Right!!! I love the stories, the information and knowledge. It feels weird when there isn’t one to listen to while in the gym.
It is part of the daily routine now and I love going back and relistening.

Chest/back/shoulders for today workout. I am feeling really, really strong and that US-Pharmacies gear is doing its job. Bigger and stronger with every workout. I guess I had some water to drop off as my weight has gone down a little bit without changing my food.

Weight: 200.6

3 sets incline dumbbells 130lb
3 sets t bar row 160lbs
3 sets flat press machine (gym80) 297lb
3 sets single arm lat pulldown 83.75lb
4 sets cable lateral raise 60lb
4 sets cable rear delt flies 77lb

Leg day was a quick one today because I had a birthday dinner to attend but that doesn’t mean we take the foot off the gas by any means. I destroyed my legs with the limited time/sets I had and left the gym feeling accomplished.

Tell me, how do you feel on your bulk? Looking at your lean body, you’re a typical mesomorph, so you should handle it well :) I’m fascinated by body composition and genetics :) Hence my question :)

Could not agree more with you @MarkNV. Yea initially I was skeptical but now I live by my logs, they have helped me tremendously bro. I also look forward to updating them everyday. Kudos to @LevButlerov and eVo family members who take the time to read it and share their thoughts and share ideas for improvement. Accountability aspect has gone through the roof for me and the results of all the hard work can be tracked and seen right through as one progresses through their fitness journey. Probably one the best habits I have formed when it comes to my fitness journey.

100 percent brother. I can’t believe how @LevButlerov keeps up with so many logs!! I keep some crazy stupid hours, but Lev is on here, when you need him, he is there. I swear to god, he helps so many and i don’t think he sleeps!!

I do sleep :D but about 3-4 hours per night and about 2 hours+ of naps spread during the day sometimes 3, so I get my 7 hours just spread :D much easier so I can follow and help many in the EVO family with Love and support! I enjoy the EVO family of brothers and sisters so its not hard for me.
of course 30 grams+ creatine helps a lot too mental clarity is amazing on it. @MarkNV @rayray01 @HarleyGuy
