How do you find the methyl blue ? I have it on recently hand but haven’t used it consistently yet

i found methylene blue really good once you consistently use it, i dont have brain fog anymore my mind works quicker and have more energy throughout the day i believe it works better with the other peptides too like mots c and slu pp332

Sleep has been terrible, back on nightshift. Getting food down has almost become a fulltime job with appetite loss from being without much sleep for work and waking up to eat.

Ill find a routine which works best for me soon.

Strength progression hasnt changed, getting really strong now feels like im cheating the system with it all.

Arms, calves, quads all up 1cm this week, waist staying tight.
