Might as well double down. LolMy plan was to stay at 1mg, but might have to nudge it a fraction though, bit hungrier last few days,
But its still doing what I need it to!

Up and at em with the kids,
Got the gym sesh out of the way at 9am (I never go in the morning)

It was easiest for us as a whole for me to stay home with the other kids.
Spent 45minutes cleaning up the disaster the toddler made while I was at gym
Oats and a scoop of protein has become the new staple in the daily diet,
The aim is to use it as a pre-workout meal.

Rascal toddler came in at 630am, but we laid in bed in silence for a good 40 minutes.
Aussie scripts didn't wish to give me a referral for bloods,
So went ahead and used RoidSafe, no issues there.
After a bit of a stuff around trying to find someone to mind the kids as the wife was away,
I managed to get out and about to get my bloods done. Should have results to post by Friday.
Officially now started TRT,
After some discussions, decided with a starting dose of 175mg Weekly, pinned E2D (50mg).
Lost my AAS V card.
Was showing some people my "Man Cave" today through old photos, figured Might share it here too, bit of an old photo, but not too much has changed with it.

JOURNAL:

Interesting that my Test levels dropped after starting to eat at maintenance calories.
@LevButlerov
I got those most recent bloods done 10am March 10,this is interesting @CookieBaah you haven't pinned the TRT dose? what was the last date of it?
this is not a surprise being in a deficit and training hard will impact your body thats why we suggest self TRTI got those most recent bloods done 10am March 10,
I pinned my first ever dose of TRT 2pm March 10.
(Because I planned to start regardless of outcome of bloods.)
My last bloods (in my previous Log), were done approximately January 30th.
Shows a decrease of Test from 18.0 to now 10.1,
And a decrease of Free Test from 349 to now 186.
Only thing different,
Is I was in a calorie deficit then (so I assumed they would have been lower back then, instead if now, not the case.)
And I've dropped BodyFat % since, so that may have dropped it also??
Nice update brotherDAILY TRAINING LOG:

Pretty steady session,
Have a practice match for football tomorrow,
So all training's pretty timid at the moment,
Making the adjustments heading closer to the season starting.
I see this old fella walk past at 930-10am every single day without fail,
80+, Italian, so not much of a conversation to be had, besides a simple hello,
It just shows,
always gotta keep on keeping on, routine is key.

JOURNAL:
Toddler was very kind and didn't come in until 745, gave me a half decent sleep instead of a real poor one.
Got the breaky in,
And started getting ready for football,
Today's practice match was just an INTRA club one (just means all players from the 3 different grades split up into 2 sides),
However it's still a game.
Went pretty well,
Usually play in the backline, but today I played half the game in the midfield and half the game in the backline,
I guess shows the pre-season work I put in is showing,
Didn't feel to exhausted, so makes me even keener for the actual season to start.
Unfortunately don't have a way to track the game, as I can't wear my watch.
Wifes birthday party at home,
So time to relax for once,
Few beers, bunch of snack food,
Well earnt if I do say so myself.
The Retatrutide didn't let me OVER indulge however.

JOURNAL:

Crazy how much your levels dropped. I'd expect some affect from dieting but not that much (unless the diet was extreme).I got those most recent bloods done 10am March 10,
I pinned my first ever dose of TRT 2pm March 10.

Pretty steady session,
Have a practice match for football tomorrow,
So all training's pretty timid at the moment,
Making the adjustments heading closer to the season starting.
I see this old fella walk past at 930-10am every single day without fail,
80+, Italian, so not much of a conversation to be had, besides a simple hello,
It just shows,
always gotta keep on keeping on, routine is key.

What a disaster of a night,
Was asleep for 50minutes, then the wife got home from being out with friends,
Then I just couldn't get back to sleep,
Then baby woke up, next thing I knew it was 4am and I was finally getting to sleep,
For the baby and toddler to wake in unison at 740, and that's when the days started.
Very slow and sluggish start to the day,
Thankfully got a 90minute nap in when the kids were down for a sleep,
That definitely saved my day.
Sunday family dinner at mothers house, to round out the day,
Excited to get into bed tonight though.

JOURNAL:
Greatful for the wife getting up with the kids this morning, even though the toddler came in at 620am
Out to my mothers house for the Sunday family lunch,
Easy time to relax and let the kids run wild,
Got handed a beer, and jesus my stomach turned,
I'm not really a big drinker as is
But this Reta really got me not caring at all,
Very slowly stomached it down.
Got my Blood Pressure checked, 120/80,
All is fine on that front.
Wife's off to Adelaide tomorrow with the baby for an appointment, decided it'd be easier for me to stay home with the other 2 young ones.
Still too early to tell any benefits from the GLOW as of yet, only 4 days in, been going in the glute, and copping maybe a 1/10 sting from the GHK-CU, every now and then over the day.
HGH has been absolutely keeping me afloat,
My sleeps have been effected by baby, but always wake up feeling ready to go, and recovered.
Still no side effects what so ever,
I think the plan is to run 3.3iu for another month, and then titrate up once on the 150iu kits.
The Reta, is doing Reta things, and keeping me solid on the food side of things, moving into week 6 of using it.

Ahh definitely worth it,I used to play man, many many years, have thought about getting back into it
I ment footyAhh definitely worth it,
I try replay it every year or so,
But life does often get in the way,
There's so many ways to play it now, you don't even need the original hardware.
(Even though it's always best played on it)
I ment footy. but Zelda was a banger of a game too
Sorry to hear the Missus is having a few struggles brother. I hope that things start to calm down for all of you quickly. You are are being a fabulous husband, father and all round legend at the moment. All of Evo is here for youDAILY TRAINING LOG:

What a long day today has been,
Wifes having some wound issues with her C-Section site,

Kids have been on fire all day,
Had intentions to gym all day,
Just not worth it with how it's feeling.

The lawn I've been ready to dig up and burn for the last 12-18months has made a small comeback thanks to all the rain.

HGH definitely saving my assAnother great log entry cookie
That feeling of noticing the HGH! That's when you know its got you for life lol. When you start attributing it to making life that much better you just know your gonna be doing more and more of it till the end of time haha.
GLOW does have a tendency to increase body hair. I am trying to save what I have on top so my HGH, GHKCU, Fin and minox fucking makes it all go grow like wild.
RHR is really good! Athletic! And the reta creeping upahhh shit here we go again hahahaha.
Hey brother, Just caught up on your log. Sounds like you have had a tough couple of days, hope you and the Wife are doing alright! Just keep plugging at it, trying to juggle everything isn't easy but you will get there!DAILY TRAINING LOG:

Cheers for the check in brother, had been a big halfa week, today was a nicer one again, so we on the up for sure.Hey brother, Just caught up on your log. Loved the pics from the game, looking sharp bro! Would've covered a lot more ground playing in the midfield I assume, I don't watch a lot of Aussie rules but assuming its similar to Soccer in that aspect. Totally normal to be sort after your first hit out for a while, will take a couple of games to get the match fitness up.
If i was any good at it, I'd try draw a picture with it one day, but might prove hard! Hahathe football training is really funnylooks like you running around all over but i know its just the image
you need more carbs for all this running @CookieBaah

JOURNAL:
Once asleep, not a terrible nights sleep over all,
Attempted a semi sleep in, but typical fashion couldn't sleep.
Baby had 4week check up today,
Growing well, healthy little guy.
Went off to the gym,
was a leg dominant full-body session.
Knee has been feeling sluggish last few days,
Today was nothing different,
However now noticed a bump on the Lateral side of my knee,
Training However was not effected, except for lying hamstring curls, that brought pain.
View attachment 200491
So I booked in and went and seen a physio,
Thankfully passed all the relevant testing,
Doesn't seem to be a tear or strain.
The knock I received to the medial side of my knee has seemed to cause an effusion,
So the bump on the lateral side is just fluid build up,
Which is obviously causing discomfort and tightness.
Just suggested to monitor and use Voltaren religiously the next 3 days.

•Body: Right knee feeling stiff on the inside still, held fine for football.
•Mental State: Improving on yesterday, we back on the up
• 🏋Training: Felt very good, short sharp drills, no blowing up.
JOURNAL:
Toddler came in at 530,
I snuck off to the couch to continue sleeping,
But thankfully he went back to sleep in my bed.
Slower day,
Built a flatpack of drawers whilst one toddler and the baby slept,
With the assist/supervision of the other toddler.
Cruised through the day with the kids,
Then went off to training.
Nicer day than the last couple!
PEPTIDES:
•HGH: 3.3iu ED PM - Sponsored
Through my first 100IU kit, and this stuff has been holding me together the past month, without a doubt, my sleep has obviously been terrible with a baby, but when I do sleep, the dreams are vivid, and I feel more recovered than I really should be!
•GLOW 70: 2.5mg/500mcg/500mcg ED - Sponsored
Still early days on this one, but my skin is definitely a lot smoother,
It may be a mix of the HGH and this, but my hair everywhere is growing like crazy, do recommend, been pinning this with 13mm slins into the Lovehandles, no sting, no red blotches, nothing.

@CookieBaah Great job on this. I like the Romanian deadlifts and I like the barbell box step ups. Those are really nice. Core stability training is also underrated.DAILY TRAINING LOG:
