Daily thoughts - Pre game on
I tried hard today to keep my food in check but a lack of options kind of de-railed that a little today.
Training was great though I am looking forward to getting back to my own gym.
So a viewpoint:
I have been training in gyms since I was 16, so I've seen 1 or 2 things. I am amazed and disappointed by the number of young people who will seek what they think is the easy path to an the physique they are looking for.
Lifting to me was initially for other sports, then as life pressures of work, kids, money ect. came along it was about my mental health without me even knowing it. Iron Therapy was vital for me to be balanced in the other things I did, again without realising it.
I have many friends over the years who I have trained with, talked with and interacted with over the iron. It's a life style choice I embraced years ago.
I was introduced to the Evo Family last year in March and I have never, ever know a community like it. March was also when I started TRT and was the first time I have ever taken any performance enhancing substance that wasn't Gatorade

.
I love the science and how my body responds to it. I am by no means knowledgeable about many aspects of this lifestyle despite being involved in it for nearly 40 years. My nutrition is very so-so, I am only on my 2nd cycle and my training style needs to modify as I get older. But what I do have is an open mind, an Evo Family who are willing, and able, to help me achieve my next goal and a thousand questions

Back to young people. Many, not all, do not immerse themselves in the lifestyle preferring to seek a quick fix and even worse a free quick fix. They see it all as exciting to start with then inevitably drift off when things take too long, or the next idea distracts them.
Whilst logging is not everyone's "thing", the opportunity that they miss by not learning, asking, or just training in different ways is still disappointing to watch.
Here is hoping that things change.
Much Love Evo Fam
