every day u will join me on this hellish journey but I fucking love it I will do the things other won't I will qualifying for pro card in 10 weeks and my training is retarded I black out and almost every day that's the truth I didn't think anyone gave a shit and I still gave 110% nowvi got back up this is awesome im getting pumped thinking about it im going to train i work at gym never closed Evo family much love
 
Ive been alone i have no friends and people don't like training around me cause everything is light weight baby but even my coach dropped me cause of how I train and im to serious he said lol to serious im telling u guys like I told everyone else im either going to win or die trying that's not a joke u will all see i didn't know there was other people that loved this sport its scary I feel like I need to step it up I have people to influence now Canadian 110% fucking ahhh

As for now it doesn't seem believable that he wanted to charge you $50 and with no email receipt I can't follow up except to ask @Fusion Canada about this. I will check on your story and be in touch.

What email you using? We have a standard shipping price. 20$ bc-mb and 30$ on-nl. It might have just been a typo overlooked so im sure its just a misunderstanding with whoever youre working with

I still havent gotten an email from you brother but i will say this. Make sure its me first and then ill take care of you. Its not even the 50$ i worry about. Its just if its not one of the team here I dont want you getting bunk shit. I worry about that the most. Most labs are screwing people over and its disgusting. So just be careful my man
