Quick question lev, so bcaa goes pre workout, and eaa post workout. So i usually lift, after that I do my walk and then sauna and then go home do my weigh in and then have my protein shake, I was reading that eaa needs to be taken within 30 mins of finishing lift, if that is required I need to start carrying that stuff with me to the gym. Please advise on this @LevButlerov or can it wait til I get home.

There are days where after gym I go straight to physical therapy soul it might be 1.5 hrs or 2 hrs before I get home after working out. Will that mess up the benefits of eaa??
 
Oh for sure i would be dreading to.open up my electric and gas bills in summer time.... if I lived in Florida power consumption would be through the roof, would almost make sense to go solar and have power banks. In the long run it will pay for itself and save u on electric bill.

Yea I got 3 different kinds of eggplant 🍆 , ivory eggplant, ichiban eggplant, and big round ones. They are really good for ya as well.

bcaas and eaa i would mix them both before and after training :D its not crucial to split
 
Well one is suppose to cut it down to 2 feet in height and wrap it and cover it up with mulch and then wrap it again to protect it from winter snow and all, and it will grow back up to 15ft tall next season.

Oh yea there will be no bananas. It is just a decoration tree, thats all I will probably return it, my ex wife busted my bubble about it not going to fruit.... lol I bet she enjoyed it too seeing that i was so excited about it.

Ok that means I will have to carry it with me to the gym. Because post workout is walk and then I do sauna and then I come home for dry weigh in. Which will cause delay.

Now that would requires some serious commitment to farming to make such a move. But i have thought about getting a house on the beach in some place like costa rica or similar after retirement... but I think I am too much of a city person to enjoy such lifestyle. Even a vacation to nature resorts gets to me after a week or two.

Progress as of today. Do you think the remaining belly fat is something tesamorelin can help with or keep.doing what I am doing, it working. I cant wait till fully recovered to be able.to train chest, back shoulders and arms with full tenacity. @LevButlerov

Thank you @LevButlerov. Nio man no pain what so ever, after workout went straight to physical therapy and did more arms and shoulder stregthening excersizes.

On cruise control at this time with diet and training and PT
be very careful please with upper training trust me, step by step this recovery :D

Oh yea not doing any excersizes in which any movement is painful in any which way. I am worried about being so under weight, I am 16 lbs below my minimum weight for my height, can't wait till this belly hits flat and I can stop taking my cut stack and go on maintenance mode. I am so so close.

Another observation i have made that i have lost strength basically across all machines/stations, not sure why would that be the case ( upper body understandable) but no reason for my left arm tonget weaker or my leg press ability to decline.
@LevButlerov , please advise.

No brother, recovering section makes sense but overall itself my strength has gone down, like i used to be able to leg press close to 350lbs but now close to 200lbs is a challenge. My left arm was able to curl 20 lbs dumbells now I am struggl8ng with 15lbs similarly slight reduction in leg extention and leg curls, calf raises. Feel like need a 4 week run of Anadrol or superdrol or halotestin to recover strength or something. @LevButlerov

Or some solution maybe losing additional 12-16lbs i lost some muscle as well. Idk... something is off though.
 
I just tested waters because I was doing body weight desk push ups in physical therapy, to see if the range of motion translate to the machines, thats all. @LevButlerov
I would not test waters until you are more done with your PT tbh

time is the best suggestion tbh :D your diet is clean and eaas and bcaas you already added pre post nothing more than time now

You just went thru surgery, you are in recovery with limitations what do you think happens?? You get stronger??

Well my friend got a surgery st the same time and went through 2.5 month recovery and has no strength loss, we bothnworkout at the same time at the same gym and have very similar diet. Plus losing ability to do same weight in lower body is expected not a 50% drop when nothing was done to.lower body. I can accept 20-30% but 50-60% was unexpected. The only difference i see is he kept his lifts at around 70% of his max whereas I dropped it to 25-30% max so possibly just need to sort lifting heavier and it will come back.

Honestly once again.......you need to lower your expectations. You are running tons of fatloss peptides and cutting and you expect to hold your strength? I know a lot of people on higher doses of GLP's (above 5mg a week is high IMO and you are at what again??) lose strength and become skinny fat. Guys in prep don't go heavy in weight because they are cutting for prep and in a deficit and can't push what the do on off season. You are eating low, losing weight rapidly and expect to stay strong......

But either way you always have something to say when I am giving you advice or an opinion so it pretty much in my eyes goes on deaf ears. I wish you luck in whatever this is for you

I wasn't going to even post on your log again but try to check in from time to time to make sure you aren't going in the deep end which you seem to keep trying to. Adding superdrol is a REALLY REALLY unwise idea for your body type

Man I know, it is a double edged sword. I am on 10mg Mounjaro, 10mg Reta, and 0.5 mg Cagrilintide, weekly in terms of GLP1 but cagrilintide is not technically a glp1 but does the same stuff. So thinking of eliminating all carbs from dinner or minimize it as much as possible which is supposedly help GH target fatloss more effectively? Is that true @LevButlerov

Man there is no set routine at this time, i hit one legs machines seriously and then do abs consistently and then kind of just hop around randomly coz I really cant do much more... of i hit legs seriously then inwould be done with all the stations in a day and will be walking around lost, so just hit one machine a day for legs and do some random other stuff. Coz still most of the excersozes are off limits

I wouldn't hit any upper body more than 1x/week until PT is done the rehab

Yea man no room for setbacks at this stage. Too closes Too the finish line just have to keep doing what I am doing for another month till given a clean slip to lift, and even then I plan to take another 2 months from start lifting to ramp up to pre surgery levels of weights. So no rush till them just start course on the plan. @LevButlerov

You want to cut right? so we need to slowly adjust your macros for a week to see if you leaning out and how your energy levels are as we introduce cardio the week after @rayray01

Got ya, i will stsrt to make small adjustments towards the goals you shared i jist do not wish to lose anymore weight just last bit of fat around the belly thats all.

Ok man I am already 132 lbs that is 13-14 lbs below minimum weight for my height... thst is my only concern but I also plan to add atleast 5-10 lbs of muscle when I get one cycle. @LevButlerov.
if you want to add muscle and cut fat it would be difficult in your situation but possible, it means the fat would come off slower than a cut by a lot but possible :D we can recomp for sure

What i was thinking is let continue to cut till I am able to finish PT, because can't really add muscle without being able to properly train upper body as well, and then evaluate where we are at after the fact. I literally do not have much lefty I may be able to knock it all out by then and start to add muscle even start a cycle. @LevButlerov

We can keep cutting sure :D until you finish pt, but remember you can add mass on legs thats something we can goal towards @rayray01

Bruh I need to add mass to my legs I am just getting more lean and vascular in legs, like nothing fucking sticks to my thighs of my life depended on it. I thought all this time the focus on legs would help it grow, I just got cut and lean legs do not think even added 10 ounces on those drumsticks. @LevButlerov

This chest press is not really proper chest press, it's laying on the floor and doing it, we do it in PT as well too strengthen that movement. So don't get upset @LevButlerov. with me. I do not b know what to call it.
