@LevButlerov . Man on bench I cant do more than 8 at this time no matter how hard try I have to take a break after 8-9 reps... but i will eventually get there. On shoulder shrugs I could have i just forgot. Getting another mri done of the shoulder just to make sure I didnt tear anything back up coz I feel like I am hitting an platue with the amount of weight I can lift with left arm. It may be too soon but not leaving it to chance.

you need to lower the weight and not work on shoulder too much

Theses numbers don't lie bro. Amazing. I love the visceral fat reduction the most. I hope you're very proud of yourself because I remember when you joined and your pics are night and day now.

I am able to do pull ups and chin ups also. Going to try working front delts, rear delts tomorrow

I agree with @LevButlerov here go super slow. I think you're doing a bit too much with the shoulder atm. No jerky movements or anything heavy at least.
Between T3 and T4 which one is better for getting metabolism going?? Or can they be used combined??
Hardly ever needed, neither of them.

Thank you for all your encouragement and guidance as always. Oh yeah I am not running anything besides basic TRT (150mg/week) and 50mg/weekly of Deca at the moment. I just order stuff to have it on hand so when needed during a cycle it is handy and I do not have to wait.

Got an MRI scheduled for coming Monday for my shoulder just to make sure I didnt fuck shit up in it. So keeping my fingers crossed. Coz technically I was advised not to start lifting by the Evo family, doc, and my physio but my ass just couldn't sit and chill. I feel like I am hitting a platue with my weights on the right arm and shoulder, thst is one of the indicators that I may have torn it again hence getting in front of it, chances are slim to none but I rather be sure.

100% get a full MRI done and let us know how it goes once you receive the results. I'd stay off the shoulder as much as you're capable of without going mental because I understand the mental aspect of needing to train.

I mean inhave been lifting lightly since week 5 or 6 of the surgery like 1lb for front delts raises and bicep curls with 10-15 lbs dumbells or machine curls and lat pulldowns after week 7 or so... but I bet if there happens to be a tear itnwoukd not be because of the lifting it would be because my ass fell twice a week after the surgery trying to clean amd sweep.my living room before my kiddo got there. Hey Evo family what are some good apps which help with workout routine and tips on excersizes to do for specific muscle group and track it. All your guidance and advice is as always appreciated.

I have something which is very basic I feel like i need something more advanced to help me add more diversity in my workout
 
@LevButlerov man I am realizing that after dinner waiting 2 hrs to pin hgh and going v to bed, I am waking up hungry in middle of night, is that normal or any suggestions on how to make it better so I am not so hungry? Please advise.
Drink 1 tbps of psyllium husk before bed, wait 10min drink a protein shake, see if this helps :D

I had just 1 lbs dumbell in my right arm. The left arm was usual weight. I will avoid it, today was the first day using this app so was learning I believe I will do custom workouts and avoid overhead excersizes. @LevButlerov

Ok so dinner, then wait 2 hrs and pin hgh and then drink protein shake but I thought hgh has to be pinned pretty much with no food in belly for 2-3hrs? Please clarify @LevButlerov
You can do dinner wait 2 hours pin hgh, wait 1 hour and do protein psyllium
 
So i attempted to reconstitute slu pp 332, I used 0.5ml dmso and 2.5 bac water. This is what came out as. I habe not pinned it but was trying to practice this reconstitution process as it is different from. The norm. Is it suppose to be like milky white?? If not where did I go wrong? @LevButlerov

This is sort of the norm but I wouldn't use this, it's not actually reconstituted, you used what kind of dmso? its not sterile i'm sure @rayray01

I think you make valid points for sure :D @Warthog61 but you're going off last 10-20 posts, while @rayray01 has about 900 posts+ in this log and more in another, he has about 2000+ conversational posts and discussions with me. You would need to review them all to understand his personality :D like I said EVO family respect for you trying to help, but this is a bit more detailed.

I guess we are looking at it differently as i have followed him from the start as well.

Ordering what we do weekly is adding to the risk. Its not a concern of his stock, its the logistical risk i would be worried about. I am more than aware of his personality. Best i just dont voice my opinion it seems
 
Yea I do get excited pr watch pr read something an order it and at times just purchase what if scenario random stuff as well. I would say 98% of the stuff I habe ordered is in hope that I may use it one day but who knows when and if I will. It is my personality to collect stuff when I get into things. Like if I showed you guys my shoe collection you would be like damn man... like close to 80 pair in all different colors and style amd in all honesty I wear only 3 or 4 of them. But to understand your concern @Warthog61 you are saying itnis dangerous to order one or two things at a time... ?? But in all honesty I never plan to purchase it, I would be on the site and get click happy. Even now I have 4-5 items in the cart. Thst is just how I shop. Lil bit here and lil bit there, but I appreciate you bringing it to my attention.i will be more mindful of it. But let's not jinx things lol Good vibes only. Good karma only.

Plus between usps, bunch of crap I ordered from random sites and Amazon and peptides orders, I have deliveries coming every day. My ass does not enjoy shopping in the mall and stores anymore. Even my fruits and meats are delivered at home. I leave only for gym or to go over to mom's and when my kid is here I take her places or doc.office of i have to, other than that bruh I have become a total hermit post covid. havent even been to the office since 2020 Jan. My life is totally chill, in pajamas and t shirt most of the time.

That accutane is going to solve your acne issues almost definitely and possibly permanently. I used it when nothing else worked and my skin looked amazing while on it. I used a minimal dose for a long time. Eventually, I did get more (but milder) body acne, but once my e2 was corrected I was fine. I’m also very oily and people in my family often have a pimple or two at any given time.

When I ran t4 with hgh I really didn’t notice any particular benefits. I had low t4 on many blood tests, and had heard that running t4 with gh was a common protocol for body building. I believe the reason my t4 was low was because of the very low carb diet I ate at the time.

I have heard people say that they hate t3 because it stops ands even reverses your gains by ramping up your metabolism greatly. I’ve also heard that after you stop it can cause intense rebounds in body fat.

Personally, I would not use either. I think it’s too advanced and we don’t need them

Hmmm ok. Those are valid reasons to not stsrt them. I am so laser focused on getting rid of my remaining belly fat. I guess my intentions were to find a catalyst to propel it towards goal quicker. But I think sticking with clen and caloric deficit is probably the best thing. I today ordered capsules of slu pp 332, hoping with clen and aod9604, hgh, and slu pp 332 and reta and mounjaro. (I am throwing the whole gamut at it) Once I get there then I will be able to maintain it without an issue. @toddthelineman

What makes you think it will be easy to maintain a much lower body fat than your body has been accustomed to? That’s not what usually happens. Rapid weight loss usually causes future rebounds. You’ve been making great progress. This is stressful to the body. Be careful

I am a lot more in tune with my body and have adjusted my diet and calorie intake through this 65lbs weight loss over the past year amd a half. Plus I have a solid work ethic when it comes to staying consistent with the gym. So as long as I do not stsrt pounding beers back to back everyday, I can effective manage daily intake amd output. @toddthelineman
 
Or atleast that is what I am thinking and planning on doing. Run a tight ship on diet, continue to daily workout routine, I believe that should keep me in line or if it starts to get out of whack I can pull it back on track quickly as long as I am doing those 2-3 things. @toddthelineman

Damn are u serious, alpha labs is based out of Florida. So u saying i wasted $150 bucks. How do I get these tested when I recieve them, is there a way to do so. @LevButlerov. Please advice. Will be using umbrella from here on out. Thanks for sharing.
 
This testing is done in America by an Americam company, that should be legit right. I am not sure if I should use it or send it for testing. Also ordered from umbrella labs as well.

Also was thinking king instead of going the gear route why dont I switch course and go hgh and igf1 lr3, both peptides less chances of sides or switch between then like a short 6-8 weeks cycle with gear and then 6-8 weeks with peptides. Idk i need to find more hobbies, I keep coming up with ideas sitting over here. Lol.

But on a positive note got this machine delivered today. I am getting those this summer damn it... lol am jiust being silly.

Man not lifting upper is going to be tough for me, will ask doc to just drain the fluids and gonna keep pushing. I got goals to meet by May end and is almost March. Was gonna ask you about next cycle want to do tren, masteron and primo for 8 weeks only till may??

why tough? is it tougher than doing another surgery and being completely out after tearing the surgery location? @rayray01
 
Bro patience is not my strong suit and that too idly sitting is worse than surgery to me. I can cut out certain excersizes, limit the weights on certain lifts but not doing uppers at all... I dont think I can do that. @LevButlerov

Got my mri results back, I believe another surgery is due... lol

Now the question c9mes do i get it done or wait coz my circumstances will be same or even harder this time around coz i will have my 1 yrs old, used to 2-3 days a week but come mid March will 5 -7 days a week. So giving the arm/shoulder full rest is not gonna be possible. Not even counting gym because if I get it done I will adhere to everything they will say. But I cannot compromise on the care of my child regardless of what the doc says or how much pain or whatever else is going on, if she will ask to pick her up I will pick her up... to me logic says wait till she is older. I have a follow up with my surgeon on thursday will see what he advises.
