Good week. Most major lifts went up in weight, felt amazing in the gym with a really strong mind muscle connection.
At my heaviest today since I started a few weeks ago.
Cardio is basically non existent, which has taken me a bit to get used to but I realise that cutting it is helping me to make some strength gains and ultimately put some tissue on which is the main aim right now, so I'm happy with that.

@PopRox19 has bumped insulin to 3iu preworkout, I'm absolutely sold on insulin now, I think it's helping with everything.
