Quick.question I ordered some Matrixyl peptide (Lyophilized) 10mg , I was confirming then reconstitution protocol. I assume 3.0ml BAC water. But I am not sure on the dosage for it. Not able.to locate any clear answer while researching. I was gonna add thst along with GHK-Cu as it also.helps with collagen synthesis and elasticity of the skin. Hopefully it will help with loose belly skin. Please advise.

Only gear i am taking is trt (120mg) lev, nothing else. Yes stacked in fat burners for sure.

Just trying to tackle the loose skin that's all. Researched of it and matrixyl and ghk-cu are two peptides that can help with it hence trying it out man. That's all. Anything better than getting surgery brother, so why not try it. it is a, slow process, hence want to start on it side by side and stack it from every angle and with everything. Also got ghk-cu cream and matrixyl 3000 serum, retinol,, another firming g lotion abs red light therapy big one for whole body and concentration belt as well. Not leaving any stone unturned brother. Hit it hard and hit it with everything... lol

I think thats what @LevButlerov was asking. Its a solid list of peptides for what you are looking for all ready with skin elasticity.

Adding more isnt really going to solve it honestly but see what @LevButlerov thinks

Most of us who dropped a lot of fat have a decent amount of loose skin. Over time it will get better for you

Its not the side which got surgery done plus I am doing the same in my pt. And just to be sure I don't mess up anything I did not use my right arm. I am sure it's fine to replicate excersizes being done in physical therapy, I am doing standing wall pushup as well in my pt and that is more weight than what I did. You have give me space to make my own judgment and decisuon by listening to my bloody. You are not physically here too see if it is something that is going to hurt me or something i can do. Please let me be the judge of that.

As far as symmetry in the body, I don't care because it is not symmetrical right now so hardly matters if left side is a little more developed, I can catch up on it as I continue to b progress up the weights by doing additional reps and sets in the right side. Please you have stop trading me like a kid, I have followed your advice when it comes to gear and dosage and diet and macros but lets leave peptides and my physical activity my judgement call. I know you have the best of intentions for me, and you want to be cautious to and any setbacks but you have trust me, I know my body, I know when to stop if something could hurt me, plus trust me I am not going to do anything to jeopardize an injury or a setback.

I would not call this TRT only :D @rayray01 at this point i think you will use what you feel is best because some of this is way off
like why do you use 5 iu of hgh? you are fine at 1-2 at your size
why do you use clen? 80mcg is way too high will damage your heart
why do you use t3? do you have thyroid bloods that were low? i havent seen them

I would go with PT first before doing weights on your own.

5iu of hgh is split pre workouts 2.5iu and post workout 2.5iu. Based on my research 1
2 iu is for anti aging purpose does not as an effective dose to expedite recomp, based on some of the content I have listened to. Hence bumped it up, was actually thinking of adding 2.5 iu at bed time as well. I mean I can reduce it but if higher dose gets me to recomp any quicker I am willing to deal with the sides and risk.

80 clen does not evem break a sweat on me. U forget I had been on 30mg Adderall 4 times a day for 25+ years my body is used to stimulants. I literally have tested it up to 200mcg in one go and still not gotten the shakes or any anxiety.
80 mcg twice a day is literally my cruise. At time u add 1ml yohimbine to it and dip 30 min incline walking at 3.2 with incline of 7 or 8 and still not break a sweat. Plus I get egg done every 3 months like clock work so any abnormality can be detected at the earliest.

t3 increases metabolism which infirm helps with breaking down fat, so using it solely for fat loss purpose. My t3 were gone before that and through the roof now. My goal is flat belly and I will use any and all means at my disposal m a n. I am literally tunnel vision in it. Luckily no doses so far last labs about 3 weeks ago looks steady, have another c over scheduled on a weak.

Trust me man I do not wish to keep over, but at the same time I am the guy who will push the envelope a little at a time if it means it gets me closer to my goal. I listen to my body when it comes to this stuff.

There are wide ranging cancer risks using high doses of hgh especially you had kidney cancer before. @rayray01
I understand 1-2 ius but 5+ is not necessary. Pre and post workout hgh is not a good idea, might crash bg, you're better off using it prebed.

just because you dont feel the palpitation it doesn't mean you're not going to have any heart issues. HR is not the only factor with heart disease. Plenty of guys dropping dead with normal HR, boom heart attack.

You're a grown man and you can make your own choices, but you're injecting a ton of peptides which aren't needed, and you're overtaxing your body. I think its fair to say after kidney cancer and 2 back to back surgeries you've had recently, you need to slow down.

You can have tunnel vision and see things one way but this is not necessarily the correct way.

Just passed away in his sleep. Can give plenty of examples of people dying sitting on the couch whonere younger, in their 30's.

Atleast I am.getting labs done monthly despite nit being in ctcle.and hust basic trt, ekg done regularly lung xray every 6 months, active, eating healthy which pushing my body to its limit, and this is not a long term plan, it is a short burst for 2-3 month to loose belly fat and then all these fat burners stuff stops. Even with hgh once I reach the goal.planned to.drop to 2iu as maintenance from there on out.
And cancer is in the past. I get petscan done every 6 months for early detection purposes. Ia literally on top.of all.the risk factors and keeping a keen eye on them.

Rest assured I am not just making high risk choices unknowingly but I am also engaged in active monitoring to manage any fallout if it were to happen.

Putting my body through the ringer is not something new for me, i used to be from the school.of thought with the mindset of i will rest when i am dead so keep pushing. Which has changed over the years and at present, I am eating the healthiest i have ever been, I am active and excersing very consistently. I do not indulge in any drinking or smoking, and I am looking and feeling the best I have ever been as well so pushing my body's limit for a short period is justified in my books but for a.specific goal.for a short period of time till goal.is reached was my thought process.

With that said, I love you as brother and respect you very much so please help me
to make the necessary tweaks in my current protocol you think are needed without changing the timeline for the goal of flat belly by end of may or by mid June. Literally I am so close to it that I have thrown every thing at it and then the kitchen sink to.get me there which may not the best course but I amndoing all I read and knew and listened to and it is getting me the results, may not be the healthiest way there, but the needle is moving i feel, but if you know a more efficient way please do share.

I was thinking of adding 5mg of dhb daily or switch my test cyp with dhb as it is suppose to help with cutting and is not "tren" but the next best thing.

Please feel free to advice.

Dhb really?!?! Dude you should really stop thinking, adding all these compounds (yes that includes peptides, remember "Research use Only"!!??!) is not responsible. Do you not want to be around with your daughter

And did I read correctly above your best heart rate is 110-120??!??!!

Don't think I don't know all these decisions and addons you have put in the mix, i have been following you since you joined evo.

Don't take this the wrong way but I can't anymore, you need to smarten up. There is supporting then we have this, honestly you need either an intervention or a wakeup call.

Your body but some of us don't want to see something happen to you, or anyone for that matter especially with neglegence

can we go get your calcium score tested and get a heart and lung scan to start, you can get this done?

I believe you misunderstood the heart rate statement of mine, but none the less. Everyone has a different threshold amd tolerance and I have been in peptides domain for close to 3 years way before I joined evo and have been consistently utilizing them for different purposes. You are probably right, I just need to step away from the forum and manage things on my own because being honest causes issues. Better to stay away from all this anyways.

Sure I will ask my doc to write one but have to give her a reason to, if there are no indicators or red flags she probably will not see a reason to write but will ask.. seriously I rather just step away from this spot, it is more trouble than benefit at this point of time. I managed things so far just fine and am sure can do so moving forward.

I agree man, I just get frustrated, feels like everything in life is in state of hurry up and wait. Whether it is getting to my health goal, my divorce, issues caused by ex, makes me wanna just leave and walk away from everything. It is noone but my fault, I channeled my frustration unnecessarily on here. I appreciate your patience with me.

I realized what i did was wrong and i believe that with your guidance and advice i will reach my health and fitness goals safely and timely as well thats the reason I made an effort hoping I would be given a chance. I really appreciate it.

On a positive note, pt cleared me for bicep.cirls and hammer curls and shoulder shrugs post our session today. As an i did it in front of the therapist. She feel.comfortable for me to stsrt strengthening them so.will stsrt to.incorporate those in my workout moving forward.

Also sent a message to my doc about the CT scan he said my petscan from december looks fine and the next one is June, they scan from head to.toe in am effort to ensure there is no cancer growth. He asked any specific reason I told her jist feel like getting it checked out she said even if write it insurance will.not approve with specific reason, your bp.is.fine, rest heart rate is fine apob is fine lung xray is good, ecg is good wait till June for petscan if there is anything it will be detected then. So.i said ok.

I have a full body petscan every 6 months for early cancer detection purpose, so I am sure heart was covered in it. Literally from head to toe full body scan is done, petscan is next level up from CT scan for cancer detection.


Yea i did curls and hammer curls with 3lbs dumbbell and my right arm is killing me today but it's the good kind of pain where the muscle is soar from use after a long time. I am gonna take it slow for sure and just do light v weights on the rift side till it's strengthens up and then move up in weight.

yes go slow and small weights and get rest in between :D

I kid you not is the x whole body that lights up in different colors, they do not c adhere the video/images of it because you needed special software to i guess view it. Probably some filler format that the machine outputs is different. But it confuses looks like the image that I shared... last one was on dec, with all good, two thumbs up. Next one in June...

Yea man it is like clock work for me, I feel good, everything is good in terms of labs BP in check, a1c is in check, liver function, kidney ducting, blood marker all are steady and stable. Literally health is the last my concerns in terms of issues including recovery from this surgery. Like everything is on cruise control. The only thing that adds stress to my life is my ex and her unnecessary issues created when it comes to my kid. Other than that I have 0 issues or stress on life.

Oh BTW, how long does it take us pharmacy and umbrella labs to deliver products, placed an order for few things from naps, domestic-supply, us pharmacies and umbrella labs, but no activity from usp and umbrella besides we received your order.

umbrella labs usually takes about 72 hours to process payment business hours after that shipping, but USP @US-pharmacies is fairly fast they are on EVO right now @rayray01
 
Surprisingly very slight discomfort, and it felt good even though it was very light weights I focused on my form, kept my elbows tucked in as much as I could and pushed through them. @LevButlerov
i would take at least 1 week between these sets or at least 4-5 days so you can recover :D
 
Yea i agree, will take it slow because there will work on it at ohysical.therapy on monday, Wednesday and Friday anyways. So once a week by me should be sufficient for now.

Man I think I will be done cutting soon, I am already 14lbs below normal weight for my height, my docsaid no more losing weight, hence just trying to get rid of the belt fatt is all I need, flat tummy and then I need to get back to normal weight workout adding it to my tummy, now that would be interesting and challenging... to put on weight but avoid it showing up in the belly area.

@rayray01 Awesome man, your season starts a little earlier than mine finishes. In another couple of weeks, all my stuff will get fried from the heat. Really can't grow anything during the summer where I'm at. Gotta wait till October.
 
These are waiting to go in ground, will prep the kitchen garden ground tomorrow or monday and plant then in ground.
@rayray01 gonna be exciting to see how your garden turns out. Can't wait to see some of the fruit and vegetables that you get fresh.

Bros, those are some good looking plants. Sometimes I drive a couple hours from here east and there are some farms where you can pick fresh fruits and vegetables. Here in Southern Cali @rayray01

Yes man, I am excited about it as well, first month is critical to the roots take hold and then they are pretty much of cruise control...I have so many different kinds of peppers and 3 different kinds of eggplant, two types of okra, peas, two different types of tomatoes. It's gonna be awesome... @Ulter

Oh for sure i would be dreading to.open up my electric and gas bills in summer time.... if I lived in Florida power consumption would be through the roof, would almost make sense to go solar and have power banks. In the long run it will pay for itself and save u on electric bill.

eggplant is something that is really cool. My neighbor grows them during the winter down here in Orlando.
