I had a chat with him about a cutting cycle... he wasn't too happy but I said I'm the one that gets to bulk now and stay around 15% BF you can slow it down on the cals/protein dude.

the only issue i have with those dogs is they shit bricks. my neighbor used to have one. i threatened to shoot it one time when it took a dump next to my bbq
