Thinking about this at 58 yo with TRT

I am 58 YO, this is my first year on TRT, but I am looking to push it a little... current prescription is 200mg TRT and 100mg DECA with 1mg A'dex and nonprescription 4iu HGH & 10mg Cialis daily. I am also using Tirz ....

I am looking forward to pushing the TRT to 300mg, DECA to 160mg and adding 200mg primo.

Im in the gym 4 days a week and looking to get stronger and add muscle...

Welcome to EVO brother!!

This would be a good first log post to cut and paste and start up a log for your cycle (even now you're really 'on cycle' to a degree). You can start a new thread and choose your own title as well.

Here's the how-to log (main endeavor for now is posting a pic of your base physique for us - something like the avatar pics you see on here for now).

HOW and WHY TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

welcome to the EVO family :D @methodical.force :D I think you can do TRT + and sports TRT even but we need to see your log first, like 1mg arimidex is a bad idea!

Does the script include the Deca or is that what you added?

normall i would tell you to switch to NPP instead. but since you are on deca i think you are fine. switch primo for proviron though

The more stuff you are on, the more you are not on TRT. That's crazy that you are on that much gear. You are talking about 300mg of gear plus HGH at a pretty solid dosage.

Bros, you got a big prescription, 200 mg TRT, like double the dosage. You must be going to an anti-aging clinic.

Your already pushing it. Your not on TRT, your on a cycle. If your not seeing great results it's not the drugs, it's your diet and training.

So you're looking to run a cycle because at those dosages that's what you're doing. You're going to want to do what's called blasting and cruising: blast for 12 or 14 weeks then go back to your cruising dose.

Best thing you can do is start a log and log everything. I especially want to see where your lipids are at and where your blood work is at. You should be donating blood, especially if you're going to be cruising at that type of dosage on TRT.
 
Hey brother, you can call it whatever you like, but its not TRT, as long as your aware of that, and the risks that it comes with - there is no real issue, just need to do it correctly and safely - you cannot run this indefinitely, and you need bloods.

I would imagine what your on currently you should be getting pretty good results, I would have to agree with the other guys, start a log, get some bloods done and share some more details like Nutrition, training, a physique pic etc and then we will be in a better position to guide you.

Thank you for all the information, I am traveling the next 4 to 6 weeks for work. I will get something pulled together and posted. Thanks for the help above it will make it a lot easier to get started

I would imagine what your on currently you should be getting pretty good results, I would have to agree with the other guys, start a log, get some bloods done and share some more details like Nutrition, training, a physique pic etc and then we will be in a better position to guide you.
