interesting how a TRT clinic is a real issue in AU just like other countries
easy to get alcohol but hard to get TRT and the prices are crazy for TRT and red tape too

Just finished @Iron_rose1 . Good stuff. I love the Reta. Absolute gamechanger!
Half way through this one now.
I thought it would be a good one based on @Iron_rose1 's log and she has not disappointed! It's really interesting hearing from someone with a science/medical background talk about this stuff, particularly what she went through with her condition. Love the talk about inflammation and stress and how it affects women in particular. I'll be getting my wife to listen to this for sure.
Listened to @Iron_rose1 episode today. Great perspective that I hadn’t thought of. It really made me think about how each one of us is basically doing an N=1 experiment on ourselves.

Must admit from the logs I have read is aussies do kind of do massive swings, from people abusing drugs and alcohol, having their lives turned upside down, pushing through marking changes it's no wonder these boys are picking a lot of us up to jump on and share our story's.
