Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, Im not 100% sure which one to post in.

Just picked up some 5am, 50mg vial reconstituted with 3ml BAC, and I'm a little confused as to what the correct dosage is, I've seen so much conflicting information online regarding it.

Also dosage frequency, is it 5 on 2 off, 7 days a week etc.

Any insight would be immensely appreciated! Even first hand experience would be better

5-amino increases cellular NAD+ levels so you can take NAD+ instead for a more systemic effect (this is all said without getting into the chemistry of it so lay mans terms type of explanation).

5-amino is (arguably) more targeted for fat loss but it has much less human data (as I recall only pre-clinical data) and less of a safety profile vs. NAD+

You can dose 5-amino up to 50mg every day. One of our members @floridaman1984 is running it this high currently.

What is your current cycle and stats and what other compounds are you using? If we know more about you (and want to start a log) I can help you decide on a dose @R3DUB. 5-amino is best stacked with other mitochondrial peptides and inhibitors so it would help to know more about you.

Ok, a little about me, more interested in losing and maintaining weight. Im 6'3 and was a fat 99-104kg back in October, currently cut down to 76-77kg while putting on a bit of muscle.

I managed to get down to 85 just with better diet and gym, but I wanted to lose a bit more so got on reta which helped me lose the extra 8-9 along with some other peps

Current cycle:
Reta 2mg weekly (cycling off of it over the next few weeks)
Mots-C 0.5mg 5 on/2 off (off cycle currently)
Tesa 1.5mg 5 on/2 off (week 3)
Was running CJC IPA blend but supplier ran out and couldn't be bothered organising more

Let me know if any more info is needed 🙂

It's always great when we get a like-minded member who's interested in diet and gym like you are and congrats on getting down to 76kg since October that's an amazing result bro!

Depending on where you're located we can point you to one of our approved EVO sources who will carry any compound you need and it is trusted to be both legit and accurately dosed. Getting the CJC/IPA back in your stack won't be a problem and other peptides like HGH might be more suitable once we know more.

I do have some questions both advice and questions of my own (about your Tesa as I'm interested in that for the visceral fat reduction benefits for mysef) but let's turn this into a log for you first.

Can you post a pic of your base physique (EVO is judgement free so you don't have to feel shy - anything from what you see on here works great) as well as use the how-to guide below and fill it in the best you can and we'll guide you from there.

Just off the hop I'd ask how long you've been running Reta and if you'd be able to budget to continue it possibly at a lower dose but we will know more once you get a log up and become part of the EVO family. It will only take about 15 mins of your time. Post pic, include age, weight, stats, supps, digestive aids, compounds/peptides with dosages, diet, etc in a titled format and it will be approved and then the sky is the limit for free coaching and unlimited questions and answers.

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
  2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros, calories and supplements specific to your goal)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

With 50mg in 3 ml your concentration is 16.7mg/ml, so on a U100 insulin pin 10 IU is 0.1 ml and equals 1.67mg, 6IU = 1 mg, 30 IU = 5 mg, 60 IU = 10 mg.
injectable 5amino1mq talk usually 500mcg-1mg ED for 4-8weeks, you can do 5/2 to start.

you get conflicting information because it's never a one-size-fits-all thing. You won't go wrong though doing the five on and two off strategy.
 
I think 50 mg is good and 25 mg might be the sweet spot. You can try both dosages and see how you do.

I would do 25 mg and then do 50 mg after 4 weeks and see how that goes.
 
So that's 25 a week at first yeah? Just split it over 5 days or 7?
No no... you have it in peptide form for subQ injection correct? Already reconstituted with 3ml correct?

If so, then 6iu (or 1mg) ED is lots, or 7mg a week for subQ administration.

If budget is a concern you can run 500mcg ED instead of 1mg subQ as well which is 3iu. Or, to make life easier you can draw to the 5iu on the slin pin to make it easier on the eyeball method of dosing.

Nah budget is fine, just wanted to make sure I wasn't under or overdosing it. I pinned 4iu this morning and was fine so I'll probably up it to 6 for that 1mg. Is it ok to pin daily or do 5/2?

Nah do as per @LevButlerov's advice and go 5/2. I usually take 2 days off a week here and there from all peptides. There's no underestimating the body's ability to downregulate for homeostasis of anything you continue to put into it long enough.
 
Just to be clear on 5 Amino, it increases NAD levels in the body by binding with NMMT. NMMT consumes Nicotinamide (a form of B3 that is needed to create NAD) and S-Adenosyl methionine (SAM) which is the main methyl donor. 5 Amino, by inhibiting NMMT form these two processes, naturally boosts NAD, and restores methylation capacity. Both of these mechanisms are super beneficial to the system.

I personally love 5 Amino and think it's great to stack with Reta to shred your body fat and perform well in the gym.

Sublingual application is the best if you can find it.
