I’ve been reading the forums for a couple years now and finally decided to jump in myself. I’ve been a ‘clinic’ TRT user for a few years and have finally moved across to the legends at @UGL OZ, AJ and Kiwi last year. Awesome boys, great response!

Deets:
Late 50’s
99kgs
20% BF I’d say, not fat though.
Weight training for 40 years.
I have a great workout routine and I do cardio every day (walk 5km every morning).
Test/GH - 25mg/3IU ED up from 20/2IU.
Reta 2mg/week and I’m on Week 3.
I can’t send pics as I work in a sensitive role and my Tatts will give me away. This agency won’t appreciate the TRT+ side of TRT!

Diet:
Excellent. Don’t drink, don’t smoke, no sugar, whole food, 190g protein each day, I use Cal AI to track food.

Now, my bloodwork came back with
Free Test at 977,
SHBG at 30, and
E2 at 300 (80), which is high. No sides yet.

Question: I’m loathe to use an AI to bring down E2 so wanted to sprinkle in EQ given Primo is unavailable. I don’t want to crush E2 either. But I don’t want to get any sides. Should I keep TRT/EQ at the 2:1 ratio (175:90), or run EQ a bit lower. Or do you suggest another approach. Greatly appreciate any advice.

E2 at 300 with no sides is not an emergency but its NOT good, and EQ is not a clean AI replacement, it can spike slow and you can overshoot without realizing it.
late 50s with test and GH ed, the smarter move is small changes and bloods, not chasing ratios from memory tbh

You still need a TRT log even if you can’t post pics, just redact anything and keep tattoos out. Not one is going after you for doing a cycle trust me :D
Post your daily doses, pin schedule, weekly bodyweight, calories and macros, BP, sleep, and full labs so the EVO family can support you and adjust e2 safely instead of guessing. 15 min of your time :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

The whole estrogen thing is extremely based on each individual. We can always guess but at the end of the day the blood work is what's going to give you the indication of how things are going.
 
Prob drop your Test dose a bit - 20% BF will get you aromatising a bit harder than if you were leaner - EQ will take weeks to build up
You could probably head back up to your normal dose as your BF drops over time.

Forget about tracking food right now. You should start food prepping. Check out the logs and see what guys are eating who are having the most success. You've got to organize that and that will be the number one thing to fix.

Let's get a base physique pic of you posted to put your log in the mod que for approval. So far we have details on your cycle but no details on your diet, training or supplements. Also, can you please post screenshots of your actual bloodwork paperwork including CBC, lipids, ALT/AST, creatinine etc etc all which usually come with the tests you've already posted.

You'll need aromasin before the EQ kicks in to help out with the e2. You can start low at 6.25mg twice a week.

Bros, I'm a little confused. You're doing everything right but you're at 20% body fat; that doesn't make any sense to me. Maybe post up a picture and get a log going. Let's see what we can fix first.

I mean if your estrogen is high, then it's high. No sense in getting upset about it. Just make sure you do something about it.
 
The whole estrogen thing is extremely based on each individual. We can always guess but at the end of the day the blood work is what's going to give you the indication of how things are going.

Nobody wants to crush estrogen. You definitely don't want to do that but I think you'll be fine if you add in some EQ. I don't think it's a big deal.

You can black out anything you need to many are in the same profession as you on here and you can maintain your anonymity using your discretion with any editing needed for the one pic you choose for you log. It can be far away with tatts covered up like @LevButlerov or in my case I'm retired so mine is close up with tattoos displayed (blacking those out would be a mostly black avatar LOL :p).
