Approved Log Bodybuilding Cycle - Road to Season C 2026 with Team Raptor Labs

Monday April 13th

@Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Wow what a day. Started off amazingly but turned to shit through one expected event and one unexpected event, which I'll touch on.

Brought in insulin at 2iu preworkout for the first time under the guidance of coach @PopRox19
Must say I was shitting myself a bit at the thought of going hypo but coach's protocol had me feeling awesome during training- good pumps, strength and endurance up, so overall it was a success.

My wife had taken our daughter into hospital for her final day of rehab from the operation she had back in January, and this was supposed to be a celebration but unfortunately we found out her lung function had gone down since her last test due to a virus she's been suffering. So the plan was to admit her to run IV antibiotics 3 times a day for at least a week, which means once again we would be juggling home and hospital life and tag teaming each night.

Meanwhile, I found all this out just before I was about to go in for surgery to have a skin cancer just above my lip cut out, so as you can imagine the timing was atrocious.
I didn't realise the impact this would have on training so to find out I shouldn't be lifting until the stitches are out next week is a bit shit.

Anyway we keep going, hopefully we catch a break soon and have a few settled months after all of this.

I took a few pics post workout
Awww bro, when it rains its storms 😕
No good my man and im sorry to hear it.
But head high brother although we cant control the cards we are delt, we do control how we play them out.

Hard times dont last, hard men do 👊🏽

Yeah the skin cancer was a basal cell carcinoma just above my lip, cut it oit and I've got 11 stitches across my lip, which has made eating, smiling, laughing etc extremely difficult

Sorry to hear about all this bro! Being dealt some shit hands lately ! Hopefully a small set back and back on track to normality real soon

Looking great bro 💪
Thanks brother yeah it's just been a shit show of late. Really hope we can get a few settled months under our belt but not looking forward to Winter as you know what it's like in Melbourne and the viral load

Last day of rehabilitation is a thing
Yeah she was having all sorts of appointments we were going in 3 times a week for physios, OT's, child life therapy, infusions, procedures etc all part of the ongoing rehab.
I imagine you had to do the same after the big health scare you had a little while back?
Hope you're going well now brother.

Great minds think alike brother I was reading up on this earlier today as I'm also on antibiotics after my procedure and my gut feels a bit off because of them. Gotta get one with Saccharomyces boulardii apparently it's the only strain that's resistant to antibiotics and actually helps the gut

Was my turn at home with the boys last night so had a better sleep compared to the crappy fold out hospital chair.
Had a couple of hours to myself so got in a session, just a lightish one as my lip is still quite swollen and tender and didn't want to exert too much and risk tearing stitches.

2iu insulin preworkout had me feeling good, looking full and nice pumps.
Will take check in photos, measurements, weight etc first thing tomorrow morning as I'll be spending weekend in hospital then hope to be discharged Monday.

Today was Pull, Hams and Triceps and it was nice to get it done

Those hospital chairs are horrific. I totally feel for you and your wife having to endure those as well as just hospital itself. Nicely done getting in a session already. Thought you might brother. Is everything going well with your daughter?🩵

Yeah they're the worst you just toss and turn in them all night and they're so hard and narrow.
Yeah had to get a session in or I'd go insane!
Daughter is going well, she had a bronchoscopy today and always wakes up angry and hating the world but she's ok now.
This time next week things will hopefully be back to normal 🤞

Good to hear about the better sleep.

Nice workout there. How do you find the banded pullovers?

Thanks bro yeah I rate them. First time I was a bit worried the band would snap back and hit me in the face but as long as you've tied a decent knot it holds steady. I tie it through a 20kg weight plate

@Eveflorence nice man, glad to see your daughter is doing good. I've had that procedure done before. Someone was telling me that in Russia when they had it done, they didn't even put them to sleep; they just stuck it into them while they were still awake.

Great start to the week with daughter coming home from hospital and I also had stitches removed from my lip after surgery last week so it's all systems go and motivation is high.

Coach has slightly upped the food.
Insulin remains at 2iu preworkout.
Gh 2iu AM and 2iu PM
Test 300mg, Primo 200mg, NPP 100mg

Weight this morning 81.5kg
Blood glucose 5.0

Week 2 of current protocol above. Feeling good, strength is up. All lifts are progressing in either weight or reps. Still focusing on tempo and getting stronger which is pleasing.

Nice workout there mate. 17.5's on laterals is impressive. Legs look crazy!

Today was back, hams and triceps powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Weight 81.5kg
BG 5.1

Not much to add to this log update compared to the eventful few weeks we've had, nice to have a rather typical day- work, eat and train.

I've definitely noticed increased fullness and strength since bringing the insulin in, it's a wonderful feeling to have.

Coach @PopRox19 has shared a really helpful posing video that I'll study and begin work on, it's truly an artform and anybody who says bodybuilding isn't an artform has rocks in their head.

Shout out to you all who posted words of support and encouragement during yet another hospital stay, I'm sincerely grateful and it helps keep me motivated, so thank you 🙏

Good to see you have a boring work, eat, train day brother. You have absolutely deserved this one and about another 300 to follow to make up for the shit you and the family have been through.
Bodybuilding is absolutely an art form. I watched a reel a couple of nights ago of a guy posing in track pants and a t-shirt and he was unbelievable. The balletic way he moved through each pose was mesmerising 🩵

Great to hear brother things are boring! This is good news!

Posing is a lot harder than people think. But it’s obvious you are truely dedicated to your goals when you set you mind to it… sure you’ll study, practice and master it in no time 🔥

Anterior day powered by @Raptor Labs
@Raptor Rep

Weight 81.5kg
FBG 4.9

Today was meant to be an allocated rest day but due to a family commitment tomorrow that at this stage may prevent me from being able to train, I didn't want to miss a session.
Plus, I'm feeling tip top, recovery has been excellent and motivation is super high so why not make the most of it today.

Pinned 30mg @Raptor Labs NPP, 70mg Primo and 100mg test. I'll pin this Mon-Wed-Fri totalling approx 100mg NPP, 200mg primo and 300 test for the week.

Hgh is still 2iu am and 2iu pm.
Insulin 2iu preworkout
Bpc157 500mcg everyday.

Did 15 minutes of posing practice today, which is nothing I know but when you're a rookie like me it's bloody hard haha

Hit some higher numbers on some of my lifts, training with food and insulin has blown my fasted workouts out of the water so I'm definitely converted now.

People always underestimate posing, I remember when I first started practising my posing at the beginning of my prep. Could barely do 10 minutes without being absolutely drenched in sweat. @Eveflorence is already ahead of the curve like the animal he is.

@Eveflorence the reason you're getting stronger, adding food and insulin, is because you're filling up your muscles with glycogen that gives you an advantage when it comes to strength.

How’s the posing training tracking? Most unnatural thing ever?

Weekly check in powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Firstly, happy Anzac day to you all. Hope you had a chance to commemorate those who sacrificed and those who continue to serve and sacrifice themselves for our great country.

Check in
All measurements performed first thing upon waking, fasted and relaxed, not flexed.

Weight: 82.85kg
BP 128/86
BG 5.2
Waist 80.5
Left bicep 38cm
Right bicep 38.5cm
Left quad 61cm
Right quad 59cm
Glutes 94cm

Again, photos taken upon waking and fasted, no pump.

Good week. Most major lifts went up in weight, felt amazing in the gym with a really strong mind muscle connection.
At my heaviest today since I started a few weeks ago.
Cardio is basically non existent, which has taken me a bit to get used to but I realise that cutting it is helping me to make some strength gains and ultimately put some tissue on which is the main aim right now, so I'm happy with that.
Coach @PopRox19 has bumped insulin to 3iu preworkout, I'm absolutely sold on insulin now, I think it's helping with everything.

Enjoy your weekend everybody and God bless 🙏

New program is working beautifully as your increase in size is really noticeable. That and staying as lean and defined as you are in winning of the highest order.
Have a grand weekend yourself legend 🩵

Good stuff Lev. The service we attended had an American speaker who served and fought alongside Australians. He now calls Australia home and lives here because of the mates he made back then
