📝 Notes: Went to bed later than I should have, own fault.

📝 Notes: Feeling bit hungrier today than usual, but still stayed the course 🫡

⚡ Energy: Little low to begin with, but I increased breakfast serving size, and smashed out gym, was good.
💪 Body: Solid, it enjoyed the rest day.
🧠 Mental State: Another day of clear intentions, can't wait to get fully cracking.
• 🏋‍♂️ Training: Lowered the sets/weights/reps, due to some program strength testing Wednesday.

Up and at em with the kids,
Got the gym sesh out of the way at 9am (I never go in the morning)
So the wife and her rents could take the baby to Adelaide for an appointment. (Standard Appointment no issues)
It was easiest for us as a whole for me to stay home with the other kids.

Spent 45minutes cleaning up the disaster the toddler made while I was at gym 🤣

on the foods can you up carbs closer to 400-420 and protein to 250? I think you train hard and you're on gear this you can handle imo

Rascal toddler came in at 630am, but we laid in bed in silence for a good 40 minutes.

Aussie scripts didn't wish to give me a referral for bloods,
So went ahead and used RoidSafe, no issues there.

After a bit of a stuff around trying to find someone to mind the kids as the wife was away,
I managed to get out and about to get my bloods done. Should have results to post by Friday.

Officially now started TRT,
After some discussions, decided with a starting dose of 175mg Weekly, pinned E2D (50mg).
Lost my AAS V card.


Was showing some people my "Man Cave" today through old photos, figured Might share it here too, bit of an old photo, but not too much has changed with it.

Man cave is wholey mine, thats at one end. And the PC setup is the other end, little bit of storage going on, but yeah my zone.


First injection was perfectly fine, obviously a small shock with how long it took to draw back (being used to Peps)
But injected smooooth, no PIP, nothing 🫡

That wraps up this Sunday,
Not sure what my next move is,
To get an in-season program started,
Or just use what I've learnt the past 6 months.
Been very impressed by it all
Strength has stayed steady or increased even though dropping 12kg during, and Cardio Fitness has gone through the roof.

(Because I planned to start regardless of outcome of bloods.)


My last bloods (in my previous Log), were done approximately January 30th.

Shows a decrease of Test from 18.0 to now 10.1,
And a decrease of Free Test from 349 to now 186.

Only thing different,
Is I was in a calorie deficit then (so I assumed they would have been lower back then, instead if now, not the case.)

And I've dropped BodyFat % since, so that may have dropped it also??

I think the general idea is to just lower the weights and drop a few reps here and there,
The TRT should be "taking effect" as the season kicks off, so will also see how I feel.

I guess shows the pre-season work I put in is showing,
Didn't feel to exhausted, so makes me even keener for the actual season to start.
Unfortunately don't have a way to track the game, as I can't wear my watch.

Wifes birthday party at home,
So time to relax for once,
Few beers, bunch of snack food,
Well earnt if I do say so myself.

Usually play in the backline, but today I played half the game in the midfield and half the game in the backline,
I guess shows the pre-season work I put in is showing,
Didn't feel to exhausted, so makes me even keener for the actual season to start.

A bit old but had to comment on this one! Nice collection of consoles. I reckon Zelda A Link to the Past is my favourite game ever. Super Mario World on the SNES is up there as well.
I got those most recent bloods done 10am March 10,
I pinned my first ever dose of TRT 2pm March 10.
(Because I planned to start regardless of outcome of bloods.)


My last bloods (in my previous Log), were done approximately January 30th.

Shows a decrease of Test from 18.0 to now 10.1,
And a decrease of Free Test from 349 to now 186.

Only thing different,
Is I was in a calorie deficit then (so I assumed they would have been lower back then, instead if now, not the case.)

And I've dropped BodyFat % since, so that may have dropped it also??
Crazy how much your levels dropped. I'd expect some affect from dieting but not that much (unless the diet was extreme).

Greatful for the wife getting up with the kids this morning, even though the toddler came in at 620am 💀

Out to my mothers house for the Sunday family lunch,

Got handed a beer, and jesus my stomach turned,
I'm not really a big drinker as is
But this Reta really got me not caring at all,
Very slowly stomached it down.

Got my Blood Pressure checked, 120/80,
All is fine on that front.

Wife's off to Adelaide tomorrow with the baby for an appointment, decided it'd be easier for me to stay home with the other 2 young ones.


Still too early to tell any benefits from the GLOW as of yet, only 4 days in, been going in the glute, and copping maybe a 1/10 sting from the GHK-CU, every now and then over the day.

HGH has been absolutely keeping me afloat,
My sleeps have been effected by baby, but always wake up feeling ready to go, and recovered.
Still no side effects what so ever,
I think the plan is to run 3.3iu for another month, and then titrate up once on the 150iu kits.

That feeling of noticing the HGH! That's when you know its got you for life lol. When you start attributing it to making life that much better you just know your gonna be doing more and more of it till the end of time haha.

GLOW does have a tendency to increase body hair. I am trying to save what I have on top so my HGH, GHKCU, Fin and minox fucking makes it all go grow like wild.

RHR is really good! Athletic! And the reta creeping up 👀👀👀 ahhh shit here we go again hahahaha.

Would've covered a lot more ground playing in the midfield I assume, I don't watch a lot of Aussie rules but assuming its similar to Soccer in that aspect. That feeling of noticing the HGH! That's when you know its got you for life lol. When you start attributing it to making life that much better you just know your gonna be doing more and more of it till the end of time haha.

GLOW does have a tendency to increase body hair. I am trying to save what I have on top so my HGH, GHKCU, Fin and minox fucking makes it all go grow like wild.

Loved the pics from the game, looking sharp bro! Would've covered a lot more ground playing in the midfield I assume, I don't watch a lot of Aussie rules but assuming its similar to Soccer in that aspect. Totally normal to be sort after your first hit out for a while, will take a couple of games to get the match fitness up.

However now noticed a bump on the Lateral side of my knee,
Training However was not effected, except for lying hamstring curls, that brought pain.

So I booked in and went and seen a physio,
Thankfully passed all the relevant testing,
Doesn't seem to be a tear or strain.
The knock I received to the medial side of my knee has seemed to cause an effusion,
So the bump on the lateral side is just fluid build up,
Which is obviously causing discomfort and tightness.
Just suggested to monitor and use Voltaren religiously the next 3 days.

📓 JOURNAL:
Once asleep, not a terrible nights sleep over all,
Attempted a semi sleep in, but typical fashion couldn't sleep.

Baby had 4week check up today,
Growing well, healthy little guy. 💪

Went off to the gym,
was a leg dominant full-body session.
Knee has been feeling sluggish last few days,
Today was nothing different,
However now noticed a bump on the Lateral side of my knee,
Training However was not effected, except for lying hamstring curls, that brought pain.

So I booked in and went and seen a physio,
Thankfully passed all the relevant testing,
Doesn't seem to be a tear or strain.
The knock I received to the medial side of my knee has seemed to cause an effusion,
So the bump on the lateral side is just fluid build up,
Which is obviously causing discomfort and tightness.
Just suggested to monitor and use Voltaren religiously the next 3 days.

@CookieBaah Great job on this. I like the Romanian deadlifts and I like the barbell box step ups. Those are really nice. Core stability training is also underrated.
