I’m new to the forum and keen to keep pushing my fitness to the next level.
Right now, I’m focused on optimising everything training, nutrition, and recovery to build more muscle while recomping and improving overall performance and health.
Current focus:
Recomping (lean muscle gain while staying lean)
Increasing strength across key lifts
Dialling in overall physique and conditioning
I’ll be logging my training, progress, and updates along the way to stay accountable and learn from those with more experience.
