Today went up the hill first thing this morning fasted took around 1.5hrs to complete as it rained on way down the steep rock part and I ended up sliding half way back down lol was great fun to spend morning with gf and nearly die as well,when we got back home she made ham/cheese/tomato toated sandwiches and protein shakes then watched preditor-bad lands...what a good day but time to train chest and triceps hard tomorrow.
@MarshMonsta keep up the good work man. I like the barbell rows and I like that you're hitting the arms and you're doing supersets. Those are really good at stressing out the body and the muscle.

No injuries bro just old man bones getting taken to the very limits,I been pretty lucky after my last decent injurie back i logged on E.F with scans and stuff,severe tendinitis in right hip and glute and double herniated sciatic nerve both sides lower back,they actually made me go home from work after battling with it for 6 weeks like a real moron,doctors said 6-8 weeks and come back for medical clearance...I laughed and said I see you in 2 weeks and sure as shit I was back and rolling again in under that time....Mind over matter.😉

I been pretty slack on the hg lately as I haven't really been living a my house much the past 3 weeks but im adding it back proper today with some EQ...more vascular lean gains ahead my bro.

Food is king 💪 im sitting in the truck eating brown rice with tuna, capers and sundried tomatoes and about 200g rump steak atm in rain just inching for an early day so I can hit chest and triceps,but life isn't that ezy for a marshmonsta lol I'll be shovelling road base in the rain for a few more hours yet before we fuck off for the day,its good but I'll be nice and cooled down for my session later 😉

Nice workout mate. 4 plates on the chest press is crazy! Has your schedule been a bit all over the place? Is that the reason for adding in legs at the end? Nearly 8 plates on leg press is impressive after everything else! I did BSS's in the smith for the first time ever recently. They fucked me hey. Seemed to use a lot less weight than I do unsupported with DB's.
 
Last nights back/bicep pump went awesome and im finally back on track with steady sleep and my own training program again since my sleep apnoea machine arrived 3 days ago,its only early days but im at least getting some hours up consecutively again and feeling more energised upon waking,EQ was added in 2wks ago so now the main focus is to bank some good solid session's get my my sleep and recovery on point and make some good progression again! 💪

Yes my schedule has been proper fucked atm but CPAP machine has arrived and im getting my shit sorted again,just a minor set back in the Chronicles of a monsta 😅.

That's great that the CPAP machine is working well for you. I see a lot of people using it these days. I might want to get one as well. @MarshMonsta
 
Thanks man...im really trying to contain myself with lifts atm as its only early in log but in 5 weeks the EQ kicks in and NPP is back in a big way and yes of course a mix of the most toxic orals on earth lol cant wait!

Nice chest and tri workout there. Good weights on the incline db and machine press. Numbers on the close grip look comparatively low though? Although you did do pushdowns first.

Haha yeah weights are down my friend but thats a late night feeler session back after a neck injury and a week of mixing probably 30 wheelbarrows of concrete a day with a shovel and running 2-4tonne of river rock into yards via wheelbarrow also,so yeah its probs ok to not bang orals and prework out at certain times to avoid re injury especially when you mid aged and still live that physical life,this week I'll be doing pussy sessions j8st like this one until the immense pressure in the very back and bottom of my skull disappears fully before I go back to my normal weights.

Vac excavators are life changing! I want one ssssoooooo bad!

I did a bunch of installs for old folks homes in Indianapolis years ago. It was… stressful, sometimes hilarious, super sad, disturbing, the whole thing.

I can just imagine running that vac after a big shoulder day like absolute torture hahaha
